Typical fast and friendly service at this location. Love the extra touch of cleaning the windows, vacuuming the floors, etc. Just wish I had coupons... I would go out of my way to visit this particular location!

A LIFE-SAVER!!! My headlights went out, shortly before 6 PM, right before I got ready to drive 200+ miles to visit family for Thanksgiving! Stopped at 4 other shops first and they were all booked or getting ready to close :-( Finally found Jiffy Lube and they were able to see me right away! The staff was Pleasant, Courteous, and Very Professional!! Oh, they also give Military Discounts!!Thank You :-)

Friendly customer service and got my oil changed and tires rotated expeditiously. The young lady working as the customer service advisor was extremely polite and pleasant, and gave a thorough explanation of what was going on with my vehicle and how long it would take.

I had an oil change in July after a long road trip. They were able to get me in right away. Neil and the staff were very courteous and tended not only to my needs, but to my comfort. I was approached several times to update the status of my vehicle and asked each time if I needed anything. The service was quick and thorough. I asked about a tire change and new brakes. Neil gave me a fair estimate and assured me it would be honored when I was ready to get them done; no pressure, no hassle, just an offer with understanding words. I was thoroughly satisfied.

In the hopes that Jiffy Lube could perform a needed tire service at the last minute (traveling tomorrow), my husband contacted this location and they were more than happy to fit us in before closing. What would’ve taken my husband several hours to do in the rain, this team took care of very quickly and at a great price!Noel has been hired as the new manager, but leader is a better description. He was there to fill out paperwork on my vehicle at check-in, he was in the bay helping out the team with the work, and then he quickly checked us out with a contagious smile and a warm demeanor.Although we have been to this Jiffy Lube several times in the past, it was because of the available oil change Groupon at this location. After this evening’s visit, we will be back here because the customer service rocks!

Quick and professional - nice job

Outstanding team lead by a extraordinary new manager by the name of Noel. Noel isnt a boss - he is a leader. He found a discount coupon that was more savings than a military discount - so you can tell he looks out for his guests (not customers). Unlike most managers, you find him out in the service bay WITH his team and not afraid to lend a hand in servicing a vehicle. Noel will go far and I will be back with all my vehicles.

We arrived 5 minutes before opening and were first in line. From that point it took 55 minutes to complete a simple oil change and lube. I’ve used Jiffy Lube exclusively for over 30 years and have never had to wait this long. The staff were courteous but were understaffed & one or two were late coming in. Then I was told one of the two working on my car was experienced in upper deck work and the other was only experienced in lower deck work. So they had to work on the other bay too and they were getting behind. I was late getting out of there and late to my next appointment. For that type of service I should have been given a substantial discount for poor performance and lack of experienced technicians on that shift. This was not a typical Jiffy Lube!

This was one the WORSE experiences I have ever had with any business in my life. They were VERY unprofessional and disrespectful as well as extremely substandard service. Very unapologetic when confronted with there mistake and continued to disrespect the friend that I recommended to them. Will NEVER patronize again!!!!

I went to go get an oil change yesterday from here, but the mechanics that worked on my car ended up breaking a cap on the oil filter housing. I had to come back again this morning to get it fixed. Initially, it was going to be at my expense since the cap was actually screwed on too tightly by whoever fixed my car previously, but they were nice enough to not charge me after they fixed the cap. One of the mechanics even came in to the waiting room to ask if I needed anything to eat since I had been waiting since 8am, and by then, it was 10. Kind staff and professional, I am very grateful and thank them for their thoughtfulness!

I just needed air in my tire and the manager did it for free. He was very polite and we had a good conversation. I will definitely be back in the future when i need it.

Not worth it! They will break your car, promise reimbursement for the damages they caused. You NEVER hear from them again, on the rare occasion that you can get a human on the phone, they tell you theres nothing they can do and you end up having to file suit to get your money back! Okay you might think of this place as only an oil change place, but they do a lot more so it takes a little extra time. The time waiting is the only downside but they get the lot done which is included. Example Grease the chassis vacuum the floor wash the windows check your filters check your tire pressure if I was doing it myself it would take more time and its convenient.

Very pleasant experience from start to finish. Had a full synthetic oil change. Very quick. Decent price. I had a 10$ off coupon from their website. I was walked in to a comfortable waiting room with a tv and a vending machine. Friendly professional service from everyone I encountered. They even opened my car door when I was leaving. And they cleaned my windows! And gave me a coupon book for next time. Two thumbs up

Kinda pricey compared to other chains, but they are decently quick and try to point out other car issues you should look at when you take the car in.

Clean, professional. Only had 2 of 3 lanes open on a Saturday morning. Made things a little slow but otherwise fine.

This place has had a complete staff change since last time I was here. Very chaotic, I didn’t have a good feeling they knew what they were doing. I forgot about my coupon after swiping my card but before I signed and was told it was too late to use it....go to the Jiffy Lube on General Booth in Virginia Beach instead, they know what they’re doing and treat their customers better.

Needed an oil change, brake service, tires rotated, etc. because I was pulling a camper and wanted to be safe. Told them this. Told them my radiator fluid was low and said, “I know sometimes places like this check off things you don’t actually do, but PLEASE top off all my fluids. Some are low and also my brakes are squeaking and vibrating like the rotors are bad. I’m pulling a camper long distance, so please check these things.” Long story short, I told 3 different employees the same thing. And still, when I left, my radiator fluid was NOT capped off, my windshield fluid was NOT capped off. A strong indication that NONE of my fluids were topped off. My brakes were NOT checked properly and they made no mention of their condition at check out time. I had to ask and they said they were fine which I KNOW not to be true. In addition, after rotating my tires, they didn’t even check my tire pressure. One tire was extremely low after I left. Pathetic. I’m tired of places like this checking off all these services on their work orders and service tickets that they simply DO NOT PERFORM, even when you beg them. Even when your safety is concerned. They could care less!

Crowded at 2am in the morning but did not take long.

Came in for a tune up and a tire rotation (general maintenance). Car was running great when I took it in. Got it back with a horrible shack in the front end. Took it back 3 separate times and they told me they had no idea why it was doing it. Took it to another shop and they knew in 2 minutes of driving it that a belt in my tire had popped. I have no clue how you can do that to a tire but it wasnt like that when I took it in. They at least tried to be nice about it but I still would never go back.

Ive been lied to by jiffy lube before, so it wasnt a surprise when they tried to tell me that I needed to replace all 4 tires because they were all balding... which is interesting because I just replaced one tire 2 weeks ago, and another a couple of months ago. Where is their integrity?

Had my oil changed here last Sunday.. it was a great experience! There was a bit of a wait because.. well Sunday. Everyone is off work and rushing to get what they need done. The waiting area was clean and they had coffee available as well as a drink machine. The bathroom was also spotless. I usually haaaate going to get my oil changed because the people doing it are salesmen. They see a woman and the dollar signs bug out of their eyes.. but this was a different experience. They went through their normal recommendations based on my vehicle and mileage but Charles actually took the time to explain each and everything to me that was recommended. If I had questions he answered them like I was a friend and not just a customer. I’d say this was the best “drive thru” oil change I’ve ever had because of his great attitude and friendliness. He also kindly removed a dead bird from my windshield. I was mortified and he was tickled by it so it made me feel better. My car is happy. The wait was worth it and I used a discount code so overall it was a win win experience. I’d recommend this jiffy lube

I noticed that there were three guys standing in the open door at the rear of the store and only one bay had a car in it.. Because I felt that they would perform the service right away, I pulled in. An employee came up to the car and I told him I wanted an oil change and he told me that he was fresh out. I said maybe I will go down to another store and he said Go ahead, it wont bother me any. Im an easy going guy so laughed it off and left my car running outside and went into the customer area. After waiting for ten minutes with my car running outside, I got in my car and left. As I was leaving, one guy said, yup, there he goes. I went down to Firestone and got my oil change for $18.00 which is less than I have paid at Jiffy Lube. You guessed it, I wont go back there and I bet the customer inside - who was waiting longer than he thought he should - wont go back either.

Very little concern for face masks and prevention while inside your vehicle. Had to ask employee to please wear a mask and sanitize before entering our car .

The lady behind the counter was not wearing a mask July 25 @ 2.46pm. I had to ask her to get out of my car and put a mask on before she moved my car into the service bay.. Charged me 29.99 to plug a tire.

Quick, Professional Service. I was traveling from out of town needed an oil change; the service was the best.

Ive been coming to this Jiffy Lube a few times now, but not sure anymore.On Saturday I went for a routine oil change and to get my break pads changed. About 20 minutes go by and one the the maintenance guys informs me that my break pads still have over half of their life left, and dont need to be changed. I thought, great!, it shouldnt be too much longer. Another 45 mins goes by and the maintenance guy calls me out to inform me that while putting one of the lug nuts back on that the wheel studs had snapped and it would be 20 minutes to get the part and another 20 to have it installed. Almost 2 hours go by and they informed me that the part that they had ordered was too small, and that they were ordering the right one. Another 2 hours goes by and they informed me that it was not working and they would have to order another part but it wouldnt be in the next day. They assured me it was free of charge. After spending 5 hours and a waste of a whole day I really didnt even want to come back. Today, I went back to get it fixed, and the manager pretty much had no idea what was going on and that she had no parts that were delivered. I guess she went out to talk to the maintenance guy that had worked on my car the previous day and then everything was fine. We were there for a little over an hour when I heard them cutting things and what not. I had called two mechanics and they assured me that this type of problem should only take 30 minutes. Here I was spending 5 hours the day before and over an hour today on something that should have been a quick fix. When I asked to talk or get the number of the regional manager, the assistant general manager said that she doesnt give that number out. I asked if there was another store manager and she saidNo, however she was the assistant? I have read reviews before that she has very poor customer service skills, and I couldnt agree more. Instead of making the issue her priority, I was at the end of it. Needless to say, I will be taking my car to a licensed mechanic to make sure nothing that they did to my car has had a negative affect. I will be contacting the regional manager on Monday.

The guy at the counter was nice, but they did get oil all over my car, car handle, steering wheel, gear shift, and looked like they spilt oil under the hood all over. They also said on the services i received that they topped off my washing fluid and they did not do that, it was bone dry, i cant help but to wonder what else they claimed to do but didnt. Will not be going back.

A Toyota Tundra year 2005 takes 4 liters of oil not 5. The area between the two dots on the dip stick is called the operating range. The oil should not go above the first/top dot. Please write this down.
