This was my 12 year old daughters first time getting her eye brows done. They did a beautiful job. The only thing I did not like is that they offered my child the option to tint her brows. To be truthful. I should have been more attentive but all in all they did a beautiful job.

My first time going here was on 05July2021. I am very very picky on where I go! I trust no one when it comes to beauty services by ANY MEANS! The service I had done was threading of my eyebrows. She did an amazing job! Great price! Very clean and very professional! Quick and neat. Pays attention to detail and makes sure it’s exactly what you want. 10/10 would recommend for any beauty services. This is definitely my new eyebrow place to go!

Edited: Where are the coupons for Sundays?Updated response from customer. Wednesday, January 6th.I work on those days, so would I get a coupon honored for Sunday with an exception that I cannot make it up on those days? Some companies do that. Anyway. I finally made it to the shop and had my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I really enjoyed it ☺. At the end I was sold the oil for my eyebrow growth, the powder, and the gell. The total cost was $90.00 which included a tip. I would spend more if I had an incentive. Please update your prices on Google, because it gets confusing for the lashes, first to see $30 in google and then to be told $180 and up!! In person and on the phone a different price with a 20% discount.... Im not spending almost $300 in one day on lashes and brows, thats insane (Thats a car payment) Thank you very much for taking care of me ❤! And.... Have a Happy New Year!BEST REGARDS, L

The threading isn’t bad. I actually liked the threading but I had my first Brazilian wax done here. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I contacted the owner and he knows about it. First of all, they did the wax wrong. You DO NOT use soft wax (the wax used with paper) down there. You’re also supposed to put powder on it to protect the skin from being ripped. The lady who did my wax was YANKING (as if she was starting a lawn mower) the paper off of my skin. I won’t get into what was said to me. She was not gentle at all. Then she told methat she wasn’t going to do the bottom. I thought a Brazilian wax was all of it but I guess not for this company. The pricing is ridiculous for the techs to not want to do the complete job.

5 stars goes to Dolly! I absolutely love her. Has yet to disappoint me with my eyebrows. Very clean and knows how I love them shaped. I never have to ask her to touch up an area when I’m given the mirror. (Given mirror today and totally not satisfied but did not want to cause an issue...Dolly hurry back) also, Other eyebrow lady seems to get upset when I request Dolly which I think needs to stop! Being requested is a great thing... it shows a lot about you.

My card was not declined after calling my card customer service. Judging me and think I was going to do a chargeback on my debit then they where wrong. I never carry cash but luckily I had cash on me or the situation couldve got me in trouble.

I am grateful for the great service I received on 1/12/2019. The lady who threaded my face even took the time to tweeze some of my shorter hairs that were missed when she used her thread. Very thorough and cost effective, considering the service. Will be a regular!

I usually love this place but today was the worst. The lady suggested an eyelash lift, I asked her how much and she said 17. I REPEATED HER SAYING “17?” AND SHE SAID YES. I get to the counter to pay and she says $80... long story short, if it’s not the lady with the nose ring, don’t get any services.

I only went to Monica and have not been back since she quit. The other ladies will jack your brows up in a NY minute! I have tried to ask them if they knew where Monica went? But, they always say no. I have been to Savarna a couple of times and there is one girl. That is decent that works on Saturdays, but other than that. Savarna irritates me with the pushiness and product slanging.5/1/18 Update- After going to Savarna faithfully. For years, and never yielding the same eyebrow outcome. I ventured to Chrisma Brows. Which is located outside of the mall. In a small shopping center on the outskirts of the mall. And, I must say I am very happy. And satisfied with my brows. The lady took her time and my brows. Are seemingly, matching. As one was destroyed by Sarvana. And that is after. I took my time to grown them out. All in All i will give this new place a try. As, you should too
