I took my kid in for a mommy and me pedicure and this place was awesome! They lowered the chair for him so he fit in the big chair. They are following all COVID precautions; masks and the chairs have space between them. I only get regular polish and buff on my kid so I can’t comment on gel or any other special services. I plan to come back whenever we visit Chattanooga. They also have wine.

Love this place! I have been going here for years and the workers are so kind and are incredibly talented at what they do!! Very affordable as well!

The gentleman performing my pedicure was bleeding from small cut on his hand and did not wear gloves. He even lost a bandage in the water. Towels were not hot and my nails were not cut / filed evenly. They were nice but truly unprofessional and not clean. I got up before the pedicure was done. I’m so sorry to say this may be the worst pedicure I’ve ever had.

The place was completely empty, which shouldve been my fist sign. It has only been a week since I went in to get a full gel set and already three of my nails have broken completely off.When I went back to get them fixed, they wanted to charge me full price and told me it was my fault that they had broken as I must have been working too hard (???)Please save your money and go where they value both their work and the customer. No business operating like this will survive for long.

Got a full set on Thursday by Saturday nails were breaking. The gentleman in the salon refused to fix my nail and was insisting i made an appointment and was going to charge full price to fix. Please, save your money and your time and go where you are valued. This salon is empty for a reason!

The worst full set I have EVER had put on. I should have left when no one was in there at 4pm.

Tech used something other than typical acrylic even after I asked for it. She got frustrated because she was trying to up sell and I wasn’t buying it. The result was lumpy uneven nail set that I’m sure I’ll be taking off before the end of the day because I’m not happy.

I have found my favorite nail salon in Chattanooga. Bernie does an awesome job! My gel lasts longer than anywhere else I have been and for a great price. Bernie truly puts in her time and effort and makes sure I am happy with the end result!

Kayla is the best,she always prefrontal and loves the challenge I bring to her with the art I wont done. She never lets. me down....

My daughter as an intellectual disability and yes it’s one of the ones you can not see. She messed up her nail and the tech screamed at her a few times. You took her money respect her as a person. This will not be tolerated. She was the wrong one to scream at because her mother has time to file complaints and make people aware that this establishment is not accommodating to people with diverse abilities.

Went in to get a nail polish. Instead of him soaking my nails he removed my nail polish with the buffer leaving a harsh surface... my nails are now ruined not to mention the polish looks like a child did it...it’s even on my skin! Unacceptable and will never return! Good luck! -1 stars! too bad I can’t post pictures!

If I could make it 0 star I would have. Was in there for gel nails and he messed them up twice. Then he did the rub off with the cotton to make sure it stayed and it messed it up the last time. I was there for over and hour 15 minutes on just the nails. When I told the woman when she asked how I liked it and told her she acted like she didnt care. Would def not recommend this place.

I brought my daughter here to get nails and polished ... nail polish didn’t stay on and they didn’t seem to care... they are very rude to customers.. employee was yelling for no reason and didn’t ask if there was anything she do to fix it or even a refund... this is not a place you want to go

I received an eyelash treatment. Kayla was really great. But after 2 weeks, I needed cluster lashes removed. They were irritating my eyes. I called on Monday for appt, I was asked if I could come Tuesday. I explained why I needed them removed due to allergies. I was told to come at 6:00. I arrived on time but did not receive same service from Kayla. She argued and fussed with me. She did not remove the lashes properly. She put no tissue or pad on my lower lashes. She put remover straight on my upper lids. My eyes were burning and my lower lids were hurting. I told her and she didn’t care. She said it was my fault for blinking. She left clumps of glue and told me that it would stop with some water. She said left over glue would wash away when I washed my face. None of this is true! Don’t go there! She tore my own lashes out and left glue clumps. My lower lashes are longer and thicker than my upper after letting Kayla apply and remove cluster lashes!!!!!

I just found my new go to nail salon! Customer service so great!They bend over headwards to greeted me when I steeped in. The service here are so great! All staff were all ridiculously sweet and skilled. Really nice and clean nail salon.Ill be coming back every month to get my nails done. I love you nail aisle family!

I had went to go get my nails done and it was not gel but the day that they done it they messed up as soon as I left so I took them back and they redone them and then the next day they were chipping and looking ridiculous and I told them and showed them they said they can fix them and they had a smart remark... and my toes I brought into this to they weren’t smooth and also they are not even polished and she said they would be even if I got a pedicure worst nail place I have ever been 2

Worst full set of gel nails Ive ever had. They were wavy and popped off after a few days. I had been to this shop before and it seems to have changed ownership to inexperienced people. A total waste of money.

I went there for a pedicure. They were very nice. Jenny dug my ingrown toenail out and did not even hurt me. She is very nice. If I were in the market for a pedicure, I would definitely go here. Always ask for Jenny. My sister turned me onto this place. She said they serve wine while they work on your feet. I dont have Corns. She does. I think the reason I dont have corns is because I come to this place often and they keep my feet in really good shape.

I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and I have had numerous tech do my nails. I love Lee at Posh Nails. Im somewhat hard on my nails but when Lee does them I dont have any break after 3 weeks. He listens to what you want and does exactly what you ask for him to do. The place is very clean and has a nice ambiance.

Bernie and Kayla were awesome I got my toes nails and eyebrows done I left out as they was closing I realized that my toes had messed up I went back in and all the lights were off Kayla took the time to redo them even after hours and bernie took the time the next day after I broke my nail to fix it and fix the rest of them to make them look perfect thank you so much for your kindness and perfessionalism

First of all they soaked my hands in pure acetone without foil for 45 minutes. This is terrible for your skin and nails. And then the woman who did my nails literally refused to do gel nails for me, only dip. I told her I wanted them short and she left them super long. They also do not sanitize their tools and all of the stations are messy and cluttered. Would definitely not recommend this salon to others. Not professional and they do not care about what their customers want. DO not go here.

They refused to honor a $78 gift certificate so dont trust to buy gifts here.

Do not go to this nail salon. They are very rude and were jerking and throwing my arms the entire time. My full set was very thin almost like paper I will need to go tomorrow somewhere else to get them fixed thicker. Also, I only came to this place because the one that I originally go to was closed on Sunday so I thought I would just try a new place. I told the guy who did my nails that I wanted almonds shape and he did oval and they looked very round and body. I had asked them to make them pointier than that and he got an attitude and started jerking my hand. My acrylic set isn’t even worth it at all and they look flat and unnatural. I was sitting in the chair to dry my nails and wasn’t even sitting for 5 minutes when a different guy came up to me and MADE me get out of the seat so someone else could sit down. THERE WERE TWO OTHER CHAIRS TO SIT IN AND I WAS MADE TO GET UP AND MY NAILS WERE NOT WVEN DRY. Do not get your nails done at this place they are awful. They don’t even deserve the one star I have to give them to write this review.

For my birthday last month I got the gel nails for the first time at another salon, they were beautiful and they lasted an entire month. However when I came here the design was cute, but these gel nails have barely lasted two weeks. (The edges are chipping and theyre cracks already) Im extremely disappointed and wont be back.

Posh La was surprisingly big on the inside and very nice and relaxing. I only went in for a manicure but they did a great job. The guy up front was amazing and helped me choose a color even though he ended up with polish on all his fingers. My technician did a good job and was very sweet. Id definitly recommend it.

Great nail art, I really like my nails but I feel like I was over charged for my service. I actually had someone call to enquire about how much they charged for exact service and it was $20 less than what I was charged which is totally not cool. So watch out, lesson learned super unfortunate because she is talented nail technician.

Highly expensive. I got gels nails there about 2 months ago. And got a nail fungus under the bedding of one of my fingers now. Never had any trouble until I went here. Now I may lose my nail. And it costing me to see a doctor to hopefully have it cured. Very disappointed and a very unhappy customer.

About two or three years ago my mom and I went. The workers never smiled or talked to us, but that wasn’t the worst of it. When I was getting my finger nails painted, I accidentally hit my hand on the fan that was drying my fingernails. I showed the woman and she sighed very loud and grabbed my hand firmly and forcefully set it down on the table to fix it. Awful place, I still think about how awful it was sometimes.

Ive been going here for years and loved the service. The change of ownership is the only thing I could say might have changed it. It went from a relaxing experience where you say with a glass of wine and the workers talked to you. Now they rush with your nails (Ive bled several times) and dont speak to you. One time I was in there, the main guy was on the phone the entire time he did my nails.Im done giving them chances.

Worst service ever! Don’t ever go there. My wife Was yelled at by a women for horrible work and just wanted them to fix it. And she wanted to argue! My wife showed her bank account where she paid for two visits to get her nails right. The women then said she needed to pay 35.00 well hell my wife didn’t know that she just said she would like to get gel nails the women didn’t explain to her anything. Will report them to the BBB as well. Horrible customer service.

Ive been here a few times and it was good the first time for a pedicure, the girls were nice. When I decided to get a gel manicure, the first experience was ok. The second trip the manicurist was rude, wouldnt speak to me other than giving me rude commands (even though I tried to engage him in conversation) and in less than a week my polish was cracking and falling off. To make things worse, this was the day before leaving for vacation and I couldnt have them fixed. Will never go back.

Last night I had a french manicure at Posh La Spa and Salon. This morning, while getting ready, I noticed that the nail polish was literally sliding off my nails! I just called to explain what happened and offer to send them pictures as proof. I asked the manager for a refund and he began yelling and calling me a liar, refused a refund and hung up on me. I cant believe that in a business that relies on customer satisfaction, he would not only treat me like that, but not even try to make it right! Total waste of time and money- do NOT go there and expect a quality job.

This is hands down the worst salon I have ever visited. While some of the technicians are nice - I feel sorry for them because the owners (particularly the wife) are so rude. They clearly do not care about quality or customer satisfaction. They rush you in and out, without speaking to you or making eye contact - but rather pointing out commands. I have never had a worse experience at a nail salon - they are far from clean, and they could truly care less about their customers. Terrible, awful, horrible experience and poor, poor manicure. I will NEVER return to this place, its pathetic how they operate.

Really disappointed in my manicure today. I have thin nails and had to have acrylics taken off and was getting gel instead. I knew they were most likely going to rip, so I asked the woman to cut them down. She said she would file them back after the gel was on, which she barely did. I thought they looked alright under the dim light in the shop, but upon further inspection at home, I noticed she had painted parts of my skin to mask how poorly shaped my nails were. I came home with uneven shapes and jagged, sharp edges. I am so saddened because I asked her to cut them back, and she seemed like her idea of keeping length in my nails was more important than what I think- having short, yet even nails that will grow to be stronger eventually. Needless to say, I had to file back my nails even further when I got home so they would not be jagged, and I will not be back to this nail spa again.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! THE EMPLOYEES STEAL! THE MANICURIST STOLE $250 FROM MY PURSE WHEN I WENT TO THE BACK TO GET A WAX THEN THE OWNER TOLD THE POLICE THAT THE CAMERAS CONVIENENTLY DONT WORK. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE CROOKS!!

I went to get a full set and there was one nail that had a huge noticeable bump. I asked the guy in the first station to the right if he could simply file it down. To make it even. To this, he started yelling at me in front of everyone that I was exaggerating and being too picky and couldn’t do anything about it. I showed it to him and, with the worst attitude, said ok ok I’ll fix it when he saw i wasn’t exaggerating. I was so mad and embarrassed. Will never go back!!

This was my first time at Posh La Nail Spa and I will never go back. They are very rude. The guy did the worst possible job you could imagine ( my 9 year old could have done better) My nail polish has bubbles and ripples in it. That is from using old nail polish and doing a rush job.

Great atmosphere, wonderful service

Their pedis are $40 and i couldnt afford that so i just asked for a toe nail paint and she imediatly caught an attitude painted them in 5 minutes then told me so go to the dryer and didnt speak to me except to tell me that. Not to mention she did a horrible job painting.will never go back.
