This place is ok, 2.5 stars is more accurate. I’ve been there five times and this last time she definitely took too much off my brows, making me look a bit like Cameron Diaz in the 90s. When I asked her about it she also denied fault, saying it’s the natural shape of my brows. I get a little sad looking in the mirror each time but I know (at least I hope) they’ll grow back. That said, I think she’s the only threading game in town. Her prices are fair, her place is clean, and she’s friendly enough. Just be very clear each time you go on what you want.

She does a not so good job on brows with them not being done evenly. You can’t really see the screw up until you leave. I will not return, though she did amazing with my chin. Not a happy camper!

I have loved getting my eyebrows done here. They always come out perfect! The service is always so friendly and pays close attention to detail! The price is also reasonable and the wait is never long at all, even as a walk-in! Definitely worth the drive and money of you need help with your eyebrows!

The lady who works here is extremely skilled and professional. I wanted to maintain the size of my brows but have them cleaned up and she did exactly that. She’s super friendly, too. She always asks if I’m okay throughout the threading process, which takes less than two minutes. Charisma Brows hits all the marks for a great eyebrow salon.

I googled eyebrow waxing and seen all the good reviews and decided to give it a try. The last place did them to thin and I had to grow them out. Once in the chair I realized she had string and what she was about to do. I never tried it before so I figured, give it a shot. Under my eyebrows looked cleaned up, but no shape. The top and sides did not look clean but bushy. It seemed like it was half finished. The lady was nice and friendly. I will stick with waxing.

Always get my eyebrows done here, I have thick Caterpillar brows and they know how to thread them to perfection.

I’m from Texas and I was a little worried about trying a new place out here in Chesapeake. This was my first time coming for brows and lip and she did amazing! She was very nice and greeted me and talked to me thtougout. I will be back for a massage! Only let Avana do my brows, she is amazing.
