I would give them 0 stars if I could. Absolutely horrible. Lost my package but kept saying it was at a different location. When I could go to the other location, they would say it was at the other locations. Did this for about 3 days trying to find my package. Then they told me it was out for delivery. It never got delivered.

They are continuing to refuse delivery of large packages each month. I have no faith the services are going to improve. Not to mention, the hours are awful for those who work in the daytime.

Today the mail carrier comes through my neighborhood around 645pm. Yes! 645pm..Then goesdown the OPPOSITE side of my street Delivering mailAnd NEVER COMES down the Other side of the street in which I live. Really? What The hell kind of mailcarrie is That? And yes I track my mail. On this particular day I was expecting A Check. Well he/she Never Delivered my mail. I guess he decided to make A Detour And End his route And GO HOME . Poor Service!w

Horrible customer service. The older gentleman was extremely rude and wouldnt accept my package because I didnt have tape for the label, which the average USPS has. I was told to go purchase some then come back. Im convinced this post office is only for dropping off letters thats already stamped and you can do that from home so Im not sure whats the purpose of this location.

Only open when most people are at work! Changed normal mail person now my mail is being delivered to another address. New person does not know the route. Whats up with the USPS?

Don’t trust that two WU envelopes are missing ..I receive informed delivery and guy I spoke too was very rude

This place horrible, I wish I could give them 0 stars. I’ve had mail not delivered and it’s no need to call they don’t answer. My son’s financial aid paperwork for college was never delivered and his health insurance paperwork was never delivered. I’ve reported missing mail on the website that’s even a joke. I’m not understanding why it’s so hard to just get your mail.

Holds on to mail for several days before attempting to deliver. UPS and FedEx would be better off delivering packages themselves. USPS and UPS tracking apps both said a package arrived at this location a few days before Christmas. USPS just let the package sit and didnt accept it. This couldve easily been delivered before Christmas. Because it wasnt my child didnt receive their gift. The order was placed and shipped before the advertised shipping deadline dates. Whats the point of providing shipping deadline dates when you arent going to honor them. Completely dishonorable and disrespectful.

This Post Office has lost our mail on numerous occasions and we cannot trust this post office. We also received damaged mail. Service is terrible.

Seriously? Only open 3 hours and 30 minutes everyday from 7:30 to 11. This makes absolutely no sense. How about you send my package to a post office in Portsmouth thats actually open at a convenient time so I can pick it up. Or just close this post office permanently so nobody has to deal with trying to get to the post office during the most inconvenient hours of the day.

Whats the purpose of this location?

USPS is honestly pathetic. An important package I was expecting was delivered to the wrong address. They accepted a swirl for a signature on it and went on with their business. The phone line is always at least an 1 hour long to get any help. When I finally was contact by an agent she bluntly asked me what I wanted her to do about what happened. Seriously?

This is consistently the site of the worst, surliest, and least helpful government customer service I have ever witnessed, and I work for the government in customer service, so I think I know what Im talking about. I went into this location today and was told by a gum-popping, dull-eyed employee sharply, Come back on Monday, we dont do that! and then she literally just walked away from the door before I could say another word. Ill be submitting a complaint about this location to the postmaster.

Close randomly. Never polite or helpful

Only open when most folks are at work. What a crock. If you are only going to be open for 3 hours make it in the evening so I can actually pick up my package.

Get the phone ms Helen! Ohh yeah ya cant cuz ya walking too slow yells the man in the back as I stand in this 2ft by 2ft lobby waiting for my package with 2 other families. Nobody greeted us for the first 10 minutes even after ringing the bell twice as the sign asked

Only open from 7:30-11am! Who the hell can make it there in those hours? Unfortunately the few times I have made it there no one has been of much help.
