He provided me proof of state license and workers compensation insurance. He explained the roof cleaning process from start to finish and he also made several roof maintenance recommendations. My roof looked horrible before the service team started. They were patient and did not rush the treatment application process. They collected all of the roof cleaning runoff. They also cleaned my soffit trim which was not included in the service agreement. My roof and soffit trim looks brand new. The results in increased curb appeal and property value far exceed the cost of this service.This is an amazing company with absolute top-notch customer service. It has been a pleasure dealing with the Roofglo company and Mr. Vance Fitzgerald in particular. I recieved very professional service from start to finish. He explained the whole process in detail, was punctual and a pleasure to deal with!! I didnt want to pressure wash my roof so I researched and found RoofGlo. Really glad I did. Vance explained the roof cleaning process to me. First they treat the roof to remove algae, then they apply a growth inhibitor to prevent the algae from returning. They control the multiple applications very well and dont leave any chemical residues anywhere. I have gutters and downspouts so they used my gutter system to collect all runoff. It went into a tank in their truck to be taken away for recycling. My roof looks amazing. All the streaky stains are gone. There is a new home under construction next door to me, so I was able to directly compare a newly installed roof and my 14 year-old one. My roof really looks brand new! The treatment took a little more than 5 hours. Vance and his team are going to be busy because I am going to recommend their services to everyone here in my community. Oh and one more comment. The office staff and coordination was great. Scheduled when I wanted, showed up on time, reminder phone calls all perfect. Rare these days.

Absolute top notch customer service from the time I sent my email requesting an inspection to the completion of my roof cleaning service. The inspector was informative, reassuring and very patient answering my questions. He provided me more than enough pertinent information to steer me away from purchasing a new roof and other roof cleaning options. Our large roof was a major challenge but the service people did a great job removing the moss without pressure washing. They also did a great job collecting all of the waste from the roof. I used RoofGlo to clean my roof and soffit that had accumulated a lot of dirt and grime that a pressure washer could not get off. Their treatment worked perfectly and my roof looked brand new. Although the results of their treatment factor into my positive experience with them it is how they went about my job that really sets them apart from other companies in my opinion.After Vance and his team completed the job, I inspected their work and was satisfied it was completed to my satisfaction. I paid for the work and thought that was it. After going for a walk I noticed a spot on the roof that was missed. It is a difficult spot to see and you cant see it unless you walk several houses away. Because their treatment on the rest of the roof was so good, this spot stuck out very noticeably. So I called back to see if I could get them to return.I was pleasantly surprised when Ruth told me they would return. I was surprised because I had already paid AND told the team their work was to my satisfaction. Vance and his team returned not less than 4 times to complete the job. Each time, however, the winds were too high to get on the roof to treat that area so they had to come back. Again, the level of commitment to complete my job was readily apparent to me. My roofline is high with steep angles and is very difficult to work on. Most smaller companies will not take jobs on my home that require them to reach the rood due to its difficulty. So the fact that Vance and his team repeatedly tried to complete the job even though I had already paid and approved their original work, speaks volumes about their commitment to get the job done right. That level of customer satisfaction is very hard to find these days in companies. Roofglo cleaned my roof last week. The workers arrived on time and were very knowledgeable and friendly. My home does not have gutters but the workers collected all of the dirty algae and moss roof cleaning liquid running off my roof. This really impressed me because we live very close to the water. Also, what really shocked me was I have a very high and steep roof and they did not have to get on my roof to clean it. But the best thing is, after the workers finished the job, Vance stopped by the next day for an inspection and also to see if we were completely happy. Our new barely five year old roof had developed mold. I called the roofer that installed my roof. He suggested that I call RoofGlo. RoofGlos inspector came to my home to inspect my roof. He explained to me why my roof shingles was staining so soon. He showed me the companys license and insurance documents which I thought was very impressive. He offered me a very reasonable price to clean my roof especially for the warranty and all the work they do. We have a large house so it took the workers two days to complete the service. They were very professional and showed up at daybreak both days. They covered my plants. They collected all of the waste runoff from the roof and put it in this huge trailer. They also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would never have known that they were here except for my roof looks brand new! Kudos to RoofGlo!I referred RoofGlo to my neighbors. My roof was severely stained, so I contacted several roofing companies. They all said that my roof needs to be replaced. After 6 months of pure torture of finding the right company to clean my roof, I contacted RoofGlo.....and what an experience! From start to finish, Vance and his helper did a great job!After GAF agreed to another companys (The Roofing Company, Inc.) proposal; and that company took 1/2 of the payment up front, they finally showed up 4 months later(!) to do the work. The worker went up on the roof and after 1/2 hour came down to tell me the bad news...which was that he couldnt do the work, because he needed a $6K machine to clean the roof and the job wasnt worth it for them to rent it for this job!!I was fortunate enough to contact RoofGlo and spoke to Joyce, who was very pleasant and professional on the telephone, and scheduled for someone to come out and take a look at my roof. What to do about black and green fuzzy growth on the north side of my roof! I called 6 roof cleaning and roofing companies regarding my badly stained roof. Most of them said it would be impossible to clean without bleach and pressure washers because of the advanced growth of algae and mold on the shingles. My husband and I have been homeowners for over 30 years, and we rarely have had a contractor with as much attention to detail as Vance with RoofGlo. We hired Vance to rid our roof of the long streaks of black algae, lichen and moss. We thought we needed the exterior soffit repainted as well because it looked dingy and dirty. Not only did Vance make our roof look new again, he cleaned our soffit and saved us the $7,000 quote we received from the painter. Vance informed us that the condition of our roof caused the algae growth on the soffit. Clearly, we did not need the soffit repainted and it all looks beautiful. Vance inspected the roof himself, finding a 1-2ft pine seedling growing in a roof crevice! He also cut back large tree branches that extended over the roof. He educated us that if we cleaned our roof on a regular basis, we could prevent early shingle replacement because of damage due to the algae. With Vance’s background knowledge in Botany, his understanding of chemicals allows him to balance the products to kill the algae yet not harm the building product he is cleaning as well as the shrubbery and surrounding grass. Not only did Vance protect our plants and backyard from the chemicals using buckets to catch the overflow, he protected the grass from any runoff. Additionally, Vance cleaned our wood deck, vinyl clad deck railing, and our expansive paver stone driveway. His workers were very professional, his trucks were very clean, and his prices extremely reasonable. He was always extremely courteous and cognizant of our needs. Vance wants the homeowner to be so pleased with his work, that he does not ask for payment until he has completed the job. I would not hesitate to contact Vance again for any exterior cleaning of our home, deck, outdoor furniture, walkways, or pavers. His before and after photos make your home look new again!

I very rarely leave reviews but almost feel compelled to give my experience. I was set up with an appointment on Saturday between 10 and 11 am. Was called around 9:30 and was told the gentlemen that was coming to give me a quote was running a little late. I said ok no problem. He eventually showed up, I was working outside so Im not sure of the time. He introduced himself and after some time told me he wanted to show me a concerning area. There was a few inches of moss on the roof on one corner and the gentlemen gave me a 5 minute shpeel about how if I went with another roof cleaning company then my shingles would fall apart because they would be to hard on the roof. I said ok. Meanwhile I had a previous quote 2 days prior from SHINE home cleaning company and that experience was great. I told the gentleman from roofglo of the prior quote so he knew. Then came the price. But before the price I got to here him talk about how he had been doing roof cleaning for 18 years and that most companies didnt have workmans comp insurance so if anyone fell off my roof I would be liable. Then he shows me a price of $1650. I am kinda shocked by the price because this was literally only for a roof cleaning service and he told me they didnt even really get on the roof, they just sprayed stuff on it. He must have noticed my reaction then says he can give me discounts and get it down to $1250. I said is that just for the roof or do you guys clean the house as well. He said What for the same price? I said umm sure I guess. He looks around and says ehh we can clean the front. The rest of the house will be extra. I said, ok well let me think about it. He immediately folds up the paper he had the quote written on. I said do you mind if I keep the quote. Then it felt very awkward and he started backing up and said nah we dont do that. Then made a few more comments about how they didnt do that, again as he is backing up towards his truck. Then he left. It felt very awkward and I am still shocked this guy operates his business that was. National average for a roof cleaning is $413 according to Google. Roofglo is literally 4X that. Dont call this company.
