Their ability to get things cleaned up so quickly allows for the re-build of our house to happen in a timely manner. I can’t explain how happy I am with the results from my kitchen reconstruction and home mitigation. Communication was clear every step of the way and my things/valuables were handled with care. In the middle of a large remodel project we were hit with a small patch of old, dry, inactive mold. Will, our project manager, came to our house sooo quickly & provided a detailed estimate to us SUPER FAST to help keep our remodel project on schedule. Technicians Tony & Jason arrived the next morning & quickly ripped up flooring, cleaned, set up all the necessary room dividers & fans for the weekend clean up. Everything was promplty cleaned up & complete in the matter of only a few days! What couldve been a nightmare situation turned into the most delightful mold remediation experience possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Jenkins & certainly would call them again, if needed!!

My project manager, Mr. Jesse Bean displayed the temperament and discipline along with his professionalism at all times to help me navigate through a very bad house fire. Jenkins Restoration came out to do water damage cleanup. Jason and Tony are amazing! They were on time and extremely professional. They were very thorough with their inspection and had everything dried out in a couple of days which gave a lot of assurance and peace in a stressful situation. Ive called Jenkins twice in the past two years... once for my parents house, and just recently for my own house. About a year ago, my folks house required a complete renovation following some hidden plumbing issues. There were some time-line hiccups due to the COVID pandemic, but overall the Jenkins team was very responsive, professional, and very easy to work with.Aaron White handled the remediation of the water/humidity damage, and Kristina Allen managed the renovation. Both Aaron and Kristina worked with my parents insurance company to fund both projects. My folks didnt have to pay for anything except a small deductible, and I didnt have to fight with an insurance adjuster over costs.Just recently we discovered a plumbing issue in my own house (quest pipes) that led to an early morning flood in my wifes closet. I called Jenkins again, and Aarons team, headed by lead technician Chris (Im afraid I dont remember his last name) was quick to respond and handle the water remediation. Kristina worked hand-in-hand with our insurance to calculate an estimate for repairs on overall damages. For this project, we went with another company to re-pipe the entire house, but we were able to put the money Kristina had gotten us from our insurance towards that work.Honestly, I cant say enough good things about the Jenkins team. I hope we dont have any emergencies like these in the future, but if we do, I know theyll be the first ones we call.Thanks so much!

My entire experience with Jenkins was exasperating. The workmen did not show up when they said they would and more than once came hours after they said they would arrive. Shortcuts were taken twice I had to reference the contract when I knew items were not being performed . They replaced a ceiling and only painted the part of the ceiling they replaced and it was clearly visible the ceiling was two different colors. The contract stated to paint the whole room they only painted under the repair. My key was left unsecured in their Master Lock box. I would go days without any work being done. I could go on and on. I called the company countless times, I wrote letters itemizing negative behaviors and performance to USAA as well as Jenkins. The only time they were responsive when it came close to job completion when they wanted me to sign forms so they could be paid. There were only three positives from this entire experience. The final project was great but it was incredibly painful to get to completion. Instead of sending out the contractors who were giving me the run around the whole time they sent Chuck who I believe was one of the supervisors who was great. He noticed things that were not completed that I didnt even realize. It was a shame that they sent out who I feel was by far their best employee at the end of the project and in my opinion just to smooth things over. Also, Matt the tile guy was an incredible craftsman and was an absolute pleasure.

Meat lovers had good balance of flavor and wasnt dripping with grease. Also had a garlic and cheese with enough garlic to protect you from vampires, mosquitoes, and other people for a week. We will definitely eat here again.

I recently had the pleasure of working Jenkins Restorations. When Stone called he was so polite and professional. He walked me through each step of the process and clearly explained everything to me. Promptly the next morning Javier and Tony showed up at my home with a smile on their faces. They were so nice and explained everything that they were doing. They made sure to keep the areas where they were working clean and neat. Javier and Tony did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them.

October 12th, 2019 our family suffered a lost of our house due to an attic fire from our HVAC system. Fortunately we were away from our home when it happen, but we could not ask for a better company than Jenkins to help get some sense of normal back in our life. This happen just before the COVID-19 outbreak, which did not stop their production. Our project manager Jesse Bean was on top of everything. Including having us pick out or preference months in advance before the house was at that point of repair, knowing that some materials were going to take longer than normal. We were back in our house in less that a year, which is super short since the fire damaged or water damaged every room accept one. Jesse and Jenkins really made us feel like part of the family. Still do!!! I have not just been blessed to have my home rebuilt by them, we have made a friendship with some great people who care about there clients and treat them as part of their family. Jenkins is the company you want to call if tragedy befalls your home or property. They are prompt, professional, sympathetic and responsive. They know how to make sure you get the best response from your insurance company to get your house restored in short order. Make no mistake about it, the software that insurance companies use to make their assessments, xactimate, requires a company that is intimately familiar with that software, and can digest the estimate, interpret it, and then communicate any changes or additions effectively to the insurance adjuster. Jenkins is that company. Hope you never need them, but they are the company to call if you do.

I would highly recommend working with Jenkins Restorations specifically Jacob Wood. Jake has been wonderful and professional all in the same in rebuilding our home after a tree fell through it with Hurricane Matthew. I completely doubted that our house would ever be rebuilt with the quality and character we had prior to the incident. Jake was very reassuring through our year long rebuilt in coaching us with what to expect from the insurance company and how to proceed. I have to say, the house is even more beautiful than we could have imagined and Jake has always been just a phone call away if we needed him for anything. Everyone from beginning to end was fabulous to work with from Jenkins!!

So not quite finished with Jenkins Restorations but just had Mark and Chuck complete some finishing work in my kitchen, powder room, laundry and sunroom. These guys are totally tops in my book...great to work with...professional and personable. Completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. I am beyond happy with the results!

Jenkins Restoration has really gone above and beyond to make sure that we got back into our house as quickly as possible after our house was struck by lightning and caused a fire last year. They took extra care to make sure the quality of work was exceptional and have even been responsive in their follow-up after the completion of their work to make sure we are satisfied with our house being restored. The craftsmanship, materials, vendors, contractors used were excellent, and all took special care to ensure we were happy when we returned home.

We are completing the mitigation phase of a dishwasher disaster and Tony, Curtis, and Javier have made this extremely stressful time so much better. They are quick, responsive, and efficient. They have been quick to answer any questions, work around our schedule and have treated our home with care. I would highly recommend them.

We recently experienced a home fire about 3 AM . Our insurance company sent a Jenkins Restorations team to cover doors and windows damaged by the fire that same day. During the month since the fire Jenkins people headed by their Project Manager, Brad Skeeter, have been nothing but amazing in helping get us through probably the most difficult event one could experience. Every person working to remove and recover our home possessions have gone out of their way to be helpful and polite. I am a multi site manager in Hampton Roads and they are my go to for any restoration need. The employees are responsive and provide exceptional customer service and quality work.

Will abandon their construction grade equipment at your house and not pick it up after repeated calls. One year later they say they will call the cops when trying to remove the equipment from my home. Thanks for the threat, Aaron. (Oh by the way, I called the police and they said they would not help you in this situation). Aaron, you also voiced you were uncomfortable to come pick it up after your company worked on my private property (reference the work orders). I’m not exactly sure what you were scared of but your company was comfortable enough to work in my home previously and your words comes across as discriminatory and disrespectful as a former client of Jenkins Restoration. The fact of the matter is I felt comfortable enough hiring you as contractors and your company dropped the ball. I understand you may not be privy to laws surrounding this - but there are storage liens and what is considered abandonment on behalf of the contractor. I could have just dropped off the abandoned equipment at the police department and they would have auctioned it off. It’s fortunate I’m a decent person and I allowed two employees to enter my private residence to retrieve the abandoned equipment left behind by negligence of one of your staff more than a year ago. Jenkins Restoration please address how your employees address / speak to former customers (i.e. making false threats and discriminatory sounding remarks — it does not look good for company rapport).EDIT: Your response as a corporate entity is beyond generic. This is a specific experience I had and you should respond with how you’re going to correct this pattern of behavior.

This is my second Quild Quality survey for Jenkins. The first was for the Remediation / Mitigation phase of my claim. This review is for the Repair phase. Zach Y. was assigned as our Project Manager. Zachs expertise, along with his breadth and depth of knowledge proved invaluable. He was an outstanding liaision with my insurance company and was our advocate throughout; we had zero concerns and felt comfortable leaving the project entirely in his hands. The team he assembled was superb and his recommendations for material resources and options were spot-on. Zach exceeded our expectations. In my first review I made the comment that if I ever needed Jenkins for a project again, I would unhesitantly use them and would recommend them to friends and family without reservation. That sentiment remains true and have already made a referral. I have used other nationally recognized restoration firms in the past, and they did not measure up to the experience I have had with Jenkins and Zach. A great company.

Jenkins Environmental Services was second to none. The two gentlemen worked tirelessly in the remediation of the damage caused by the water mishap. Ten years of unknowing mold and other growth. They made it look new again. They answered all my questions and were exceptionally professional and thorough. All of Jenkins’ services were beyond expectations. They go the extra mile.

Jenkins restorations RIPPED UP MY FLOOR for a sample, before even asking if it was OK. They were sent to my house for an estimate of restoring the walls in the kitchen and garage as well as the floor in the kitchen and living room destroyed by water damage. The living room floor was being replaced only because it was a continuous flooring with the kitchen, it had no damage. We had asked the mitigation crew at Servpro to leave us a threshold cut in case we decided to not replace the living room floor. It looked great (and followed the black undercoating) until Jenkins ripped it up, destroying a perfectly good floor thus ensuring the living room would need to be replaced. Needless to say, they LOST the work at that point. If I cannot trust you in small decisions, how can I trust you in larger ones...

The worst company ever! Never answers calls won’t correspond with you doesn’t clean up behind themselves won’t fix what they tear up tore our yard and driveway up and won’t fix that! Best part is insurance makes you use these sorry people so they feel inferior and to add I seen a couple other post USAA makes you use them! Don’t fall for this! How do I tag Jenkins and USAA?

Went to Brian who contracted this company through usaa . then to Walt whos in charge but waiting 4 weeks and 2 days for a bathroom to be restored Im sick of deadlines not being met which has thrown my my lifes scheduling off. Ive been extremely patient but Im ready to call usaa and ask why they hire Jenkins restoration when they are not reliable. Excuses. For not meeting 2 deadlines on a small bathroom to be repaired .
