Lala gave me a good scissors haircut.I am pleased.

Website, sign on door, and everywhere else I can find says they open at 0900! Now 1006 and still no one! In line check-in says they are booked! Second time this has happened in past few months. Lost a 8-year customer today.

Absolutely horrible experience and haircut. The ladies at the shop acted like we were bothering them, and on top of that My sons hair looked like it was cut in a blender, with chunks taken out of the back and each side not being level. We actually had to go to a barber shop the next day to have a lot more cut out to try to correct these mistakes.

Checked in online wait time was 38 min, signed up for text notifications. Waited in the parking lot for the full 38 min. Went inside when it notified me 2 min left, lady asked me to check in and I notified her I already did online and asked for my name. She then said well I called your name twice but you didn’t answer and took the guy that came in not even 4 min ago. Which means I had to wait ANOTHER 38 min for just a simple haircut. Went to Hair Cuttery, took me in seconds :) never coming here again.

I absolutely love coming here. I recommend them to everyone who asks where I go.

To sum it all up, this is the ONLY place I go to get a haircut, anymore. The staff is always friendly, professional and efficient. If I HAD to have any complaints, it would be that they need to quit trying to push their hair products on customers. I understand why they do, and it is a business, but I can get shampoo/conditioner elsewhere and for much cheaper (maybe a lesser quality, but whatever). Aside from that one issue, I love this place!

Asst manager isnt far the most talented stylist Ive ever had. Even the the measurements taken for the pandemic, she did a great job. A true credit to her professional attitude & expertise.

I waited forever when I did not have the app., and was skipped over. Then I get the app., and they skip over me for somebody who didn’t have the app. Haircuts are decent, and better than a lot of places. Their customer service is awful.

Horrible wait experience. Online check in means nothing. Waited with my kids for over an hour when the screen said 30 minutes. We watched the time go town to one minute and then they took someone else ahead of us. We ended up leaving. Ridiculous. Waste of time and energy.

Monique completely botched my sons hair. On one side near the ears it looked fine. Then the other side it looked like she did a stair case following up to the ears. When I left she had tucked it all behind his ear so I didnt notice until after my husband was done paying. I chose not to mention it because I did not want her trying to fix it and make it worse. We went to hampton location and kara did wonders to fix it for us for free! We will never go back to this location my husband has not had good outcomes with them eithe . She was nice as can be but she clearly went scissor crazy when all I asked for was a trim.

They wont allow a parent and young child together. Must stay in waiting area.

This place has gone down hill so much over the last year. The atmosphere is still okay but the quality of service is absolute garbage. Ive been going to this location for years and each time the service gets slower and slower. I waited 2 hours until I was seen, granted there was only 3 other people in front of me, but in what world should that take 2 hours. Honestly ridiculous.

I like coming here even though I dont really care for sports, its a nice professional place that knows how to cut hair and the employees can hold a good conversation.

Pretty nice place. Its where I always go for a haircut. It can get busy so check online before you go or you can wait an hour to get in. They have an app to schedule but it will not work for me. It says it sends an email to finish registration but I never get it. Tried all three of my email accounts and checked junk mail. I have heard this from a lot of people.

2.5 stars?The good: I will start by saying my haircut was great and my stylist had a superb personaliy. Very courteous and friendly.The not so good: I checked in at 6:07pm, left at 7:57pm.... 1 HOUR and 50 MINUTES TOTAL! Might have been longer, but some people who were before me had left. The wait time displayed was approximately 1hr... approximate was understatedOne of the stylists was clearly upset that clients had left and a couple had gone outside to wait....I will say that the check-in display does ask for your phone number so you can be alerted when you are close to being seen. This service was apparently not working. I relayed this to another stylist as she was somewhat questioning her client as he walked in through the door to finally get seen.Also, not so good. Part of the reason the haircuts were taking so long is that my stylist, who is really nice and has decent talent, may need to focus on cutting hair more than striking up long winded conversations. Maybe try doing both at the same time? Its a suggestion more than it is me being bossy. This would probably also explain the other stylists frustration.... we may never know. There were only two that day.My haircut was pretty quick. I tried to be nice, while avoiding eye contact, since I still had errands to run. However, The cut hair was never, brushed off of my neck or maybe blown out of my hair quickly with a hair dryer, so Im way more itchy than the typical haircut. Its a small complaint, but can be significant if Im riding a motorcycle with a bunch of loose hair left over and still having errands to run.Expensive for the time you have to wait.The verdict: It has potential, but my time is also valuable to me. I will definitely not come back. This place is really good if you want to sit down and maybe catch a full game of tennis... and some of the post commentary. Also a great place if you are lonely and have a lot of time on your hands. It is a great place to have full coversations about saving the planet and the whole outline on how we could do it..... it is not a great place to get a haircut, in its current state. At least not on a Wednesday afternoon.

Solid place to get a haircut

A whole lot of money for nothing. My 7 year old son was cut up and left all full of hair. They could have wiped him down maybe a little baby powder. No edging nor was his hair even. I felt robbed. Nice looking place but a horrible hair cut. I guess you pay for the atmosphere cause the work isnt worth a dime probably not going back there.

Terrible .Shaved my head and failed to listen . Been coming here for years but the stylist they have been hiring lately have been no so good. Asked to keep thick on top and short on the sides and blend and fade but the stylist was distracted and by the time I noticed, it was too late so had no choice but to shave my head .Went to get professional cut before I was to conduct a industry corporate conference in front will of hundreds of people. Now I must go basically bald and be going bald, thanks to this company .The place has changed and the stylist are unprofessional and hairbrain. DONT GO HERE.!!!.You might come out hairless or lopsided.

So I arrived and signed in and it had me as an hour and thirteen minutes so left to wonder and came back and still had about twenty minutes left during that time I ended up waiting about fifty minutes once I got back. I easily figured out why two of the girls took there fifteen ish minute brakes with an backup of a hour and twenty minutes still. I can appreciate them cleaning there stations after each costermer but when it takes them five to ten minutes to clean each time that is just being lethatgic. There hair cutting skills are on point and seem friendly, but they just take way to long.

Took our three boys in there and my youngest sons haircut looks like something I could do at home, $60 before tip for 3 Children’s haircuts is ridiculous! I’m debating if I should call and see if I could bring him back so someone could fix his hair. Not to mention two people came in after us and got in before my youngest son. If you want a clean edge up don’t use the girl he had....

The online check in system is a farce. Waited for two hours and still didnt get my haircut. Time to find another hair place.

I have been going to this location twice a month for almost a year. I couldnt be more unhappy with the service I received tonight. I came in at 6:30PM and signed my name on the list. No one else was waiting ahead of me. The two employees that were working finished the clients whose hair they were cutting and then cleaned up their work stations. Without telling me there would be a wait, they both disappeared into the back. I waited 15 minutes before I finally left because after all that waiting, one of the employees came out, walked the floor, and then returned to her hiding spot without a word to me or the other customer waiting for haircuts. I will never return to this location and cant even believe the poor customer service I received this evening.

Great place for mens haircuts. Little to no wait times and very friendly staff. T.Vs at every seat. Get the MVP treatment, you wont regret it.

Got a double MVP treatment for a dollar more than the regular MVP. Felt better after discarding the winter woolly look. Erica was attentive to detail in giving me a good haircut experience.

The woman who cut my hair spent no time at all cutting my hair, even though I waited 30 minutes while other customers were having their hair cut. They started to get busy while I was waiting, so I can tell they wanted to hurry up. I asked for a specific length on the top, which is not nearly what I received. I regret spending $20 for something that the nex could have done.

Went there, signed in. At 629 PM got the text saying Id be seen within 10 minutes. An hour later with no customers all three women are walking around the shop just like they had been the majority of the time. I had to leave and attempt to get a cut elsewhere, before the other hair dressers closed. Terrible service, No service.
