Fast service. They sanitize between clients. They offer a wide Variety of services. I am never disappointed with the way my brows come put no matter which employee does them.

Wow Brows is the only place i go for my brows! I have been a faithful customer 4 years. The women working there are always orderly and very,very efficient at what they do! Always warm and welcoming! I love them!❤👍👏🏼

Went in today for eyebrow threading and tinting. The threading went well but the tinting was a big NO! I told the individual that did the threading, that my brows do not look tinted and she said they are! Ive been to another threading site and the tint was very dark and I did not have to draw my thin brows in for weeks. Asked for a manager and was told it wasnt one...... Im very unsatisfied with the job done today!!

I dont think Ill ever get used to the sound of my brows being shredded by the thread, but the end result is well worth it.

Ive gone here for years for threading and have always been pleased. Once in awhile there is a wait but it has never been excessive. I had the eyebrow tinting done once before and decided to do it again today along with the lash tint, the lash tint I guess managed to still get into my eyes after a few minutes even though they were closed, they started to burn which of course made them start to water. The woman cleaned it off and applied the brow tint and then reapplied the lash, it again started to burn my eyes, maybe my eyes are just sensitive Im not really sure but the lashes and brows both took well to the tint, we shall see how long it lasts 🤷🏼‍♀️ will try to remember to update with more pics as it fades

She made my brows a different shape when she tented them the skin is tented above my brow and theres no hair there, they are uneven as well, I hate them 😭

I got a 100$ gift card from my husband to use at Wow brow for Xmas, unfortunately without realizing I threw the card away. I called in today Jan 17, to see if by showing my husband credit card statement I could still use the service, they gave me no assistance, I even ask to speak with the manager they said there is no manager, it was very poor customer service. Now I will open a dispute on my bank to get my money back and will never walk in this place again.

I got lashes applied, they are supposed to last 1 day...they were coming off within 35 minutes. I couldnt turn around and go back because the mall was closed. So, I called the next day and they pretended to have a hard time understanding English. I heard the Indian lady who did the lashes was telling someone that unwashed saying blah, blah, blah. I decided to just take the loss and NEVER go back. Obviously if they cared about the quality of service they would have shown that, no use getting angry. Sometimes its best to just not to reward horrible service and quality with your hard earned money!

Update:After receiving a voucher from the owner for the horrible experience I had, I went to Wow brows for the second time and my experience was completely different. I love love my eyebrows (see picture)! Cindy (completely different person that did my eyebrows the first time) was very patient and took her time and made sure my eyebrows looked cleaned and even. She did not rush and was very polite and courteous. I will definitely be going back but only have her do my eyebrows. Even though my first time was a bad experience, I appreciate the owner caring about his customers and his business and attempting to rectify the mistake his employee made. Because of that and because my experience was way better the second time, I am changing my rating. I have only ever been to the Greenbrier Mall location. And it used to be awesome. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for a long time and I came across some older Rewards cards that I had. The last time that I had been here the eyebrow tech told me to bring them in next time so that I can get my eyebrows done for free as part of their loyalty program. So today I decided I was going to get my eyebrows threaded, and the woman refused to take my older cards because she said that they have never marked my cards the way that they were marked. She said that they do not mark their cards like that at that location. So basically she accused me of scribbling on a card when I never even made a single mark on any of the cards and refused to give me my free service, which I intend to tip on anyway because tipping is just part of being a decent human (I always leave $5 even though service is $12) Anyway I will not be back To an establishment who tries to accuse their customers of cheating them out of a $12 service. Granted, my eyebrows grow very slowly so I understand that the cards were old, but I I am an honest person and have no reason to try to cheat anyone out of anything. The woman was pretty rude and wouldn’t hear me out at all. I will take my business to Glitz on military highway from now on.

I never pull the race card but they were very rude and unprofessional when I was nothing but polite. I went to them for a year and they treated me with utter disrespect after my first and only complaint about a mistake they made on their end. They refused to accommodate me or have any accountability. Just said buy something or get out. How rude after I patronized them for over a year. I’m a service member and WAS a loyal client.

First time trying out this eyebrow threading at this location. Sadly I was greatly disappointed. I sat in the chair and was trying to explain to her I did not want to thin eyebrows. She kept telling yes yes and didnt hear what I was saying. Once done my eyebrows came out terribly and thin. I didnt bother saying anything because at tgis point she cant do anything. Never coming back here again. If tour bot going to listen to your customers than whats the point.

Very unprofessional the older lady who did my eyebrow tint was very rude & demanded I pay for my service while telling me I work you need to pay ! I tried to give them a shot but I will never return she didn’t even try to fix the problem & was very rude while I was nice & professional if I could I would give this place 0 STARS !

Quick, cheap, and easy

I have been to this location on several different occasions. Each visit I get eyebrow threading and/or the brow tinting. Some of the ladies there do better jobs than others but for the most part clearly expressing what and how you want your brows they seem happy to oblige. My most recent visit was great. The woman doing my brows communicated with me during the process of threading and tinting insuring I was happy with the outcome. I also have habit of paying attention to the level of service received by others when Im in an establishment. In this instance there was a lady beside me getting brow tinting. She was not quite pleasant and apparently it was her first time getting this service. I give the lady who was working with her two thumbs up as well, as she had great customer service with the picky customer and aimed to please, which she did as after a few complaints she left feeling satisfied. I have been going to Wow Brows at Greenbrier since they opened. Ages ago it feels like. I have been faithful ever since. They do such a great job and listen to my needs. This method is truly an art and the perform it magnificently. I have not walked away disappointed once. Staffing is always so friendly. Somehow I always get Cindy or Eva...lovely ladies. I would not go anywhere else for my eyebrows, they do an outstanding job and have my loyalty.

Rude and did not want to own up to their mistakes. Instead of apologizing they wanted me to buy another service to make up for their mistakes.

Terrible. Instead of following with the customer wants and following the natural eyebrow line I walk out of there with two Miss matched eyebrows with half the thickness I walked in with. Then she was completely and totally rude afterwards.

This place is awesome! I got a facial, lashes and my eyebrows threaded and I promise I look and feel like a new person! The services are phenomenal and the prices arent that bad. My lashes feel so natural and look beautiful!

Went in to get my eyebrows done as I have many times, the technician convinced me to do eyebrow tinting ( I initially said no thank you, she showed me a picture, said I would like and I agreed)Prior to, I asked if it would be dark because I am blonde and do not like dark eyebrows on myself, the technician said it would not be too dark and if I did not like it she would remove. Well after all is said and done I have two Black Eyebrows on my face. She was unable to remove like she said she could. I am Very unhappy and I was still charged. Will not be going back.

Visited WOW brow a few times now and I’m usually quite satisfied. My most recent experience went very well! Lee (sp) threaded my eyebrows exactly how I wanted and talked/showed me what she was doing the entire time! Would recommend - be direct with your needs!

This was the first time coming here and having threading done in years. I attempted to have a consultation with the woman doing my threading before my services and she seemed annoyed with me for talking and the only response I got was sit down. It was very uncomfortable. The thread kept getting stuck and she never stopped. It hurt so bad, it was stinging. My eyes were pouring out tears and she seemed annoyed with that as well. I now have cuts under both of my brows. There are cuts under both of my brows. Very disappointed.

I have been coming since they opened. As someone who is VERY particular about my eyebrows, they always make sure I leave looking beautiful! Always ask if you want a shape or clean up! Eva & Wendy are fabulous, make sure you get to see them once!

I have been going to this location since we moved here last July. The first few times were great!! The last few times got worse each time. Today I went in (around 10:15) and the worker was annoyed I didn’t want eye brow tinting. Then I only wanted my eyebrows threaded and she kept pushing me to get more threaded. Each time they get more pushy. I go in for my eyebrows, I don’t want them tinted, I want the $12 threading and to leave. I left in tears today bc of how I was treated. After I said just my eyebrows for the last time she started talking to the other employee in their own language and started laughing. No, I don’t know if they were talking about me, but I felt so uncomfortable. I won’t be going back.

I love this place I already been here twice my second time there, me and my daughter got facials, it felt so good and my face looked a lot better!

So,I my first threading experience was absolutely AMAZING!! I have been getting my eyebrows waxed for over 20 years and honestly after today.. I didnt think I will ever get another wax again . My eye brow tech was Wendy she was fabulous !! From the second I stepped in the door she was very patient and she did a fabolous job. I have been wondering what the eye threading hype was all about, no I see!! I am sold for Life!! Thank you Wow Brows and Wendy for making my experience amazing. I am a customer for life!

The service was superior. I had Cindy do my partial eye lashes. She was very patient and helped me relax. I’m a breast cancer survivor, and lost some of my eye lashes. Now that I’ve had them done, I will definitely come back. 😊

I took my daughters to have their eyebrows done yesterday evening. Their customer service was very poor, especially one employee. I don’t know their names because they don’t introduce themselves. They rushed the service, and I didn’t like the look because I wanted it to be a little thinner. The lady had very thin eyebrows, so I asked her if the could make my daughter’s the same. The said that hers were thick, and she didn’t do what I had wanted. She also seemed very annoyed. I told them that I was not happy with their service, and l was never coming again. They were saying something in their language afterwards, but luckily, I couldn’t understand. You have to improve your customer service, and give what the customers want, not what you want.

I love the service here. Everyone is very helpful and give great advice. I tried tinting for the first time, and i am in love. It looks great!

The worst threading I have ever had done. She took half my eyebrow off. Then tried to say it was my eyebrows they were different colors she actually fought with me about it. I look at my eyebrows every day I know what the look like. You messed up own your error. I will never go back

Customer service was very horrible! The person who did my eyebrows was very impatient and seemed bothered that she had to do it. After giving me the mirror to see if I was satisfied, I told her what adjustments to make and she again got bothered and messed up the entire brow altogether. The establishment looks good, but the customer service is the worst and I will NEVER go back and will definitely be passing the word around. This place doesnt deserve a star.

I will never go back after being insulted and being compared to man because of my height.

I went in for a Brazilian wax. I let them know it was my first time . The wax was way too hot, that it burned my skin . All of the hair was not fully removed . They used tweezers and thread when it’s only suppose to be wax. Two different people were working on me at once . One was really kind, the other complained because I was in pain and asked her to stop . She never stopped . The front staff was friendly but that thats the only good thing I can say . I will never return .

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My eyebrows were nearly threaded off... and when I expressed how upset I was (I was nearly in tears) they simply said You said you wanted them on the thinner side and went on to the next customer.Thankfully, the manager did not charge me for the services, and offered me free threading the next time I came in. HA! Next time? I dont think so.

I went here first time last night, I liked how she did my eyebrows, I just didnt like how they try to Hussle you in buying stuff first was the eyebrow powder, then the eye brow tent and then was this gel to make your eyebrows grow faster omg stop that its really annoying Makes me not want to come back.

Ive been to this WOW Brows location several times over the years and I have always been pleased with my results. The ladies do a good job and their services are reasonably priced. Expect upselling - each time Ive been here Ive been urged to purchase additional services. This last time, my Threadist encouraged me to try an eyebrow tint (my brows are a very light blonde). I was fearful that my brow color would be too dark - but she was reassuring, so I figured why not?. Im glad I tried it! Im happy with my results - my brows are a very appropriate color and I wont need to pencil in my brows for the next several weeks. This is a good threading salon - you should definitely drop by.

My eyebrows are embarrassing. They are too thin, not evenly shaped, one is noticeably thinner than the other, and one has an arch while the other doesnt. I am not happy with it at all. I didnt even want her to try to fix it. Ill never go there again. I went because it was convenient but Ill just go to Lynnhaven. This place isnt worth it.

Worst place ever. They need to learn customer service skills. I miss the old studio when it first opened up at the mall a few years ago.

This place has the worst customer service ever! The lady that didmy eyebrows was not a professional. She took almost 1 hour to thread my eyebrows and tint them, when i was told tinting only takes 15 minutes and threading never takes more then 5 minutes. The manager was extremly rude when i said the tint was way to dark because the lady left the tint on for too long. I was told its my fault for choosing the color. NEVER going here again!
