Incompetent a’holes. To be nice. They deliver a refrigerator in a big truck with no lift gate. They send a driver with no help. He expects us to get it off the truck and he just wants to leave it on the driveway. Garbage service! Ridiculous!

Will never work with Lowes delivery as long as this is the service being sent. First they sent a washer dryer set that was dirty and had a busted leg on the dryer, second time they were sent to pick up the damaged and dirty equipment and took the hook up for the dryer and destroyed the flexible duct, the most recent and hopefully last time that I deal with this company the brought actually new equipment but refused to hook up to complete the install after placing them in the laundry room.

As many have said before. I’d give a zero if it were possible!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible, and Laura who helps with phone conversations and deliveries is totally incompetent! Good luck if you ever decide to use their services.

Trash delivery service. Peloton should choose their delivery providers better.

Expected better from peloton. Workers rolled bike across driveway then inside on my hardwood floor. Put bike together in 5 min then left saying “just connect to your Wifi”.
