My 12 year old had 2 teeth extracted for braces. I asked him three days after the appointment if he needed any Tylenol. He said I never needed any, it never hurt. Pain-free experience. Staff were great, efficient and polite. Doctor was perfect, succinct, professional, not condescending at all. Refreshing dental experience. Highly recommend this group.

The office took me quickly because I was in pain. They were so organized in the office. The doctors assistant was absolutely super. She was caring and so professional. Talked with me because I was scared and nervous. Cant say enough about her. Doctor did a good job and cared enough because I came such a long distance. No problems after surgery. Followed all directions for a good recovery.

I really appreciate this oral surgeon office. I had an impacted wisdom tooth removed by laughing gas. Was extremely nervous, I mean who wouldn’t be, but the procedure was super smooth. I think I was worried for nothing. Dr. Z was amazing. My wisdom was removed in as little as 15-20 minutes. If necessary, I will be coming back, I will not look any further.Prayerfully my healing process goes even smoother! Would totally recommend.UPDATE: It’s been three days and I was worried when the anesthesia wore off I would experience excruciating pain, but I haven’t had any pain or soreness at all. The side of my face, where the tooth was extracted did swell up pretty huge (golfball size), which was completely expected, but the swelling is now going down. I personally haven’t needed the pain medicine that were prescribed to me, which is amazing because I really do not enjoy taking pills of any sort unless I seriously have to. Dr. Z is amazing I really cannot stress that enough. Definitely one of the best. Pay attention to the reviews, they are not leading you astray.

The team at Goodove oral surgery in Chesapeake was so professional and attentive. My son got his wisdom teeth taken out by them and they were wonderful. They walked me through the procedure, gave me step by step of everything they would do and made me feel so comfortable with putting my baby in their hands. My daughter had surgery and that was her first time. She was nervous and the sad thing about it nobody could go back there with her due to the coronavirus and she only twelve years old. My name is Brynn W. I normally don’t do the review thing but this time I felt like I needed to. I came to Goodove Oral Surgery a couple of weeks ago for an extraction. I was extremely nervous. I was put at ease by Amber and Dr Zagursky. They was very comforting during my whole procedure. I didn’t realize the tooth was even out. Amber explained everything that I could expect after an extraction and she answered every question I had. She also called me later that day to make sure I was doing ok and to see if I had anymore questions. She was exceptional. The whole office was extremely professional and nice. I would recommend everyone to come here for their dental needs.

I was very unhappy that we waited so long for an appointment After finally getting an appointment going for the consult having surgery arranged which was a difficult task I had to find a date that would work for my Grand daughter she is on a competition team and my work schedule requesting time off. All the wasted time and money paid by her insurance I had to also arrange pre op clearance appointments with her pediatrician. I was called and told the surgery was canceled because the Dr would not be available. So then it was going be months again after already waiting 5 plus months I was told to contact another Oral surgeon so now we are back to square one. I would not recommend this office if you are not very flexible in your schedule.

I have used Goodove Oral Surgery once before and both times I have been very satisfied with my care. My surgeon and his aides were very attentive and took good care of me. I had Dr. Zagursky and I highly recommend him to have any work done. They take good care of you at this practice.

Dr. Zagursky and Jillian were absolutely wonderful! I felt so cared for during my implant procedure. Dr. Zagursky’s impeccable bedside manner is by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in both the medical and dental fields in Hampton Roads. Both Jillian and Dr. Zagusrky called me a few hours later to check up on my healing. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough and while I do not wish to need another implant in the future, this is where I would return. Thank you all!

From the consultation to even after the surgery, they made sure we understood everything and followed up with us, and answered any and all questions. My visit on June 9, 2020 was a very pleasant one. I was in good care with Dr Zagursky and Meaghan. I went in for an extraction and bone grafting for a future implant. My questions were all answered and I appreciated the follow up call from Meaghan after my procedure. I feel confident that the rest of my procedures will go just as well.

I was really anxious going in to get my wisdom teeth pulled, as Ive never had more than a cleaning. Everyone here was incredibly kind a professional. They talked me through everything and were very calming. Id recommend Goodove to anyone looking for dental surgery.

I am pretty disappointed with my experience at Goodove. I recently had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Berry, staff was pleasant, and I understand that every surgery has its complications and side effects, because mine had several. However, as soon as I could eat and regained reasonably normal feeling, I noticed that my back tooth seemed to be chipped, unsure, I went to my dentist, where he confirmed that my tooth was chipped. Not bothering me much at the time, until recently when I began having extreme sensitivity and pain in that tooth, even being told I may need a crown. I’m in more pain now than I was before having my teeth removed. Offices had amazing COVID protocols and executed well at time of consultation, appointment, and follow up, I just felt extremely rushed and that my concerns were disregarded at the time of my follow up. My final complaint regards billing, front of house staff was super genuine and helpful, even went above and beyond sending pre-auths to my insurance before my procedure. My out of pocket expense due the day of surgery was paid in full, but after the surgery I was sent an additional bill, was a little displeased with this second bill, but was paid. Now I will have to face paying the out of pocket expense of a crown due to error in Goodove’s office. I am writing this post to simply inform and make everyone aware of my situation, I am aware of consent forms I signed at time of procedure so I have very low expectations for future help or care, but hope that everyone reading takes this into consideration before scheduling with this practice.

The most incompetent & negligent experience ever witnessed by a Physician. It seems like they care more about the insurance money than for the care of their patients dental and oral hygiene. Its far too important to ensure your surgery is free & clear from infection especially after being cut with stitches left behind. Instead of sending me home with proper medication he actually suggested Neosporin to use in my mouth. It took weeks of pain & frustration not knowing what was wrong until I found the thread & knots of my stiches left stuck in my gum. I had to pull them out in agony all by myself after being lied to that they were gone in the first place....I received an apology but Id rather have Sincerity.

My husband was experiencing severe pain and recently required emergency surgery to extract the remainder of a broken tooth. My 9 year old son has diagnosed anxiety. The way Dr. Green spoke to him directly and made him feel at ease prepared him for his procedure and took away his fear. The day of the surgery My son asked for Dr, Green, he had no fits, no tears, few nerves. I really appreciate how the nurse as well as the doctor followed up with me personally to make sure he was recovering well. I would recommend this office.

Excellent staff from the welcoming team in the front to the awesome and knowledgeable techs and physicians in the back! During the consultation things were explained in detail, types of anesthesia, procedure time and recovery time frame. Dr. Z allowed me to ask as many questions as needed to make me feel comfortable. With the actual procedure I was taken in not even 5 mins after my arrival and out of the office in minimal time. I received a follow up call same day to make sure things were going well. They are very efficient, personable and patient and I would highly recommend Goodove Oral Surgery.

My mouth is no longer hurting so bad. My doctor DID call me back and I had missed the call and for some odd reason the bk he left never came through. I ended up going to ER and luckily my doctor was in and was able to get me some pain meds yesterday. Today my dentist called again to check on me and make sure I had gotta some type of help. I informed him I had and he still helped and gave more advice. I was upset yesterday because my mouth hurt soooo bad. But overall this is a pretty great spot to get your teeth done. I still recommend getting pain meds off the top because the wisdom tooth is no joke. It hurts like crazy and the meds def help.

They did a wonderful job extracting all 4 of my wisdom teeth. Little to no swelling, and no bruising! I remember before falling asleep doctor Goodove saying, Youve got a long ride home, Ill make sure to give you a little extra numbing for the road. I even called beforehand with a couple of questions which Amy was able to answer in less than 5 minutes and she was so polite. Would absolutely recommend.

Excellent care! The whole staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr Goodove is one of my favorite doctors to visit, period! He is a man of few words, which I dont mind as long as job gets done. I had 2 extractions and bone graft done within less than 30 minutes. Even though procedure was explained to me in details, I was still extremely nervous. Because of Covid19, office procedures are a little different. Its obvious they are committed to ensuring everyone feels safe. They have rearranged their waiting room, limited the number of patients allowed in the room and masks are required. There is a short medical form to complete and they are checking patient temperatures. Dr. Zagursky removed a wisdom tooth for me and the procedure was quick and almost pain-free. There was some discomfort from the local anesthetic, but it was minimal. Throughout the procedure Dr. Zagursky showed concern for my comfort. The hygienist explained pre and post surgery procedures and made sure I understood what was being done and what I could expect post op. I am very satisfied with the precautions they are taking during this Covid19 outbreak and my treatment as a patient by all involved was excellent. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I had an infected tooth that needed extraction; the front staff were great getting me in at a cancellation the very next day. After my doctor cleared me they scheduled me for a couple of days later. The doctor and nurses were very accommodating and caring. They were very sensitive and helpful to/with my handicapping needs. Tooth extraction is definitely not on the list of things I really want to do, but they made it as pleasant and painless as possible. Thank you to everyone at the Greenbrier office.

I was on time for my appointment and was seated in the doctors chair pretty quickly. My extraction was relatively painless with only a local anesthetic. I am surprised that no one called me the next day to check on me after they said they would.

Dr. Green and Delanie were exactly what I needed for my first extractions/Surgery. Dr. Green will explain everything that will/could potentially happen in detail before the procedure(s) and, after the procedure(s), Dr. Green will tell you everything you need to know about the medication(s)/Antibiotics that you may need to take. Delanie was very knowledgeable about all of the after care that I would need(even giving me a pamphlet on everything that she had originally told me). She checked in on me as I waited my turn, a few times, to make sure I was comfortable and to ask if I needed anything. I felt very relaxed and safe. This was my first type of surgery(ever!) and it was a wonderful, professional and friendly experience! Thank You Again!

My tooth extraction went very as well, I like that Nurse Dixie was nice as can be. She was very pleasant to be around. I loved how the Dr talked me through the procedure as she completed it! It was a very smooth teeth extraction!!! I would definitely recommend them to others!!

I was referred to this office by my regular dentist office for tooth extraction. I got to my appointment 10 minutes prior and sat and waited for 30 minutes after my appointment. They still didn’t call me back and I had to leave. This is unacceptable and ridiculous time is money. I had to take leave to make that appointment and still was not seen. You shouldn’t have to wait over 30 minutes for an appointment that you showed up on time for. DO BETTER. This was the Suffolk location.

Without a doubt 1 of the worst experiences to date. After sitting in the chair for 45 minutes the dentist finally walks in, numbs the tooth and walks away. After sitting in the chair another hour, he finally comes back to extract my tooth. By this time he than needed to add more novicane since it was already starting to wear off. He put 4 stitches in which fell out 2 days later exposing the area. Also nicked my gum so I developed a huge canker sore. Needless to say over a week later and I am still in pain. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

These folks are the best! Everyone is extremely friendly and professional. I developed an abscess over the weekend and thy made time to see me and treat the issue. I would highly recommend Goodove to everyone.

Only complaint I have was the wait. Appointment was for 1020 am and I didn’t get to the chair until about 1145. The doctor was fantastic with the procedure and was encouraging and I felt no pain after weeks of worrying about the procedure. Malerie was the best! She was there for my consultation and was very sweet and comforting so I was glad to see her for the procedure day. She was very helpful after the procedure and I was confident in her advice. I would go back if the other half of my wisdom teeth have to be taken out.

I was scared to death but Dr. Goodove and his assistant really kept me calm. They extracted two wisdom teeth (1 was impacted) so fast. They took excellent care of me and I was home by lunchtime. I recommend them to any and everyone!

I had a root tip lodge into my sinus at another dental practice while trying to remove a tooth. I was referred to Goodove Oral Surgery and Dental Implants to remove the root tip. I was so fortunate to be with such an experienced and caring doctor for this complicated procedure. Doctor Philip Pandolfi was absolutely amazing. He made sure I completely understood the procedure, and wanted to make sure I got the best care possible and was very attentive to my over all dental and sinus health. The dental assistants were over the top on providing genuine care, exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, friendly and very thorough explaining pre and post op requirements while making sure all my needs were attended to. I was provided the best care possible to correct this unfortunate experience.

Had 3 teeth extracted...local anthesia...in and out in less than an hour...recovered smoothly no pain...next day able to eat soft solid foods with no problems...!!!!

My daughter had a tooth extraction which cause excruciating pain. She is allergic to the medication that this office normally use. We were in and out of the emergency room because of the pain that she was experiencing. Because the Army is making her get the other wisdom tooth pulled, she has to go back. BUT NOW THIS DENTIST DOSENT WANT TO WRITE THE PRESCRIPTION THAT WILL ALLEVIATE THE PAIN. He is going to RIP the tooth out, and does not want to take care of the pain. WOW! Well, we went to another doctor that will take care of the tooth, and the pain. Goodove is a joke.

Virginia Beach Office 1127 First Colonial Parkway. A very bad choice indeed. When calling to schedule an appointment for my 91 year-old client, the very first question out of the schedulers mouth was not What is his name? Rather, it was Does your client have insurance and what is the insurance provider? I informed them it was private pay up front with a credit card. On the day we arrived for his appointment we noticed there was no handicapped parking. Furthermore, the extremely small ramp was excessively steep so I couldnt wheel him up. He had no choice but for me to help him inside (he is about 63, 215 pounds and Im quite small). When I got him inside they had the referral, a xray and papers ready to see him. I presented his credit card (Hes a retired MD and well off). They refused to see him without a photo id.My client asked me to take him back to his regular dentist - kudos to Konikoff dentistry! They gave us another referral to a different oral surgeon and made sure their office knew how my client was treated for further consideration.

Love dr goodove and his group of drs. Always nice and friendly and helps with all question. Great with children to.

Excellent care from front desk to the dentist chair and all elements in between.

I was so nervous, but all of the staff was very nice and pleaseant, i would recommand this team to anyone(cheasapke)
