Let me start by saying that I give the atmosphere, employees, and attention to detail all 5 stars. It really was a pleasant experience and I will be going back. The tech that did my nails was very careful and SO attentive, he did do an incredible job. BUT do not get a dip manicure here. I have had dip manicures many times before from other salons, even though they are always pricier, I always find it worth it because the dip powder will stay on my nails at least 3 weeks, usually a month, sometimes even longer. But when I got a dip manicure here, it didn’t even last a week. My nails were chipping like crazy and two of them completely popped off exactly 6 days later. Although I am SO disappointed and frustrated with this, I would go back for a pedicure because the environment was very relaxing, but I’ll definitely go elsewhere for dip manicures.I recommend if you are looking for a relaxing, pleasant experience, but I do not recommend if you are looking for a lasting manicure. I guess one pro to it is that for the first time ever I won’t have to pay to have my dip manicure removed. The photo below was the first chips I got, it was about 3 days after my mani. Two large chips just 3 days after for a dip manicure? There shouldn’t be any chipping at all.

Just left the salon for a pedicure. Let me say the staff is so kind, but I feel like for $60 when a classic is listed as $35, and left with polish on my left foot was not worth the money. I was given an ombré polish since I don’t believe they had the color I wanted. I thought sure why not, the color changing was cute, but $25 extra dollars for polish?Again, staff was incredibly nice. But to leave with polish on my left foot and pay that much is not worth it to me. Probably my fault for not asking if she could get the polish off my foot, but I feel like it was obvious and I shouldn’t have had to ask.

Did not care for this salon.... They wanted to up charge me because my 4 yr old wanted 2 colors....also when the lady finished my toes she told me she did the best she could. Its the worst pedicure ever.

Got both a mani and pedi my nails are dipped and I like them done a special way. This was my first time here and I was a walk in. My nails and pedicure were done by Le he did an excellent job. They were a little more expensive then where I normally go but was worth the price for the little extras I got. Definitely will go back.

The first time I got my eyebrows done here, it was a pleasant experience with good results. Somebody else was taken back during my time slot, so I waited, no big deal. Ended up getting a brow tint I didnt plan on, but it looked good. The second time I went in for wax as a walk in, however, felt incredibly rushed, harsh and incomplete. My head was yanked around to reach each side and then a strand of hair from my head got pulled with the wax, haha. I was told the session was finished on account of my sensitive skin, which had not been an issue before, but nonetheless I paid, tipped, went on my way. It was only when I stepped outside that I noticed my brows were noticeably uneven, yet not very far from their starting point, and there were some spots missed on my face. When I went for nails with a reservation, I didnt get the technician I requested, but I got my gel nails anyway and they looked nice. I had them about two or three days before they became quite wiggly, much to my surprise. Then, unfortunately, once in that state, they did not survive the following day of house cleaning without gloves on; most became very loose and popped off.

I REALLY want to give these guys a higher review because I love all the people. They are crazy friendly and make you feel welcome and comfortable. However, I’ve gone twice now and both times I’ve been left disappointed. The first time my nail tech was over 30 min late and my nails were filed unevenly as she was trying to rush through. The second time I went the nail artist was obviously rushing and 15 min late as she was getting her own nails don’t at the time (a different employee). During, she removed my gel polish on my natural nails with an electric file causing them to look HORRIBLE, she took a video call from her daughter while she added the base coat not paying attention to my nails at all, and after filing my nails quickly she left them completely jagged. Unfortunately it is not letting me upload the photos of the jagged and uneven/bumpy job. After the gel polish cured she found that she had a huge smear of polish on my skin that she then tried to pick and scratch off with her nails. It has now been less than a week and all my polish is peeling and looks so so bad. I just moved here so I’m really trying to find a reputable place to go but so far that’s not going too well...

What a fantastic experience I had. I think the nail technicians name was Lan. I play a lot of soccer and my feet are a wreck. She did such a incredible job of giving me relief and helping my toes look so much better. The prices were Fair the service was fantastic and the salon was extremely clean. Im definitely going back to this salon for more services later

Amy was great! The experience was amazing and also very relaxing. I got a manicure and pedicure done and even though they were busy they took their time and did a thorough and excellent job. My fiancee got a pedicure and a full set of acrylics; she says that they do the best job in Chattanooga and has never had her nails messed up. It is worth every penny to come and enjoy being pampered for a few hours!

3 HOURS! to replace 2 nails and new color. Cost $60! Hate the shape, but no more time to waste. No respect for customers time and over charges for poor service.Customers dont have a voice in these salons and are at their mercy for time and service. Feel like only recourse is to post a review.Hopefully others will go somewhere else because of it. I know I will.

Can you imagine receiving a bill for double the going rate for gel nails? I have had gel nails done in other salons and knew what the standard charge was. However, today I stopped at a nail place and asked for gel nails. I asked for no additional services. The bill came to $97.00!!!!! This is outrageous. I will NEVER go back. What a rip off.

I would honestly never go anywhere else for my nails. Lan is the best and always goes above and beyond in meeting my expectations. Very friendly, clean, and they always have movies for you to watch while you wait.

I came to this place because it had really good reviews and it was on my way. My technitian was being very short at first, almost annoyed. I figure maybe she was just having a bad day. Half way through getting my nails done I realized the owner, Amy, was the one doing my nails. I got excited thinking she was going to do an amazing job. Her mood changed during the process and she was very nice and friendly. However, I have to say that I was very disappointed with the result. My nails looked bad, they were all different sizes and shapes, not to mention very think and bulky. Her daughter, Lan, ended up fixing one of my nails (the worse one of all) and she did a great job. I hate to leave a bad review because the staff was really nice. I might give them another try but Ill definitetly make an appointment with Lan.

I’ve been on the hunt for good nail shops and this by far is a great one . I called to see if they accepted walk in’s, and the lady set me up an appointment right away. They took me and my little sister both . My dip powder came out great also with my cute “C” design . My little sister was satisfied with her nails also . I was their for 3 hours and that’s the longest I’ve EVER been in a nail salon, and not once did I feel rushed to leave or anything . I’ll definitely be returning again !

Amy is great! Their whole staff is super friendly and they really take care of their customers. They have some very unique products, too, like the nail dips that look like gel paint, but give your nails the strength of acrylic without the damage. Ive had it put on 4 times now and it usually last 2-3 weeks!

I was not satisfied with the pedicure. The reason why I went in the first place was to get rid of the calluses I got from walking many miles on hard pavement. For what they charge, I should have been satisfied. The technician barely spent time on trying to remove them. Ill look for another nail shop who can do the job. Ill pay more if someone could do it right.

Hands down the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. If I could give zero stars I would. My nails werent shaped, my cuticles were hardly touched and the paint job is horrendous. When she was finished, I actually had to ask her to remove the polish from the skin around my fingers, but I still left with polish everywhere. So bad it almost felt like a joke. I came home and immediately removed the polish and had to file my nails.

I had the best spa pedicure here!! Angie took her time & made sure that I had the best experience ever--nothing better than undivided attention!The gel manicure was great as well, but the spa pedicure experience made me feel like a Queen!

I was not pleased with the service I received, which was disappointing since my friend had a good experience. I told the gentleman that I had never been to the salon before. I expected him to tell me what types of services they offered, but nothing. He just sat me down and proceeded to prepare my pedicure. I told him I did not want my toenails cut or filed and didnt want any type of massage. He acknowledged me but proceeded to file. I then found a price list they had laying on a table next to my chair (why didnt he give this to me initially??) and told him I wanted the express. He pitched a fit in his language and said no, the service that was next up on the list. Then, I asked if someone could paint an easy design--a flower (I could have done it myself if I had the dipping tool). He couldnt, so I had to wait for someone who could. This took awhile. The first lady couldnt do it; she messed up, removed the polish and repainted my nail. The second lady did an awful job but I was so annoyed and had to get my child from school that I just paid and left. They charged me $40 for a pedicure that I ended up redoing myself at home.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE! I went to Amys Right Touch Nails on Saturday 4/16/2016. The owner Amy did my nails so at first I thought great she is probably going to do a good job and know what she is doing. Boy was I wrong! My nails look HORRIBLE! They are thick and bulky and look awful. I got a pedicure as well in which she was very rough and it was not relaxing at all. I noticed they offered others water or wine and didnt even offer me ANYTHING to drink or my daughter! The girls in there seem stuck up and not friendly at ALL! I will not be going back. I spent almost $80 and was extremely unhappy. I am on the hunt for a good nail salon! Dont go here

I have never had a problem with amy s until today. I went in for a fill in and some nail repair. I sat down and a woman began doing my nails. She cut them far to short and didnt do a very good job on the acrylic. They look like bubble nails and she didnt even clean up the excess polish and left trimmings all over the underside of my nails. And when I went to dry them the polish shriveled up and now it looks like plastic wrap nails. I paid $21 for a nails that look like a 12 year old did them. Not happy at all.

Scheduled a 4:15 appt. with Amy. I had to be at work at 6. Didnt get in until 4:45. Didnt see Amy either. According to their website appt should have been for an hour. Left at 6pm. Late for work. Wont be back. Price was not as stated on website either.

My friend and I were both given gift certificates to Amys for Christmas and were just now getting around to using them. We had an appointment at 1pm for 2 pedis. They were running behind so they didnt even get to us till after 2pm. The pedicure was lacking in all aspects! Amy tried to make it sound like I didnt need my feet scrubbed and that there was no dead skin to be removed. Oh you dont need this, your feet in great shape, you good It was clearly an attempt to save time since the place was getting so backed up. We were charged $10 extra dollars for glitter to be added to our great toes.... which she didnt even listen to and painted all our toes in glitter! Another attempt to squeeze in an additional charge. Our gift cards were for the level 2 pedi which included a hot stone massage and scrub... neither of which we got. (another attempt to save time I guess) I also got a gel manicure that was HORRIFYING. I had to ask Amy to remove all the paint that was on my fingers and around my nails to which she proceeded to act like she didnt know how to get it off so I just had to peel/pick it all off in my car. All in all it was awful, there is one young lady who works there that is incredibly friendly and really looked like she loved her job. I would go back and ask for her maybe but I doubt Ill ever make the trip. I hate doing reviews but my friend and I felt this needed to be noted.

$105 for a mani/pedi. The nail tech talked me into the dip powder because its pretty and lasts up to a month. In the middle of my manicure, the nail tech left because a lady came in wanting her eyebrows waxed. So I just had to sit there and wait while she went into another room for 10-15 minutes. Very unprofessional. Then after paying $105 plus a tip for a mani/pedi, the mani only lasted ten days, not four weeks like she said. i would never pay so much again for only ten days of wear.

I had been here 1 time before to get a pedicure so I decided yesterday for my bday I would treat myself and get my nails done. I am a vet when it comes to acrylics. Ive gotten them done at several places, but this place HURT. I jerked my hand away more than once because the technician knicked my qutical. I paid $40 and one of my nails is horribly crooked, one of my quticals scarred. I will not be returning here again.

I waited 45 mins for them to start my pedicure for an appointment I was on time for. After my long wait, Amy spent a total of 10 mins on my pedicure as she went back and forth between me and another person. I understand the place may have been busy, but this was the worst service I have ever received at a nail salon.
