Havent been to get my tires yet but the receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

I hate to leave negative feedback about this company but Im frustrated with the service I received. Thats just it! I didnt receive any service. I called ahead of time to schedule a pm on my truck and Tim(the office guy) saysbring it on in around 1pm. I waiste fuel and do so getting there around 1 130pm only to find out the mechanic cant service my truck today. Theres the first problem. COMMUNICATION! So I decide, because I know the mechanic and hes a good guy who knows his work, that Ill leave my truck there overnight and they can do the pm the next day. The mechanic promises hell get it done first thing in the morning. I return the next day at 12pm only to find they havent touched my truck at all so Im very disappointed that they let me down and doubt if Ill come back because I took off work to get this done and was put on the back burner. Sorry but dont waiste your time here. Learn from my hardship.

Service was friendly and fast I just didn’t think it would cost $100 to have two tires mounted but hey I guess it comes with the territory

Beware if your using after hours. The owner is a drunk. I get the feeling the workers are to. I had two after hours calls the last few months. First time I saw beer cans in the drink holder of truck. Second time I could smell alcohol. Both times I had to go to tidewater fleet the next day to have the same problem fixed again! I would not recommend to work on your rig, not only a safety issue but waste of time and money.
