My daughter always does great at the dentist. The ladies are wonderful and we have really enjoyed going. This visit was the first time my daughter had something other than a cleaning. She had to get a very small cavity filled on a baby tooth. They use a laser to “numb” the tooth which is cool! I though she would do fine but I didn’t think of all the little things like the noises and feelings of the tools. It wasn’t painful but something very different and to a five year old, very scary. I opted not to have gas for her because it’s something we’ve never done. Going forward I would probably choose to have it to help calm her down. Dr. Anderson was amazing!!! She worked so quickly it was done before I could look which is amazing when you have a child who is upset and able to stay focused and get it done quickly. We love it here!

This was my sons first experience at a dentist office and it went great! My sons can barely stay still so i was a little worried about him running around or touching things, but thankfully the staff, were very understanding and really nice about it all. they talked to him throughout the process and made us feel welcome and comfortable . They answered all my questions and explanied everything very well! Will definitely be going back with my kids and would recommend.

This office is first class! I brought my 17 month old grandson in to have a tooth extraction due to an accident and everyone was very understanding and showed compassion. The doctor and all of the staff are amazing and make you feel very welcome. I highly recommend them. A very pleasant experience for a difficult visit. From my first initial phone call to the end of our visit everyone was super friendly and helpful.

My daughter is special needs - They are so good with her! She has a lot of fear of medical procedures- But they worked a miracle with her and they were able to do what they needed to do for her dental needs. I am very grateful for this office and I thank you so much for what you’ve done for her!

Levi had a great experience with both the hygienist and the dentist. He is very active and I was afraid I would not sit still for this but he went through the whole cleaning and exam without incident. They explained to him everything they were going to do. We are glad we chose Weis pediatric Dentistry for his dental care.

I use to love this place until the pandemic happen found out my child had a cavity last year and then late January was suppose to get it filled. Thats when it went all downhill since January after that one day it snowed it was chaos to get her to get the cavity filled. I have a busy job trying to take or get time off is a nightmare only to drive 30 to 40 minutes out of the way from work to her school then back on the road again and tell youre 10 minutes reschedule again. The. Made it more laughably where she had a 6 month check up with her twin sister and then told me about the same issue with her tooth. And I asked can they fix it then there nope you have to make another appointment. By the time the the girl did got seen her tooth now has to be pulled out. And I was referred to another place. I just went there only for them not to pull the tooth and go yet another place. All this from January. Alot of it has to do with with moving up to four when they use to he 8 to 5. So I guess have to look for a new dentist because its not the same care and my child took could have been saved.

My daughter is always happy and never complains about her treatment here.

My experience was good, they were patience with my son. However this was just his first visit they just brush his teeth hopefully all his future visit goes well.

My 4 year old had her first dentist appointment yesterday and they were so amazing with her! They were patient and didnt force her to do anything when she was scared. They let her go at her own pace until she was comfortable. Ive never been happier taking her to a doctors appointment! Ive already recommended them to my friends with toddlers

Continuous reminders for your child’s appointments so you can’t forget, extremely friendly front desk receptionists, caring and genuine dental hygienists, and knowledgeable dentist. You can’t beat it. I took my son in recently and my concerns were addressed and I was reassured. I could trust them with my child and felt they truthfully cared about him. There is no better feeling as a momma!

My experiences with Weis Pediatric are always wonderful. My children look forward to visiting this friendly office. The office staff are awesome. Even though my insurance changes to one they didn’t take, I still chose to pay out of pocket to have my children stay.

With 3 kids with cavities, weve been to the dentist ALOT! My kids have had teeth pulled, fillings, crowns, etc. While all this dental work could be traumatic, my kids absolutely love going to Weis! Had a 2:30 appointment for my son to fix cavity that we waited almost a year for. Girls at front desk did not see text that I was here at 2:28. Waited 20 min in car with 102 degrees outside wasting gas. Sent another text saying still here. I watched 4 other families go in before me that came to park long after. I was told room sanitized to come in. Then waited another 30 min asked if I should go wait outside till ready. They said no I complained about this situation and they told me not to talk to them like that because other parents will here? Wow! They made mistakes and take no responsibility then proceeded to tell me to find another dentist. I do finally have a filling appointment in October. They are so busy I asked since there error can they fix sooner. No help just offered us to go someplace else. Nice and professional front desk girls.Hope they can handle this in October!

I absolutely love Weiss Pediatrics. My son has been going there since he was small and the staff and the dentist have been outstanding. They are so patient and accommodating. My son like most of us do not like to go the dentist however each time he is seen he does so well. I do not even have to go in exam room. They are able to distract him and make him feel comfortable. They work so well with kids of all ages and sizes and you will not be disappointed!

So took my kids in get get some work done. Was told there was a schedule change but no one called me. The front office staff seemed a little rude and on edge. A week later I get a letter saying we are no longer welcome at their practice and to find another dentist. Which is fine, we already had another one, which was the one who referred is to Dr. Weis. This practice wasnt horrible but wasnt great either. But after getting the letter cleary they are doing so well they can just let go of patients.

My 7yo son has special needs and dentists and doctors alike are scary for him. I dreaded this appointment. It started out like all the others, looking real bleak in the beginning. Then they called in Dr. Ashley Anderson. This woman has the gift. She was able to calmly coax my son into opening his mouth so she could at least put together a game plan for his treatment. He left the office happy with a balloon, a new toothpaste and a smile on his face. This also came right after having a covid test performed by a very unprofessional pediatrician with garbage bedside manner, so this task was not an easy for one for Dr. Anderson but she worked some kind of pediatric dentist magic. This is the 3rd dentist weve been too. We will not be seeking out another, for this office and Dr. Anderson are genuine in their care for your child. Make them your kids dentist today.

The office was clean and catered to children of all ages. I was seen in a timely fashion and the associates were very nice to my child.

My son has Autism and I requested a private room due to his sensory sensitivities. I was told that was no problem and he would have someone knowledgeable on special needs. I arrived a few minutes early and checked in. I was texted that his room was ready and to hear inside. I told them we were there and they had us sit and wait. We sat for thirty minutes and I went to the front desk and asked what was going on. She said they would be right with me. A hygienist came out and escorted us to the main room and my son was completely terrified seeing that area (which is what I was afraid of). I reminded her that I had scheduled him for a private room and she sent us back to the waiting room. After ten more minutes, my son started having a big melt down. He arrived happy and ready but was just done after the amount of time waiting. When I approached the front desk again, a girl working looked at the hygienist and rolled her eyes at me like I was bothering them for getting a private room after I was told it was no problem at the initial scheduling meeting. She finally got us a room which was the initial check in room which showed they were not prepared at all since he usually goes to the room where they do cleanings. Once in there the hygienist wanted to hold his hands down to clean his teeth and she had no clue what to do with him. She said she let someone who came 30 min late go before us and she was so sorry. My son ended up hysterically crying the whole time and it was a horrible experience. I hope they do not treat all patients with special needs this way. Very disappointed in the service we received.

In the past the service was beyond expectations, very professional staff, great customer service and lastly they showed empathy towards our most vulnerable population(kids). Over the last two months, I have been going back in forth with the office manager and her staff, over the plan of care for my child. All while my child was still in pain. In to allow your dental assistant to be disrespectful to me in front of my child shows a lot about the person in charge of this location. I wanted to report my issues to someone above the office manager but unfortunately that person don’t exist. I will be reporting my concerns to the board of dentistry. They also released medical records without my written consent. Are you familiar with hipaa law. Thankfully I was able to get my daughter to the Va beach location where she received excellent service.

So kind and polite, moved my boys appointment up, and took them back very fast. Overall I’m so glad I switched my two littles over to them!

All my four children are well taken care of by the kind professionals of Weis Pediatric. They range in age from 5 to 17 so I can attest these gentle hygienists and friendly reception staff relate well to all ages. My youngest needed some serious dental work and he kept going back happy, not just the first trip but the second and third as well. They took great care of him during these difficult visits and I cant speak highly enough of their skill and patience and kindness.PS the boys love the wall toys/puzzles in the waiting room.

The dentists are great here, however, the staff act as if the front office area is a playground. It is still important to be professional especially when there are guests in the waiting room. All the jumping, laughing loud and yelling is uncalled for and very inappropriate.

My daughter was getting a filing yesterday, they said they numbed her but she said she was telling the dentist that it hurt and she was crying. She said the dentist told her to stop being a whiney baby. I didnt find out about this till we got home. The whole time her crying in pain on the way home. If I knew when i was there what he had said, i would have came in and confronted. I do not recommend this dentist. Ill be changing my daughters dentist.

I’m not sure what happened that day of our appointment, but it was a disaster to say the least, I had to get up & leave after 40 minutes of waiting just to be checked in.First, to begin I walked in with a full room of people waiting.. no seats. So my 2 year and I had to stand.Second, I was called to be checked in 40 minutes after waiting. I had to tell the front desk to cancel my appointment & we would be leaving. I was in near tears when we left. I ended up making an appointment, with the same pediatric dentistry, but different location. Let’s just say, they have no full rooms of people waiting. The appointments are always on time the last few times I visited & I’ll be sticking with the further location.

The staff is amazing. My son is always nervous and tears up when going to the back, but they keep him calm and he does so well. I would not take my son anywhere else.

We love Weis Pediatric Dentistry. The front desk and workers in the back are so sweet. I told the kids we were going to the dentist and my daughter said, The same place as last time?!?!. She was so excited to go to the dentist?I do have to say on the way out I had to wait on an appointment to return for a problem visit. I was in a time crunch and had to leave. After talking to the receptionist a few times after waiting over 10 mins, which she was very nice, I finally had to go.As I was walking out - I heard shouted, to call us back by the lady in the back.. Very unprofessional.I walked back up and she explained I needed to pay a bill from last year in May/June plus the amount due for this visit. The secondary insurance was never ran for that previous visit, I did not need to pay until they resubmitted to insurance. She was being actually very rude. She was insinuating, mind you I really had to go, that I couldnt leave until I paid over $800. I did NOT receive ONE statement within the last year and I know all my information was correct. Why try to collect money for this visit when the secondary insurance should have been run first? You could tell she was confused at what she was looking at. If you are going to work in billing, get your ducks in a row before you try collecting money.My kids love this dentist but if this confusion keeps up Im going to have to go elsewhere. :(Literally everything besides billing is on point!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole appointment lasted about 20 minutes. I only wish that there was an office closer to where we live so I dont have to drive an hour for 15 or 20 minute appointment. Other than that they were amazing

I have been bringing my child here for 2 years. Always a friendly atmosphere. The techs and drs are super friendly. My only complaint is the wait time can be a little excessive.

This is my daughters second time coming here and I must say the staff is great. Due to the virus my daughter who is three had a private room. The service and the staff are always so welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions and assured me of any concerns I had.

When I first started bringing all four of my children here, I loved it. But over time, they were just another child. I went in here one time and the dentist came in the room, didnt introduce herself, just started talking to her assistant naming off teeth. Now that they are older, they go in the back by themselves and half the time the staff dont know their name or that they are all siblings and here together.... this last visit, they called my son Michael the whole time, including the dentist. When the nurse called me to tell me they did great, she also called my son Michael and couldnt even remember my other sons name. I decided to give them another shot this time around but it did not get any better, we are searching for a new office.

The staff at this particular location is phenomenal! I checked in from my car and waited about 10 minutes before staff called us to come inside. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to wait inside. Our hygienist was extremely knowledgeable, kind, friendly, and gentle with my child. We were seen on a newer side of the office and it was so CLEANNNNN!! The appointment ran on time (thank God!). The dentist Ms. Anderson was so nice and offered preventative care treatment options that I will definitely take advantage of during the next visit. Would definitely recommend this location to others.

My son has only had one appointment here, but I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience. The staff are so patient and kind with children. I have never been to a doctor of any kind that made me feel as comfortable as they did. I definitely will be bringing my children here from now on.

I have taken my children hear since there very first dental visit. The ladies that work there are so gentle and kind with the children, and the Dr.’s are amazing with treatment plans to ensure your little ones best care. They make them feel that they are in a very safe environment. Also they let the children know sometimes it’s okay to do something without Mom/Dad or Guardian. We had multiple issues in our short time with Weis Pediatric Dentistry. They repeatedly called my husband after we requested my phone be the main contact number. When they called my husbands phone to ask if we could come in for an appointment he asked them to hold while he checked with me in the other room, in the minute it took him to ask they informed him that the appointment had been given to someone else. I was receiving text reminders from them but to confirm the appointment they again called my husband. When he asked that they call me they said they did but that they were told it was a wrong number. Yesterday we had our appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early to our appointment to give extra to ensure all new patient paperwork was filled out prior to our appointment time. I then waited an additional 40 minutes in the lobby. The nurse we had was great, very kind and efficient! The doctor seemed frustrated that my three year old got shy when he came in and hid his face. For a pediatric dentist he wasn’t very coaxing or engaging. I quickly got him to sit on his bottom and the appointment went smoothly. The nurse even mentioned that they were the best behaved toddlers she had seen. When leaving I asked for a list of what the dentist found in the visit to take to explain to my husband and to take to another dentist as we wouldn’t be coming back. I was informed that they don’t give out the doctors notes. After explaining I didn’t need the notes but just the findings I was finally given a hand written note with one sentence on it, not listing everything that the doctor mentioned. When I explained that we were very unhappy with waiting in the lobby for 40 minutes after our appointment time I was informed that it’s Corona times. I don’t feel that can be the answer to every issues. Especially when I had to sit in the lobby with other families coming and going for an extended time, exposing my family to more people and potentially harm. If you can’t accommodate appointments don’t schedule them.

This my first time at Weis pediatric dentistry. Before actually going to my appointment I had originally made an appointment for the month of January due to them being booked out until then. The front desk made sure they called me every time they had a cancellation, to see if I wanted to come in earlier then my actual appointment date. When the first date didn’t work out they kept calling until we found something that worked for me! I thought that was thoughtful of them! The dental visit went very well, the dental assistant was very informative and answered any questions or concerns I may have had for my little one. Everyone in this office is so nice and you can tell they love their jobs!! Not the mention the whole establishment was cleaned so well! I would definitely recommend my mommy friends to take their little ones here.
