Doctor Etheridge and his staff are the greatest in the area. My entire family has been going to him for years, and more recently I convinced my boyfriend to switch over to his office as well. I would recommend him over any other dentist in the area 100%.

Dr. Spruill is far too arrogant. Respect given to his title not to the man. Standing next to hand sanitizer, he turned his back on me when I put my hand out to shake hands. RUDE! Who turns their back on a woman offering to shake hands??? Covid? Then shake my hand and sanitize yours, not rocket science, jerk.

The staff at Greenbrier Dental are kind and respectful. They work hard to make their patients feel comfortable and relaxed. I would expect any dental group to be professional and knowledgeable, but Greenbrier Dental Centers staff goes beyond the expected. They listen to all your concerns, whether its regarding treatments and procedures or insurance and payment. Extra time is spent helping patients understand treatment options and answering all questions. They work to prevent/reduce any anxiety or discomfort. I’m a new patient and had just started my job. I was waiting for my insurance to update to the plan that they take. I was in pain and called them and they still allowed me to come in and from the moment of me talking to Jessica to me meeting with Dr. Rice and his nurse it was the most pleasant experience. So because husband tore his ACL and had to go in for surgery and due to COVID you take first available appts so its not booked months out. He ended up going in 3 hours late for his surgery (no fault of anyones really) I have to reschedule my sons cleaning and they want to charge me $30. Im sure there are other people you can call to fill this appt since I called you at 9:50 and his appt was scheduled for 2:30 there was plenty of time to fill it. Stop being gready with for money and charge for asinine reasons.

This is a two part review. Pt 2 to follow tomorrow...I broke my tooth and had immediate facial swelling and pain. Noone could see me for a month. I called Greenbriar dental and was able to be seen tomorrow! The receptionist was so sweet and caring. Im in so much pain. I could barely talk but she was so patient gathering my info. I just moved to Virginia a few months ago from Texas and knew nothing about which dental office to go to. I chose Greenbrier Dental because they were close to my house, took my insurance and had good reviews on Google. Long story short, I’m SOOOOO glad I chose them. I reached out to them on June 28th for an appointment and I was originally scheduled for September 8th. The next day, I received an email saying that they had a cancellation for that same week on July 2nd at 3:30 and offered it to me. Usually, when I end up on a “waiting list” at a doctors office, I never hear from them. On July 2nd, they called me and said that they had another cancellation and asked if I wanted to come in at 2 instead of 3:30. Again, I was impressed that they reached out to me to offer that option. I was able to fill out and submit my new patient paperwork online so I did not have to get there any earlier to complete that. When I arrived, everyone at the front desk greeted me and I only waited 2 minutes to be seen by the most personable and friendly dental assistant. After she was done with my XRays, I only had to wait another 2 minutes to be seen by the Dental Hygienist who was also incredibly kind and was very knowledgeable and thorough with her teeth cleaning. Right after the Dental Hygienist was finished, I met my dentist, Dr. Celeste Balino, who had incredible bedside manner and took her time in answering my questions. I ended up needing to come back to get 3 fillings replaced and they were able to squeeze me in on July 30th. At other dental offices, I probably would’ve waited a few months for an appointment. Not to mention, the price they gave me for my fillings were fair and affordable. All and all, I was very pleased with my visit and I’m glad I chose Greenbrier Dental Center. I will be recommending them to anybody who needs to find a new dental office.

First experience going First day yesterday For my child it was excellent I like how they explain what they were going to do how they were going to do it and the plan of getting it done with confidence and eye contact The inside was clean comfortable looking and cozy the environment was calm happy staff and staff that knew what they were doing with confidence and service with a smile I like how everyone was kid friendly and able to explain to the child of everything they were going to do

This was the absolute best dental experience Ive ever had!! What started out a painful experience ended up being a great experience. I left with no pain and the extraction process was so comfortable that I literally fell asleep lol! Dr. Balino and Dakota were wonderful and they worked very well together. They have gained a patient for life. Im recommending them to all of my friends and family. Greenbrier Dental Center gets a 10+.

I have been a patient at Greenbrier Dental for about 5 years now and all my visits except cleanings have been with Dakota and Dr. Balino.Yesterday 3/9 I had an emergency and was able to get in first thing this morning, as always Dakota was there and made me feel very comfortable and and worry free! Greenbrier Dental Center is a wonderful dental practice! I see Dr Rice. He is professional, kind and gentle. I broke a tooth and he was able to see me early the next morning. All of the staff there are helpful and friendly. I’m very pleased with the great care I receive there.

I found out about this dentistry from one of their employees Amanda Paul. She gave me the information to get scheduled and they set me up with an appointment. I ended having to reschedule my appointment and it was no hassle like most places are. When I went in for my visit, I was greeted by the ladies Jenn & Jenn if I’m not mistaken (sorry if I have the names wrong) they were EXCEPTIONAL!! See I have a fear of dentist and they did everything in their power to make me feel as at home as I could and catered to my comfort! This was the best experience with a dentist Ive had and I honestly feel more comfortable going to the dentist now! I highly recommend you become part of their family!

We recently moved to Chesapeake from the West Coast. Both kids needed their 6 month cleaning in January and Greenbrier Dental Center was able to see me within a week of calling. The ladies at the front were very helpful. My daughter was very nervous about her cleaning. Madison did an amazing job of explaining the process, showing the tools, she really calmed her down. Great group of people from Debbie at the front desk to the X-ray tech to the dental hygienist to the dentist and back again. Whether it was walking in the door, checking in, getting xrays, the cleaning, or bite adjustment, the people were friendly and concerned. They seemed very servant-hearted (Godly).

My experience with Greenbrier Dental was very positive for the most part. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My only issue is that I called and booked an appointment telling them I was in extreme pain in wanted to have a tooth removed it was causing me severe discomfort and an infection. They said did they could help and I scheduled an appointment. upon arriving to the appointment they notified me that they were not doing the removal that they were going to do a cleaning and despite my efforts to tell them I wanted my tooth pulled they continued to tell me that I could only get a cleaning and they did not have enough time in the day to pull the tooth. Now being that I set the appointment with the goal to get the tooth pulled for me I found it a little Annoying that they were being so unhelpful especially trying to push a cleaning on me when Im already in discomfort and my gums and teeth are already extremely sensitive and in pain last thing I wanted was to have somebody poking and prodding around in my mouth. Finally I spoke with a young lady by the name of Dakota and she was more than helpful she understood that someone in pain did not want their teeth poked and scrubbed so she got me into her chair and she and dr.Balino removed my bad tooth without question. By far my experience would have been a bad one except for the efforts and work of these two ladies. All in all it was a very good experience in the end let me just say I did schedule another appointment with dr. Balino and Dakota for next week to get a few other teeth removed and to get a bridge simply because they were so unbelievably helpful. I only speak from my personal experience with this office but if youre choosing to go with Greenbrier Dental I would request Dakota and dr. Balino.

Love Greenbrier Dental. As soon as you walk in you will feel comfortable. The receptionists have genuine smiles and go out of their way to get you registered as soon as possible. Rarely have I had to wait more than a few minutes. The hygienist has you in your chair before you know it. If by some chance you have to wait, there is a TV on the wall. Make yourself comfortable and relax. A very homey environment.

I’ve been a patient here 20 years. Dr. Harrell is a great dentist. He and all the hygienists and admin staff are top notch. Lisa and a Renee are amazing! The office is beautiful, clean, and very well equipped. They take care of my whole family as well. Patients are treated with kindness, caring and respect. Every question from billing, appointments, referrals or care has been perfectly and promptly handled. In 20 years, not one error or flaw! I can’t imagine any dental practice topping this one.

I came in with severe pain from a wisdom tooth. Having called several other offices they were the first to have an opening same day. Every member of the staff I met or spoke with was extremely kind, respectful, and most of all caring. After an adrenalin filled session for all parties involved, I was met with relief from the pain and discomfort for the first time in months. I started getting a toothache last night. Woke up in the middle of the night in severe pain. I had never been to Greenbier before, but I called, explained the situation and had an appointment an hour and a half later. My appointment was for 1030 am. They quickly diagnosed the cause of my pain (stay away from sweets kiddies and see your dentist regularly!) and removed two of my neglected teeth. I was out by 1130! From the first phone call to leaving it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Not just at a medical practice, but anywhere I have ever been! Every person there truly cared. So if your ever in need this is the place to go. Just amazing!

Greenbrier Dental has all the necessary safety precautions to make my family and I feel safe with regards to the Covid-19. Online check-in, face coverings, new best practices regarding the teeth cleaning. Very safe. Highly reccomended.

Good dentist office. The receptionists greeted me when I came into the door. The Xray technician was nice, my Hygienist was good, and Dr. Greg was personable. Finally found a dentist after moving here from Michigan in June.
