I love Sophin!! She always does incredible work and is always so accommodating to my schedule when making appointments. She just got new massage chairs that are INCREDIBLE. My mom and I couldnt recommend her more!!

I was told over the phone a fill in was $20 dollars, so I decided to take a chance considering I am from out of state... First off, the lady was THEE rudest person I’ve ever met... I asked her a SIMPLE question, and she got very offensive with me and wouldn’t drop it. Not socialable, not a people person AT ALL. THEN, she charged me $40 dollars? I asked her why I was told on phone it was 20 and here I am being charged 40. She told me because of the nail polish?!?! I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN if I’m visiting in Tennesse.

I would give No stars! I went there today,July2017, for fill-in and pedicure. When small talking with owner I told her I am from different state. The lady next to me got a fill-in, pedicure both with gel polish and both with design...I heard the owner charge her 58$. She charged me (the out of towner) 68$- no gel polish or design....I repeated the price..68?!? To make sure she had said the correct amount... and yes, 68$! This place is a crock! And did i mention its only the owner and husband working, no clientele... I know why!!

I love Sophin Nails! Didnt go for 2 months, never loss a nail!🤗 Awesome!
