I made a visit here on 9/26 and the entire fleet, Jesse, Patrick, omgosh sorry in advanced, but he had longer hair pulled back and the female I didn’t catch their names. They were professional, polite, explanatory and super kind, and QUICK!I would recommend this place to anyone. It’s truly nice to see professionalism still exist. Great job!Also, I would like to further this review to higher up. I see the owner upkeeps this which is great, but your team need to know also how great your location is doing.

Quick, professional service. Rob explained the process and how much it would cost for my particular car beforehand. Josh did an excellent service on my car, changing oil and checking that all my lights were working. Paul made sure to top off my washer fluid. All three kept me entertained with their great personalities.

This was my first time here at this location and so far, so good. Back up in NOVA, I went to the Sterling location and they were great. I plan to this location for my oil change needs.

Friendly & courtesy staff. They advised what i need & explained why.They were not pushy.They didnt just change the oil & put the hood down but they showed.me the oil on the stick. I appreciate that me being a lady. Will recommend them to family & friends

Received a oil and air filter changed in under 30 minutes with good customer service

I stopped by this morning to get an oil change. The technician was very polite and answered all my questions and concerns. The service was quick as I was in and out within 25 minutes. I was elated that they also checked the condition of my tires during thier service and notified me that one of my tires had extreme wear on inward side of the tire. I would have never noticed as my tire tread is in good condition. Thanks you for doing an excellent job!

I go here every time for my oil change. Everyone who works here are super nice and the service is quick.

Clean & well lit facility (it was after sundown). Manager was friendly & helpful as was his staff. Only disappointment was in not being able to view the work in progress as their computers & cameras were down. Since that feature is being used as a big marketing tool, the company needs to rectify this. Would have rated 5 stars otherwise.

Great service! Took a bit of time due to being understaffed today, but there has great service. I bet a normal day theyd be quick. Plus I got his recommendations on rims and tires as well.

Honest folks, good service. I asked for an air filter change. He showed it to me and said I didnt need it. Thanked him for his honesty and asked him to replace it anyway. They didnt have the wiper blades I wanted so had to go with the premium blades - ouch $$$! Thats okay, they work great and will hopefully last longer.

We got an oil change about a month ago and knew they rushed in the beginning but we kind of brushed it off. But we’ve been having issues ever since and I’m honestly super disappointed with the service we received. None of our fluids were topped off even though they said they were. We ran out of windshield wiper fluid a week later. And now on the highway the back end of the engine shield came off underneath and almost got us into an accident. My husband looked under the engine and sure enough they never replaced the screws. The shield was dragging in the road and got completely torn up in the process. Complete negligence on their end. I’m extremely disappointed. Thank god my husband checked it in time. It could have completely tore off and hurt us or someone behind us.

Much better then there competitors up the street Take 5. They offer alot more services, friendly and professional. Quick in and out, and they get the job done. They have earned my continued businesses.

Unbelievably unprofessional Was talking to me like We were in the hood or something,Also continued to tell me how great a mechanic he was ASE Certified or something mean while he going to put whatever kind of oil hes computer told him and not what I wanted.Go to take 5 let these guys lay off that hood rat stuff we all cant be 2-pacs and 50 cents just change my oil no one cares about all that extra.

I tried to get my oil changed here. After waiting in my car close to 20 min I had had enough. Not one single employee acknowledged me nor gave me an update on the wait time. But, they passed by my car several times. Maybe there would be an excuse if they were busy, but that wasnt the case. I guess I see why now.

First time coming to this location and will be my top favorite. I was in quickly, the manager was extremely nice, professional, and the mechanic was fast and did her job wonderfully. The communication between staff were outstanding and all precautions were established. Thank you so much!

I am so glad I was turned away...just needed an oil change and was told they did not feel comfortable working on my car...went to my favorite place Take 5 as I was given a water during my wait with wonderful customer service and advice.

Fast and friendly service. They checked my tire pressure and fluids as well as air filter. I like that I am advised on things my car may need, like a new air filter without it being oversold. Some other places make you feel as if you are talking to a stubborn sales man at your door.

Look.. I have a 2015 chevy impala.. Limited LS... I switched to synthetic oil.. Liz.. Maria.. And Keyon.. JEEZ.. I couldnt have asked for a more wonderful customer service experience... Lol.. Liz showed me where my transmission dipstick is lol.. Ive had my car for 4 months and researched everywhere.. for where it was to no avail..all videos and websites said my transmission was a sealed unit and didnt have one.. Anyway.. I WAS TWO QUARTS LOW! .. about to drive 1400 miles next week.. She topped me off and everything.. I wont go anywhere else..for an oil change.. I PROMISE
