Dominique and Whitney cleaned for me on 05/28/21. They were AWESOME! Very friendly, professional. I paid for a deep clean and they were thorough and there were a few challenges they tackled with a lot of elbow grease. I would recommend this company- and especially these two young ladies to any one. They definitely earned every penny!

Communication is really good with these cleaners. I ordered the deep clean from them in preparation for showing my house for sale. I got the deep clean so to make it look new. The girls were at my house for 3.5 hours and I’m not impressed. I paid 380 for the deep clean. The design with time package is $282 for 3.5 hours.They tried to come back and clean after I complained it’s unfortunate because I was already showing my house and I had no time available for them to come in between. I wish it would have been done correctly the first time.I then reached out to hopefully receive a full or partial refund and the awesome communication that I once had stopped. I will continue to keep this listing up and make the posts on Facebook until this is fixed.Soap scum in the bathrooms, dust on the window blinds and trim, dust on all ceiling fans, windows were not cleaned.

I called these ladies before we even moved to Chatt. We needed them to clean on the day of our closing and our moving in. They did a great job in the time frame they had. They arrived a little early which was great for us. I was also surprised by their good rates. I was expecting to pay a lot more for a deep clean. When we are settled in, I am definitely going to call them for every other week cleaning.

I was so excited to have hired a service to clean my home. I am an RN who left for 5 1/2 months on a covid 19 response assignment. I knew my home had been sitting collecting dust all that time. My husband also traveled for work and was home long to wash his suitcase for of clothes, repack it and fly out again. We lead a very hectic life these days. I arrived home oct 7th. So disappointed. I had paid for a deep clean. I came home to sticky floors. Not a single base board done. Under the couches and bed dust and my pets toys remained untouched. Cob webs with active spiders on them. The bathrooms were fine. I could go on with this list .I actually took video because I was so upset.The worst part is I have called and emailed and have not had any of this resolved. I recieved a call back to voice mail. When I attempted to speak to someone the woman said oh yes Ill have a supervisor call you back immediately as of this morning, oct 10th I have yet to have a personal conversation with any manament.And this morning I am flying out again .I am leaving the dog with a sitter in a house that should have been ready for a guest. The entire experience was terrible.

The two cleaners that came to my house did an excellent job with everything they touched. If there was something they couldn’t get they showed me and ask me several times through the cleaning was there anything else or was there anything I was not satisfied with. My experience with two maids and a mop has been wonderful. Each individual I have met has been more than polite and helpful. The only suggestion I have is for the maids to get under couches because I have cats ( the hair gets everywhere) and it sneaks underneath the couches. All in all the deep clean I received one time was excellent and the premium cleanings I receive now make my house look brand new! P.S. whoever Chrissy brings to my home with her always does an excellent job! Will be requesting Chrissy every time.

Very nice people- but not at all what I was expecting for what we paid for. They quit early and didnt even lift the kitchen rugs to clean under them, all of the edges of the floors were left untouched. I couldve run a mop over it and saved my money! The bathtubs looked good, but I had to go in an dust the tops of the high cabinet and the light fixture over the vanity in the bathroom. The front bathroom was perfect, the back one was not good..They were training someone so maybe that had something to do with it but I will not be using this company again.

Two Maids and a Mop responded to an order placed by Cleaning for a Reason, which is a group that provides a few house cleanings for patients who are under going cancer treatments. The gals came in and made mom feel pampered and did a fantastic job, they were friendly and professional. We recommend them to all. Fantastic service ! Hailey and Britney were amazing, they really came through during construction emergency. Friendly courteous ladies came in and made my house livable again for me. I have asthma and I have dogs for protection (which I cant give up) but they make messes and leave hair all over. I am not able to keep up with the cleaning due to the asthma so I gave the maids a call. In just 2 hours I can breathe better and even feel a difference! On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate Two Maids & A Mop a 15!! They were AWESOME. We have a lab puppy who sheds everywhere, but they were able to make our house look brand new! No dog hair anywhere (truly incredible). They not only made every inch of our house look spotless, they also cleaned out the microwave and oven! I was blown away by the awesome job they did. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

The service was excellent! There was great communication about when they would arrive and the two girls were on time. The cousins as they called themselves were very professional and did an excellent job. They were anxious for me to inspect their work and let them know if there was anything they missed. The two worked together as a team and were very efficient. I will definitely request them for my next service. I have already decided to use this service at least once a month for a while.

I decided to call Two Maids as a gift for my wife. The cleaners were on time and very nice. When my wife got home from work that day she was so happy. It was so clean there was no way I could act like I did it myself. We are very happy with the services and will be using them again.

After getting a quote online, I spoke with Amber and Alyssa on the phone about my home and which services I was interested in. There was some confusion, mostly on my part, but they were able to keep my original requested appointment and Amber, Alyssa, Shannon and Hannah showed up at my house during the stated arrival window. We did a quick tour and Amber and Alyssa gave me a custom quote. It was a littler higher than I was expecting but not unreasonable. Shannon and Hannah got right to work. I had a few requests and they happily obliged. I wasnt sure what to expect but all four ladies were courteous, professional and did a nice job. In the future, I will be more specific about areas/tasks I would prefer done a certain way but overall, a great experience!

I used Two Maids & A Mop for Move In/Out service before I moved into my home. They did a good job- went above and beyond in some ways- helping to take curtains down, cleaning sawdust off walls. I did call to have them come back out after they were done to do bathroom cabinets again, but they came out and re-cleaned to my liking. They were very friendly and I would use them again.

I asked for a deep cleaning of my kitchen and 3 bathrooms in a empty house. They didn’t even clean the top of the fridge let alone behind it. The bathrooms were lightly cleaned. I arrived to them packing up saying they were done early, I was really disappointed.

I have been using Two Maids & A Mop for several months now for bi-weekly cleanings. I am always super pleased with the service I receive! One suggestion I would have is to try and have the same team come on a regular basis (not even sure if this is possible.) Each team cleans differently (they have all been great) but some teams have been better than others, although Im not sure I can even pinpoint what the differences are ( I know that sounds weird). They are always very professional and arrive during the timeframe promised- or they have called to see if it was okay to come early! Working an average of 50 hours every week and having 2 boys and a husband, Two Maids & A Mop has not only removed dirt and dust from my house, they have removed so much stress from my life :)! Love this service and highly recommend!!

We hired Two Maids & A Mop to clean our new home following renovations. The house was a complete mess, especially the floors. I actually tried to postpone the cleaning the day before because our painter was still working in the house, but LA assured me they could work around him and his mess and that I would be pleased with the final result. I started using Two Maids & A Mop about a month ago. I like that they call the business day before they clean to let me know a time frame as to when they will arrive. Thus far they have done a GREAT JOB cleaning our home, and, with the pay-for-performance system they utilize, I believe the GOOD SERVICE will continue. My last service started out great but after a year declined dramatically (to the point that the house didnt even look like they had been there after a cleaning!). I am VERY EXCITED about Two Maids & A Mop - I think theyre onto something by allowing their customers to rate each and every service and paying their top performers accordingly. Im looking forward to coming home to a house cleaned by Two Maids & A Mop for many years to come! :)

Amazing and consistent job. They always do an excellent job and are there when they say theyre going to be.

Two cleaners showed up for a three hour timeframe and I asked that they get my hardwoods/floors done, dust, clean the bathrooms, change one bed, and wipe down the kitchen really well. They were supposed to clean for 3 hours and at 2.5 hours came to me and said that they would not be able to get it all done. I asked them to at least finish the kitchen and the master bath as they had not been done yet. They came back when finished and said they actually were able to get everything done but after going through the house things just werent cleaned well. One bathroom sink and shower werent touched. Dust on many of the surfaces. Grease I guess for cleaning stainless is sitting in wet spots on the glass on my oven. There is visible dust and debris on all the floors and our bed looks like they just threw everything on top and didnt take any time to put the pillows straight or make it look nice. Everything is just sloppy. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again. Very disappointed as we paid more than any of the private cleaning companies were quoting so will be trying some of them next.

Cleaning our house has always been a bit of a frustration for my husband and I. Not that we dont equally do our part or keep our house a forever mess, but it was a constant burden looming over our heads. We couldnt just come home from work and enjoy our evening together, because there was always something to be done. So we decided to try out a maid service! This was our first experience with a maid service at our home, so we were a bit hesitant at what to expect. But after the first cleaning we were nothing but ABSOLUTELY blown away. As soon as I walked through the door I could feel the burden and anxiety immediate lift because not only had the house been cleaned, it had been done with EXPERT hands. As I toured through the house, I noticed, not only the major things, but what struck me was every tiny detail was accounted for.
