This company giving you the false information about load, when you are coming to pickup the load you see the dimensions are much bigger then were agreed, even if you prove with pictures and videos they will tell you as you are wrong and they won’t pay for this. You will spend your time just waiting for nothing and they will not pay for this time. At the end you’ll spend your time for free. They are The Cheapest Company EverIf you want a good deal and a good job STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Im a Carrier i booked a load of frozen chicken from MS to TX. At first its a one pick one drop. The day of my pick up i get an text message saying I have to go get it inspected and then deliver well that is not what the rate con says. So I said f#$% it. I get it inspected so its too late for delivery. I was told 7am to 11am deliver time i get there at 7am and the place doesnt open until 9am. Then I was told cash only on the Lumper. Dont you think that this is something that should have been communicated by the broker. Too make a long story short. DONT USE THIS COMPANY THEY LIE AND DONT COMMUNICATE.

Look, I work at Avenger. All these 1 star reviews from carriers, well they fail to give any real context to the complaints. This is logistics. Stuff happens. Customers come back and cover their own load, sometimes were given the wrong information. Yes we will call you over and over if youre running late. Thats our job. Loads get canceled. My point is just because a handful of people here dont like the way there particular load was handled, I assure you, we have run over 155,000 loads and these few are the only with something bad to say. A 0.0083% complaint rate aint oo shabby. HAVE AN AVENGER DAY!

Would like to speak to an operations Specialist Josh Jones a Broker trying to book a 50 foot steel beam as a partial load! Says you can put freight next to it! Thats not ok and that is bad business for the customer! I feel bad for shippers and Receivers that have to put up with bad business like this! Asking for a freight claim!

Like most others on here, I’m a carrier and they cancelled an oversized load on me the night before loading. Pilots and permits already in place and they couldn’t have cared less. Great first experience Carl. I don’t expect there will be another one.

I have always had a great experience with Matt Clements team have been doing business with Matt since we started five years ago when he was at Coyote and now @Avenger one of the utmost and most honest broker.Ive also have done some loads for Kyle local runs three in a day and he always called me when there was more to come available to give us first options. Calling on a load for 2 days. The 423 number on the post just keep ringing after pressing 1 for dispatch. I looked up the company online and found a 888 number....press 1 for dispatch...keeps ringing as well.Dude says theyve done 155k loads....well I cant even get through to dispatch.

They are all very friendly, helpful and experienced and professional with how they handle there work. Rates are fair and computable with the growing market and demand. They pay on time. Avenger has come through many times when other carriers said it couldnt be done. More than once other logistic companies shut their phones off at 5, this team works well past 5 sometimes 6 as our business does as well. Highly recommend!

Yes, Ive experienced the same situation picking up freight. They blow up your phone before you get to the receiver and more calls come after you pick up the freight. They didnt pay our detention time that they said they would look into after we showed up for our appointment, even the customer was upset at Avenger for booking us too early. The load wasnt even paying well either, just a big head ache to deal with. I see them on the load board and just skip them, will not work with them ever again.

I hired Avenger Logistics to handle some truck loads for me. I gave them 15 loads to start with. This company did nothing but screw up the first 2 they actually came to pick up. I decided to pull the other loads from them and hire a real transportation company. This company has a bunch of winners working for them lol! Send your freight else where to be safe.

I represent and work for a hotshot company in Texas. The dispatcher at this place was extremely rude and hung up on me after asking if i was the carrier. I said yes im a representative of the carrier and before i could finish my sentence she hung up on me. Poor service i dont care what you guys need hauled my company wont haul for you. You just lost some serious quality buisness. I understand ther are many hotshots out there however you should be warned about how they treat you. Very poorly

Working with Mario at Avengers has been great! Hes easy to talk to, and ready to resolve issues, not afraid to solve problems. I recommend working with Avenger, but highly endorse dealing with Mario Hill!!

They will lie and say you can deliver on Friday and customer says do not show up till Tuesday and they refused to pay detention

They told us our name was on a load, drivers starts heading 200 miles to get there, then the next morning they say the boss already had it covered, and gave it to someone else, not even a decent phone call to tell you that its gone!!! What is wrong with brokers, this happens more than not!!! No respect!!!
