My vehicle needed to be towed out of state due to a mechanical breakdown. The service I received was excellent. I was contacted immediately after the request order was submitted and given detailed information regarding the timing of the wrecker arrival. The driver took great care with my automobile, was courteous and professional. The communications team was excellent as well. It was a pleasure doing business especially since in was in a stressed situation.

Extremely fair priced and professional. They towed my 2012 Tacoma from Hamilton Place area to where I needed and even held it til the business opened the following morning instead of dumping it off there overnight. Very pleased. Ive dealt with many tow companies over last 20+ years and this was Top 2 in service fairness, efficiency, and professionalism.

I was from out of town and traveling through the area when I had car trouble. Just googled a tow and called these guys. Dispatcher was nice, driver got there way faster than I thought he would. He was helpful with getting us to a shop that would fix the truck. Inside the tow was clean and neat. Very nice people and equipment.

Everything was great... the price was good... the driver didn’t just drop my car off but he made sure it was parked correctly. He even came to pick the key up from me so he could move it... he was very friendly and engaged in conversation with my sons... I would give them zero stars if I could. On October 05, 2020 they sent a driver for a vehicle lockout to my home. The responding driver, during our conversation, reported he was a master mechanic and that for $2000 he could put a new crank, rods, inserts, and main bearings in my corvette. He asked for $800 down which I paid in cash and he gave me a written receipt. He has not returned since, and there is a pending court case. So beware of the drivers that come to help you from this company.

Our truck and fifth wheel were stuck in nearly a foot of mud. Shackleford responded timely and pulled us out of the mud easily and quickly. The driver called in advance to say he was on the way with an expected ETA. He was on time, professional and friendly. Thank you Shackleford Towing.

My car became disabled on I-24 in Chattanooga late last night. I contacted Shackleford Towing and Recovery for a price and to see how long it would take for them to come get me and my family since we were all four stranded on the side of the interstate.The dispatcher that answered the phone was very professional and quick to get me a price and an eta. I was expecting the price to be a great deal higher than what I was quoted. The tow truck arrived within 20 minutes, loaded my car up, and took all four of us to my home in Tunnel Hill, GA. The whole process from breakdown to being at my home was a little over an hour. I was able to pay for the service with my credit card with the tow truck driver instead of having to call back in.The tow truck that came to get us was immaculately clean and the driver was very nice and down to earth. I will be recommending this towing company to everyone I know that needs a tow. A very BIG THANK YOU to Shackleford Towing and Recovery!!
