My wife and I have been clients at Judys for 7 years now. I got my first pedicure ever with my wife before our honeymoon trip in 2014 at Judys, and we have been going back ever since. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Even as a guy who nervous about getting a pedicure, I was made to feel comfortable and welcome from the very start. Now I recommend them to my fellow friends, both men and women! We both love the service that we receive at Judys, and the quality/value are great!

I’ve been getting dip powder nails done here for about 2 years now. Only place I can go where my nails can grow out so long people think they are acrylic but still don’t break. I’m a waitress and hit my hands on things alot, and my nails still always look good. I normally get them done once a month! Definitely should go see Judy or Lee to get your nails done.

Judy and Lee are so kind. They are very detailed and gentle. They don’t make you feel rushed! The interior of the salon has a very nice, chill atmosphere. And everything is very tidy and clean.

The salon was clean and well kept! The service was amazing I enjoyed visiting with Judy and Kevin both. I had never had either service done before and I was very at ease and impressed with them both!! My next appointment is already made!!

Lee & Judy are a cut above the rest. They are both kind, caring and professional. Right away Lee made feel comfortable; that I wasn’t just a sale but a guest. The hospitality I experienced was amazing and he did a perfect job on my Nails. He educated me on my natural nails and explained everything.

PLEASE DONT GO HERE GIRL!!!! Power dip nails $56. I received a service on Aug 7. When I left I was highly satisfied. I am normally very loyal to my nail tech (Posh in Cleveland) and pay $35 so when my total came to $56 I was slightly irritated but whatever :) Not sure why they are so much higher but it wasnt really much I could do after the service was already done. This place is clean customer service was awesome! Unfortunately after two days a couple of my nails began to left at the corner. By day 4 my pinky on my right hand had cracked. By day 7 almost all the nails have lift and my index finger on my right hand had cracked. I was initially was going to let it go because hey its my fault for cheating on my loyal nail tech right?I am now at day 9 and decided I was going to call and just see if they would return my money to me after all I over paid for a service that will have to be removed. I spoke with Judy first and she instructed me that her husband would give me a call back since he did my nails. Within the hour he gave me a call back and offered to redo my nails. I declined. I dont have 2 hours to waste when it could just happen again. He refused to return my money and insisted I allow him the opportunity to redo them and if it happened again he would re do them again. I declined. He stated it cost him time and product to do my nails so a refund wouldnt be fair to him. I declined. He then said he could offer me a free pedicure instead. Finally after realizing getting my money back wasnt an option I told him I may do the pedicure.I probably will not go back for the pedicure I havent fully decided. I do know that I now have to spend $35 to go back to my normal technician if I want to keep my long beautiful natural nails. I dont have the money to spend right now since Im on a mommy budget so my plans this evening will be to soak and remove the powder dip and probably just cut them off and start my nail growth journey next month when I can afford to start all over.

My friend and I had a great manicure/pedicure experience here! Very clean salon and Judy/her husband were so friendly and attentive. Will be back!

Was really looking forward to come here since they had good reviews compared to others in the area. I got a new full set and pedi. The lady who did my pedi seemed like she hasnt been doing this long and cut me. My full set is very uneven in length and shape. Each one looks like it was made by a different person. The polish keeps getting bubbles and she didnt clean my cuticles. The lady didnt even use proper tools she just kept using her nails long nails to push my cuticles back. Paid $81 total. They charge a dollar extra if u use a card too

I had a fantastic experience here! I had a dip manicure two weeks ago and my nails are still perfect! Judy & Lee make you feel very welcomed from the moment you walk in. I will definitely be back!

Visiting from out of town and really needed a manicure. They take appointments but in the middle of the day it wasnt busy so walk-ins welcome. Very clean, professional salon. Huge selection of types of polish (regular, vinylux, gel). I asked for vinylux with nail art and the results were fantastic. The young girl was meticulous with my cuticles. The polish was clean and the art lined up perfectly. No smearing and nothing on my cuticles. Highly recommend.

I loved my experience! I got an acrylic French tip and a pedi and Ling did amazing!!! He interacted with me, and made my nails look really natural!! I’m new to the area and wasn’t sure which nail salon to go to but they were so sweet!!! Will definitely be back!!

Today was my first visit and I enjoyed the service. I was immediately greeted calmly by someone and assisted. I was served within 5 minutes of waiting. My manicurist Stacie was so kind, conversational, and took my input. My nails look incredible, and Ive already gotten a ton of compliments. I would recommend as the best salon Ive experienced in the Gunbarrel area. I will be inviting friends and am likely to return.

My husband and boys purchased a gift card for me for Mother’s Day from Judy’s Nails. They spent a lot of time trying to find the best place for me to go, and I think they picked a great place. I can honestly tell you that Judy, and Lee really care about their customers. It’s not just about the nails for them. As I got my nails done, I watched a continuous flow of people enter this business. I was amazed that they knew every person who entered by first name - like they were all long time friends. You can easily see the love and compassion Judy and Lee have for their customers here. They went out of their way to make sure my needs were met and that I was 100% happy with my services. I definitely recommend giving them a chance to take care of you.

Such a wonderful experience! My sister and I came in on the Fourth of July and were warmly greeted and instantly helped. The nail technicians chatted with us and did a fabulous job with our pedicures. The salon is beautifully decorated and very relaxing. I will definitely be returning!

I have been going to the same nail salon for over a year. I am very particular about my nails so finding a new nail salon when I moved was a little scary.Even though the salon was busy when I got there, they were very accommodating and were able to see me in a timely manner. Lee did my manicure and did a great job. I originally had a set of acrylics that I needed removed and planned on getting a new set. He told me about other, more beneficial, options for my already brittle nails. Lee did a beautiful gel powder manicure (I recommend the color Make Me Blush). He was very friendly and knows what he is doing.The salon itself is very clean and has a very friendly environment. It is a little on the pricey side but I think its worth it for a quality manicure. I will definitely be going back!

Just went for a manicure and pedicure for the first time and I had an absolutely wonderful experience. I went in for a gel manicure, but Lee explained the dip process and how it will help my nails grow and become stronger. I really appreciated the attention to detail, learning about the business and how they give back to the community (breast cancer fundraiser for example), as well as their clear skill and education in nail processes. I’m looking forward to seeing how these hold up and definitely will be making another appointment in the future!

This place is awesome!! Im always helped in a timely manner by friendly staff in a clean and soothing atmosphere. They even have little chairs for the small children!! Its great!! Go by and visit them.... you wont be disappointed!!

I recently left my old salon after repeatedly being disappointed and I was searching for somewhere new in the area. While grabbing coffee from dunkin I searched nail salons around me and this one had the best review so I decided to give it a shot! And I have never been so welcomed and thrilled w my experience at a nail salon. I absolutely love my nails and Judy personally did my acrylics and they were phenomenal. This is the only nail salon my wife Caitlin will go to. Ive visited with her on a few occasions while she gets her nails done. Each time everyone is really nice. There has never been an issue with me waiting for her there.This time we went my wife talked me into getting a manicure and pedicure for myself. Im always willing to try something once. Miss Judy took care of me the entire time. Spent a ton of extra time buffering my unkempt nails and feet til they were up to her perfectionist standards.I came out of there feeling like a pampered prince. Im not once for conversation during haircuts and other things but she made it very easy to converse and cracked some very funny jokes throughout the process always making me feel comfortable.If youre a woman Id say this place is amazing. My wife loves it and this is the only place in Chattanooga she will go.If youre a guy and have been curious about nail and feet care beyond what you can do at home. I suggest keep an open mind and come on down to Judys Nails. You wont regret it and you wont feel like you were ripped off at the end either. Every penny was well spent at this establishment.I would rate them higher if I could.

I went to Judy’s today! I recently relocated to Chattanooga. I chose Judy’s because it was close to my apartment and the reviews were good. I really felt at home there from the moment I walked in!! Stacy and Lee took great care of me! This will be my new go to nail salon for sure!!!! Thanks for making this KY girl feel at home!!Edit: I’ve been going to Judy’s for over a year now and I still love going. At this point, I have developed a friendship with both Judy and Lee. I’m from out of state so I was nervous about finding a nail salon due to past bad experiences, but Judy’s salon had such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere! They got me in right away and Sam did such a good job at making sure my nails were exactly the way I wanted them and paid such good attention to detail. Would highly recommended to anybody!

This was my first time getting my nails done in Chattanooga and Im so happy with it. I didnt have an appointment and had to wait about 10 minutes. But the wait was well worth it. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Lee and Judy were both super friendly. The shop was very clean and organized. The pedicures were great, they squeezed me in for a mani too. I would definitely come here again. The atmosphere was relaxing and refreshing.

This place was great! We had 8 girls come in, and they brought out drinks for each of us and helped us as quickly as possible. They had the most confortable chairs, and a wide selection of colors. They also use a new kit (nails clippers, file, cuticle clippers, etc.) for each customer, and thoroughly sanitize non-disposable items in between uses. Thats what really sets this place apart--how clean and nice everything was. Judy is hilarious, and I love the gel I got! Their sugar scrub, was so rough though, but make my skin completely smooth. Prices were average (gel polish manicure and regular polish pedicures were around a total of $70) and pretty on par with other places that do a good job. Definitely recommend!

I felt welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. They call their customers by name, they are friendly and care about their clients personally. I got a beautiful manicure for my nieces wedding. Its a luxury I cant afford often, but I will use Judys again for my next manicure. It was a great experience!

Wow! Just moved to Chattanooga and have been trolling for a good, CLEAN salon. Found one! So impressed with their attention to detail. Especially the TLC I got on an injured toe. Would definitely recommend this place - even over those that serve wine!

I got no chip manicure 4 days ago. First off, Id like to say the staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. On the other hand, they couldve done a way better job on my nails which I payed $35 plus tip for. Almost immediately after I got them done, I noticed part of the nail polish was painted into the skin beside my nail so I tried to take it off and it ended up peeling a noticeable sliver of polish off. Secondly, my nails were so badly cut an filed, I asked for rounded nails and ended up with sharp ends that made the finished look very sloppy. I ended up going and buying myself a nail file to do it myself. Only 2 days after I got it done, a small amount of polish chipped off my middle finger which I was able to file down so you couldnt notice. It has been 4 days now and my thumb polish has already started peeling from the top of my nail so I had to take it completely off. To top it off I live 9 hours away from where I got this done and I didnt have enough time to go back and get it fixed so I will just have to deal with this sad example of a manicure. The main color I got couldve used another coat and I have found that 2 clear coats at the end work pretty well and I only got one. They had a wedding party coming in to get their manis and pedis done and I feel like they were trying to rush me out of the door to attend to them.

Wax Review--I love that they do waxes with a different type of wax than most places. The wax is applied & allowed to harden, and pealed off the skin. Seemingly painless procedure & I never wait more than 5 mins to be serviced. Friendly staff & extremely clean facilities.

What a great and professional nail salon! They are VERY attentive to detail and focus on looking great while keeping your nails healthy. They are knowledgeable and I trust what they recommend!

Judy filed my nails too hard, so much that when after a few days the gel came off and my nail bed was in great pain and the nail needed support because it was so brittle. I went to a different salon and felt the difference in good treatment of my nail. Ill never go back to this overpriced and painful service.

Everyone was so attentive! I arrived at a busy time. Yet, everyone was courteous and expedient. They didnt make me feel rushed or overwhelmed. They offered refreshments and saw to all my needs while offering expert advice.

This salon is incredibly clean and the staff is very knowledgeable and accommodating! My boss took 14 staff members to have mani/pedis. Our experience has been one for the books. Everything was done in a timely manner and not rushed. All of our, ever changing, needs were met. Every lady has had nothing but good things to say and so proud of their nails. We each pledged to return even though we live an hour away. Well done Judy and staff!

Lee so ROCKS! He knows nails! Ive had weak thin nails entire life & had considered finding a dr. to see if anything could be done. Got a powder gel manicure that wont damage natural nails. Great work!

I went to go get french tip nails and at first everyone was friendly but i don’t know if he was Judy’s husband or what but he did my nails. He filed my nails way to hard I kept telling him it hurt but he didn’t seem to care they came out looking bad and Judy got upset when he said to charge me $40.00 instead of $45.00 because he know he did such a bad job on my nails all he wanted was to get done because it was close to closing time so upsetting never going there again.

Staff was pretty nice, prices were fairly expensive. Not a good selection of colors and the paint isnt true to color. A little sloppy for the painting.

My mom and I visited the salon on October 2, 2015 (the day before my wedding). We were greeted by Judy and noticed the very clean, relaxing environment. Both Judy and her husband (he did my nails) are so nice and personable. From conversations with them, I can tell they care about their customers and delivering quality service. Judys husband gave me a tour of the facility and showed me how they keep all the tools clean. I also like that they provide complimentary water. Mom and I had such a great time! Although it was my first visit, I already know Judys will be my go-to spot for manis/pedis. Mom lives out of state and is already looking forward to her next visit to Judys.

I was very disappointed, because I had done research to try and find a nice salon in Chattanooga. The salon was very nice & clean inside, and the staff was friendly. However, my gel manicure was just terrible. When the girl was done with my nails I could still see the color of my nail through the polish and there were bubbles, uneven spots, and spots with no top coat on every nail. She also left polish on the skin around my nails. I was not satisfied, so I asked the girl if she could add an extra coat to make the polish darker and fix all the unevenness- she agreed that it needed fixed. She added an extra coat which made the color darker, but did nothing to fix the bubbles and all the spots without top coat. Needless to say it was money wasted as I took the manicure off a few days later because it did not look good.

Love Judys Nails. The decor is calm and relaxing, and everything is very clean. They do a great job with nails,. Im always pleased. Im a big fan of the Vinylux polish. I usually chip my nail polish in the first couple of days, but the Vinylux lasts me a week. Another pro--it comes off with regular nail polish remover. No wraps required like the gel polish.

Best nail salon I have ever been too! Amazing experience.

My mom and I were visiting for a weekend mini vacay and decided to treat ourselves to mani/pedis! Boy, this place did not disappoint. The staff treated us like family, instead of strangers they met only moments before. I wore jeans and they let me borrow a towel to cover up to get the full massage experience! They were kind, sincere, and friendly the entire time. All while my mother and I were asking for recommendations on things to do and places to eat! I would recommend Judy’s nail and spa to anybody in town or visiting for a weekend. They make sure you are pleased with your experience before even leaving the location. I’ve never had staff check up on me so much, or genuinely care how I felt. We will definitely be back to visit Chang and his wife and staff again very soon!

Took a while to get to us and they werent busy, so 4 stars. Otherwise, one of the best pedis Ive ever had by a woman named Tee she was awesome with my ingrowns, best cuticle cleaning ever, closely detailed, and very gentle and sweet. The shop is very nice, clean equipment, and A+ massage chairs!

Tried to get me and my friends out super fast and while trying to rush my manicure Judy ruined my nail beds and gave me a less then spectacular gel manicure

I really wanted to love this place because it was so clean. However, the quality was NOT there. My pedicure was mediocre, the polish was lumpy with bubbles all in the top coat. My gel polish was so sloppy it was cured to my skin and lifted and peeled after two days! To top it off this was the most expensive mani/pedi Ive ever had! I wont be going back here. I

First time getting a mani/ pedi and it was amazing!!! Brought my mom here for her bday and it was totally worth it! Judy, Christy and Mirana took care of us, they were professional and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend Judy’s for anyone’s first time or if you are looking for a new place to go!

Awful job on my acrylics. Polish was sloppy and uneven, my nail polish had little bubbles all over it. It was all just sloppy and thrown on there. Also, more overpriced for acrylics compared to other places Ive been to (that have done a better job).

Judy over price ever thing..and the polish is old...She has no prices listed...so she charges what ever...One of her employees didt want to wait on me because I am black...I was in the ship 3 hours...I had to wait for 3 different people to wait on me... .......I will never go back to JudysNails & Skin Care

Went there to get my nails done and I felt real uncomfortable because the owners talked down to the workers and plus I had asked how much to get my nails done there i told them what I wanted and showed a picture of the nails I wanted and she gave me a price when she was finished with my nails she said it was too much and charged me more money for my nails and there wax was awful there it didnt pull out hardly any hair Ill never go back there

Went and got my nails done here for the first time the other day. The lady who did my nails who was crossed eyed. Started cutting her cuticles with the same nail clipper she used on me. She was very unprofessional if I ever go back I will not let her do my nails again.
