Very horrible company to do business with! Money hungry to say the least… booted my car on conditions of apartment building then wouldn’t take it off even when the facts are I have the pass and wasn’t suppose to get booted

I had to come retrieve my car after it got towed here after a love one was found ddeceased the day before, unfortunately I had to wait for 14 mins before someone decided to wait on me, I hope to never have to come back again.

Always willing to help with any project like moving heavy equipment or just towing one to the shop for you for a very reasonable price

I was very frustrated when this towing company was asked to boot and remove my car from a lot. However, I was treated with respect and kindness throughout the entire process. Companies such as these must deal with so much frustration and hostility, so their kindness and patience was much appreciated. The workers here are wonderful people. If you need a tow or a third party to work with your company, I highly recommend them.

Great folks here they have the fastest response time and can tow just a out anything from a motorcycle to a tractor trailer..

On duty diesel mechanic of 30 years

I’ve been waiting over an hour for them to come take a boot off my vehicle (when my parking pass was clearly visible in the first place) After getting hung up on 3 times there’s still no sign of mosteller towing... this place is a joke.Update: Second hour passes after being told someone would be here in 30 minutes, call again & they say they are closed (even though they say 24/7) and up the price of removal by $50... If not handled when I call again at 8:00am, authorities will be notified.

This company is horrible. They tow cars that they know have not had any prior towing warnings and then they do not leave behind any indication that they are the ones who have towed the car. They do this mostly to those who they know are not able to pay for their high cost of towing. I would give them a zero rating if I could.

Had Tinker tow my boat back to storage. He was personable and efficient. He was careful with my boat while loading and unloading. Quality guy, quality outfit. I would recommend to friends.

We were traveling to a job site in Tennessee. Our company truck broke down. After sitting on the interstate for three hours in thunderstorms. A representative of the wrecker service called to get our exact location. They also stated that only one person could ride with the wrecker. They did not seem too concerned about having to put two guys out on the side of the road during a storm. Will not use them or recommend them.

This is the worst company I have ever faced. I am dissapointed with their lack of respect and impulsivity.

DO NOT use this company if you have an option.They charge $125 when everybody else charges $65.

RUDE. was at car wash across the street and dude has the audacity to shine a flashlight right at us for more than 15 minutes. will be filing a complaint with bbb.

DONT USE THEM!!!! They towed my vehicle, when it was dropped off 4 hours later it had been ransacked and 300 dollars worth of stuff was missing. I called the OWNER 4 time and they didnt even bother to call me back. Police are now involved.

Not sure how to give Zero stars. Charged $650 for 1 hour and 15 minutes worth of work. This was for swinging freight from one trailer to another. HIGHWAY ROBBERY!

A driver came out with way too large a truck for my parking lot. He said he was coming back with a different kind of truck and I pointed out all of the cars. I waited over an hour and then finally called to find out they have decided not to come back. They never called me I was sitting there waiting I could have called another truck,. They were all so rude and unreliable on the phone. I will never use them again!
