Casey, my dental hygienist for this visit was excellent across the board. She had great chair side manner that put me at ease for the deep cleaning. The injections were the least painful Id ever had so therefore it was a pleasant experience as deep cleanings go. The admin staff were there usual cordial and efficient coming and going.

I was referred to Dr. Ryan S.This dentist is the best of the best!!! I have never had better dental care in my life!!! And the two assistance where outstanding never felt more comfortable in my life I’m going to a doctors office… 10 Stars!!!

The staff was very friendly and professional. This is the first dentist I have ever been to that has explained what they saw on x-rays, pointed them out, and explained what treatment was needed in an understandable way! They even went out of their way to get me back in as quickly as possible so they could take care of a cavity so I could avoid the possibility of a root canal! Love them... and will definitely recommend to my local friends!

What can I say!!! Midgette family Dentistry are the best and Kelly Paxton is awesome hands down (Including her assistant!!) This was my very first visit after coming from a bad experience. They were super nice, thorough, attentive to my questions, and explained everything. They even called and made an appointment for me at the orthodontist. Covid safety standards were great too. I went in because my fill-in came out back in June, initially I just wanted the tooth pulled or filled-in. I was totally against a root canal. After talking with Dr. Shuck, he reassured me that the best thing would be to get the root canal and save the tooth. I was very pleased with the professionalism throughout the entire office. I absolutely love this establishment and their team of Dentist, hygienist & office staff.

I came in this morning with an emergency that needed attention yesterday. I had been so scared and embarrassed to address the problem until it was unavoidable and my health was in danger. Everyone there was so kind, warm and helpful. Dr. Paxton and Marilyn took such good care of me. They fit me in and had me out in about 2 hours from the time that I had walked in in distress. I highly recommend this office and plan to return for all future care.

Fabulous experience from start to finish, including scheduling a new appointment. I was scheduled within a week of requesting a hygiene appointment. Paperwork was emailed for me to fill out in advance. Everyone in the office was friendly! My temperature was taken and there were extra measures in place to protect everyone from COVID. My cleaning was thorough as well as the exam, and the hygienist explained everything as she went along. The dentist did her own exam as well, and it lasted more than 3 minutes. Super grateful to be a patient here! Now to switch my kiddos over too!

I have the worst dental anxiety. Ive been going to this practice for about 7 years now. The dental assistant I used to be comfortable with (misty)is no longer there. The dentist (Dr baker) I used to see retired. I was scared today to go in even though theyve never been anything less than loving to me while Im sitting there having a panic attack to get just a cleaning haha. Theyve sat with me and hugged me while the other assistant does the cleaning, theyve rubbed my hands and forehead like my mother was there with me. They do a great job on my teeth and on my emotions. Today I saw Dr schuck and his assistant both for the first time for a dental emergency. I threw up in the parking lot scared but went in. Everyone down to the receptionist comforted me. Dr Schuck and his crew were so great to me. So so great. It takes me 45 mins to get to their practice but I will never ever change dentists. You can feel their care and compassion which is just the best ever. Also, my kids have been seeing them since their first dental appts since we moved back from San Diego. Ryan Shuck, DDS, is a terrific dentist, the best Ive ever had: He is pleasant, thorough, proactive, smart, a good communicator, and he does excellent work. He put 6 crowns on my upper front teeth. They look great and it was done in such a way that it reduced my overbite. He was also the first dentist to convince me to improve my oral hygiene habits (many had tried).

I found this office after researching different dentists in the area and I’m glad I chose Midgette Family Dentistry for my son and me. From the Front Desk all the way to the Check Out, the staff and Dentist are very friendly and professional and I don’t feel like they are after my money like I’ve experienced in other places in the past. I believe that they are honest and advise you on what’s best for you.

Always professional! Some places say they are doing more to ensure patient safety but it’s very clear and easy to see how Midgette Family Dentistry is keeping their patients safe! Expected to have a longer wait since we were to call and wait in our cars to minimize patient interaction, but I was still seen on time. My hygienist Cathy is awesome! She really makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience(as pleasant as possible considering it’s the dentist). She cares about her job and it shows. Dr. Paxton is very friendly and efficient. I really didnt want to go to the dentist but my tooth was starting to become really uncomfortable. I called and the staff was awesome! I was seen the same day as a new patient and they were able to get me in the next day to fix my tooth which needed a crown. I have never had a crown before and had a lot of anxiety but Dr. Shuck and his assistant really made me as comfortable as possible and went the extra mile. I cant thank them enough for their kindness and patience with me. I will definitely be back to take better care of my teeth through regular dental visits once things are back to business as usual.
