I was a walk in and asked if they did powder nails. The receptionist said yes. I asked the price and he said $25. They did a good job and a shirt hand massage by request. When I went to pay the I’ll was $50. I remind him he had said $25 and he said sorry. I used a credit card and gave a $10 tip. Not sure about this experience.

This place was terrible. I got acrylic nails and pretty short too. They were very rough with my nails and I noticed processes done differently than the other nail salons that I have been too. When I was done they looked okay but then costed 45$ (50$ including the tip) and when I took a closer look they filed down my natural nails way too much to the point where it hurt. The wait was super long and after 1 month I waited and my nails are so damaged and hurt so bad and was a super painful removal. Definitely never coming here again it was a super bad experience I basically payed $50 for damaged nails.

This place was unprofessional and not clean. Tools were not being sterilized and work was sloppy. There were no bowl liners used for the pedi chairs. Leftover debris was inside. I let them remove polish and left immediately. The paint put on my 7 year old was so thick it would not dry. Will never return.

I have used many nail salons over the years and this is one of the worst. I just wanted gel French manicure and polish change on toes. My nails were perfect length and nothing “unusual” going on. She insisted on filing, which I don’t mind as my nails grow fast. However, they were shaped perfectly before she messed with them and now they are slanted.When she was doing them and asked if they were okay, I pointed out that the white was not straight and was smudged - she had left too much acetone in her brush when straightening the white up and it started to dissolve the white that needed to stay on the nail. She blamed it on me and said I bumped them when putting them in the lamp. I hadn’t put them under the lamp yet!When she fixed it, she put the polish on so thick that it bubbled. She also got it over on my finger along edge of two nails and I had to trim with cuticle trimmers so that the whole nail wouldn’t peel off.Toes were so thick they weren’t dry 2 hours later. I left a fingerprint on it when I touched it. And there was polish all around edges of my big toes. The top coat is super think and because it got on toe and then peeled off, it also peeled some of what was on toes.Go to the Nail Bar on Signal Mountain or CHA Nail Spa on North Shore. They are MUCH better!!!

Very disappointed. My nails are uneven and very dirty. Not professional at all.

Great service... The man does the best job.... He is awesome... My wife uses him once a month..

The Lady who owns the store does a great pedicure for my elderly mom who needs nails cut straight to avoid any nail growing into the skin. The Lady is patient taking time to do the right cut. We use her for years without any complaint.

I would give them 0 stars but that isnt an option. Terrible. Do NOT go here. I went yesterday and he rushed me though even though they closed a hour after I was there. He did a terrible job on my nails. Uneven and terrible coverage. I eventually just stopped complaining because I was ready to leave. What kept driving me insane was that he acted like he was doing so good and would sit back and cross his arms and ask if that was good.... Um no if you were good i wouldnt have to stop you to tell you what your doing wrong. I am very unhappy.

Don’t waste your money at this business.Nail tech used a foot scraper to scrape my feet and simply washed the tool in water and put it back. No sterilization was done on that tool.Nail tech did very sloppy work.

NEVER GO HERE. 1 OF MY NAILS CAME COMPLETELY OFF and ALL the OTHERS STARTED TO LIFT IN THE CORNERS AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS!!!!

Worst nail salon experience. My daughter and I went because she needed a fill-in and I wanted a manicure. We both left very disappointed. I wish I could get my money back.If I could have given a 0, I would have.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this place they are very rude and disrespectful, and do not care about their customers . save your time and go somewhere else . my nails are yellow and orange and come off within 4 days ! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Got my nails done he cut 3 of my fingers two are not even had to go somewhere else to have them fixed on top of trying to charge 46.00 wont be back ever
