While I was on deployment the water heater in the house, which is located in the attic, started leaking pretty bad. It damaged the ceiling, floor, and ceiling on the first floor. It was cover by insurance so I thought I had nothing to worry about. They did a very poor job for “professionals” and had to come back to fix it more than once. After I got home for deployment we received a letter saying we still owed close to $500 so I followed the money because I knew we paid everything. After looking through my bank account and the paperwork from Premier, to include the last invoice saying we were paid in full with a $0 balance, they still argued that we owed them. The owner got involved and was supposed to look over all the paperwork and call me back. Months went by and I forgot about it until I got a letter in the mail from their lawyer saying if I don’t pay then they are taking us to court. Since it would cost more than what I owed to go to court I just paid it off. Now they won’t give me an invoice saying I have a $0 balance so I’m waiting for them to try to get more money out of me. It’s not the first time this exact same thing has happened if you read other reviews. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE PREMIER!! They will screw you out of your money even after they say you’re paid in full.
Run away as fast as you can. You would be better off picking up the guy on the corner with a will work for food sign.

Updating my previous review of Premier Restorations after a pretty bad experience with the original project manager. After expressing concerns with Premier, Gabe was sent out to finish up our projects as our new project manager. Working with him was absolutely awesome. He communicated with us throughout the entire process and things finally started to move along very quickly and efficiently. At first, I would not have recommended Premier to do any work. However, after my most recent experience(s) with Premier I would say my opinion has drastically changed and would recommend them to anyone. I have also attached pictures for a job Gabe had redone. Looks amazing!
I wont be calling any other company to do my repairs. Premier took such great care of my home and were incredibly patient. They were also very kind to my animals at the house which is much appreciated. I look forward to hiring them for anything else that pops up.
I had a horrendous leak under my slab floor and it resulted in a mold problem. They responded immediately and mitigated the mold problem. The entire flooring on the bottom floor had to be replaced as well. They made sure everything was packed up and stored while the disaster was repaired. It’s the only company I recommend to people in need.
The service that I received from the staff was very professional. The quality of the work was exceptional from start to finish. I want to thank the office staff for checking on my concerns, status of the work performed. They made me feel that I was important. I want to thank Brian for assisting through the process from start to finish and assisting me with my insurance company. We had a tree branch fall on the roof of our garage causing us to need some ceiling and roof repairs. Premiers workers are awesome. They are super courteous and professional.(Edited to add)However after just receiving a notice in our mail from a lawyer stating we owe them money (we do not) or they’re taking us to court I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. We paid them on the 3rd of March have bank statements to prove it and received a notification on the 14th stating they’re trying to take us to court.Good to know this is how you treat veterans. I’m a disabled vet and my husband is active duty..
Unprofessional!! I needed emergency service (down stairs flooding) the day before Thanksgiving called they told me they were on theyre way called bk 45 mins later tell me there was an out standing balance of 418 for an emergency service (a Tarp put on the roof) shouldve been paid by my insurance company they are talking about something that was 3 months old and NEVER SENT ME AN INVOICE when all they had to do was notifiy me or Nationwide and the problem would have been resolved..just like it was resolved immediately after I was aware..Long story short my amazing insurance company had United Restoration on the way, United was great everyone from the operator to the men that came ou the evening before thanksgiving was 10 stars excellent! N I mean that..in the past primer came out to repair a roof leak had to get the exact spot repaired 2 times witn them ended up getting someone else because it was a third time same spot! This was a much needed review!
We had a leak in ceiling and the whole team of premier restorations were very helpful during the process of getting things fixed. Gabe, rob were very helpful and they wasted no time to get the work done. Also there was another lady who came and painted. Very professional and they know how to take care of their customers. Will definitely recommend them in va beach area.
After having a disreputable co. rip me off following water damages, my ins co sent Ryan and Erin from Premiere and they have been so wonderful ! I really appreciate their professionalism and thoughtful regard for my comfort. It is comforting to know that Im in good hands now. Their work is thorough and they inform me and follow up as they complete the job.

The most professional company I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with!! I have never had good luck with contractors and I had truly given up until one of my friends referred me to this company. Kathy Miller was on top of everything! She answered all of my questions, ordered materials, and scheduled the work. She was there through every step and once again upon completion to make sure I was happy. The flooring had to be replaced and Doug expertly demod and replaced my floor. Rob was a fantastic painter and they both showed my property the utmost respect!! They do more than restorations due to fire or flood and will be my go to company for any work in the future!! We recently used Premier Restorations. Their staff was wonderful to work with, and our project manager, Kathy, made the experience even better by keeping us informed throughout the entire process. They were friendly, on time and got the job done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
The name sounds like quality and they charge a bundle, but you will not get quality work. We used Primer Restoration based on a recommendation from our insurance company. Once the job was estimated, the company gave us a professional quote; this however, is when the professionalism stopped. Once hired, the Project Manager refused to respond to any complaints, such as non-communicated changes in schedules that greatly impacted us (we incurred expenses for being displaced when the work was supposed to be completed) and comments related to poorly installed items.The job was simple; replace damaged ceiling and wall materials and restoration of stairs with small installation of bamboo wood. The wall was not properly fixed until I complained (it was water damage and the warped material was just mudded over and not removed as quoted), the stain used for the stair treads did not match, the finishing pieces were trip hazards (at the top of the stairs no less!), and the transition pieces going to the carpeted areas came up within 2 weeks post-installation (I called and spoke to the owner to complain and no one ever followed up with me).As the homeowner, working full-time, I had to research and find new materials that should have been used originally, call attention to the work being done improperly, and have someone else fix the transition pieces that were not properly secured when installed. I have been a project manager got almost 10 years and thought hiring a company with a project manager would alleviate the burden of the minor repairs. No such luck.Home owners beware! Unless you are knowledgeable on home renovations (as I am) you will be misled to use inferior materials (was told the trip hazard pieces on the stairs were the only way the flooring could be done), repairs will not be seamless to match your home, and most likely require fixing by someone else. You will still end up paying full cost for a headache and not get customer service mid or post project.
We lost our home to a lightning strike/house fire during the summer of 2016. Premier Restorations was responsible for managing the contents portion of our loss. Although the process of going through an event such as this can be extremely stressful, all of my prayers were answered to help get my family through the rebuild process. One of them being Premier Restorations who showed empathy and compassion. The items that survived the event were professionally cleaned, cared for and stored while we were out of our home. Once our house was ready to move back in, the team was a machine when it came to unloading the many boxes. The service and friendly nature of the Premier Restorations team was top notch and you could tell they shared in the excitement of helping us move back in after our long rebuild. The follow up and customer service has been exceptional. I would highly recommend Premier Restorations if youre having to endure such an event.

Do NOT choose Premier, its been a literal nightmare. When they first took over the job they said it would be a few weeks (6-8wks) and tell her house was completely done that was five months ago. And the last 2 months the only thing that they managed to do is remove the siding they left on the side of my house the same siding might I add that now has killed all the grass that was there. Theres now only a few small things that still need to be done and yet Im being told that they wont be able to give me a date that they might be done by. We were told our project manager is working on a really big job right now and its just super busy. Do yourself a favor and go find a more reliable company.As for us the waiting continues...,

4-16-2018: This company is beholden to insurance companies over the customers... (not unlike many companies in the restoration process) Thus, once they understood my situation wasnt covered by insurance, they became unresponsive to my request to continue the mitigation process and merely sent me a bill asking to pull their equipment. Needless to say, when an onsite adjuster reversed my claim coverage, I could no longer trust them as they had not only been unresponsive to me, but also stated I misrepresented the date and time their employees arrived. UPDATE 5-16-2018 Company management did state in an email I am sorry you are disappointed with the process. Still not owning anything THEY did wrong! Furthermore, trying to correct me once again, when I had not made a mistake... Perhaps their motto is The customer is always WRONG! PS: You may notice many of their 5 stars ratings are 1 time reviews in Google Ratings... (Hmmm, you think that person is real or perhaps an employee?)
