The guy answering the phone gives a quote of $60 andthe driver will call with a price over may be 20-50 bucks over just simply business. Would not recommend.

Their ad claimed they could be there in 15 minutes any time of day. I called them and left a message and they never showed up. So I sat on the side of the interstate with a flat tire for over 2 hours. I called back and still no human answered but I cancelled the tow. I called a tire service and they had me back on the road in 30 minutes. I could understand if it was in the early morning hours but it was 8 a.m. on a weekday. I will never call them again.

They were quick and polite unfortunately they had to use their backup tow truck cause their actual one was in the shop so it was a bit of a rough ride but they drove me quite a ways and didnt kill me with the fees

Chattanooga Tow ABC Towing is great! Have used them twice in the last year. Most recently I needed my truck towed to my mechanic due to a blown main fuse. They were quick and responsive. The owner, Daniel, actually said he may be able to help fix it on site opposed to towing it to the auto shop. He showed up in the morning and worked on my truck right in my driveway. Went above and beyond to help fix the problem and save me some money. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow or roadside service.

They were high on price just to change a tire that i had they quote me a hundred dollars so i called another companies and they done it for 45.00 and nicer.

Car broke down on the side of the road on my roadtrip through TN last year with my girlfriend. Called Chattanooga Tow to come and pick her and I up and they were there within 40 minutes! Phenomenal service, friendly driver, great prices! Would Recommend to everybody needing a good tow!

This isnt a real tow truck or wrecker service business. No brick and mortar location, no tow trucks operate under this business name. Someone built a website and they refer you to real businesss and charge them a fee. Might as well call the business directly

Driver charged me $50 over the quoted price of $75. Said she had too much trouble moving my small Nissan pickup truck less than a mile to my house. Yes less than a mile. This place just dispatches wreckers from a few different companies as far as I can tell. Bad service and rude drivers who ( in my case at least) dont usually work in Chattanooga it seems. I will not use them again

Im not huge on writing reviews but I had to shout out Chattanooga Tow for taking care of me. My little sister and I were driving through TN on our way to GA and my Honda Pilot just died on us. Not knowing the area, I just Googled tow companies, but calling around everyone else was either too much money or had too long of a wait time. Your operator sent a guy out who arrived within 20 mins and had my Pilot towed to a service center within 10 mins of where we were. I appreciate the referral for the repair shop as well.

So I was driving through Chattanooga and the inevitable happens! The Break down! I am not a mechanic at all. I call one towing company and get no answer! Augh! I call a second and they are too busy and I have to wait an hour or so...So I call Chattanooga Tow and Viola! I get awesome service and prompt service. They were there within 30 minutes and the tow truck guy was pretty cool. He checked things out before charging me for the tow. Needless to say he couldnt figure it out either, but the fact that he tried was fabulous! I would recommend this company be everyones first call if ever broken down in TN - Thanks Mark

I was visiting a friend in Chattanooga over the weekend and he lent me his 96 Cougar so that I could visit some relatives I have there. I was heading up to Fairmount to visit some distant relatives, when I heard a loud bang in the front end and barely made it over to the curb. Looked under the car and saw that one of the suspension members came loose. Geez!!! The friend I was visiting had me call Chattanooga Tow. They arrived within 45 minutes with a flatbed and the driver was so courteous and friendly. Said the damage that was done could would have been much worse if I had been going faster and not just turning a corner. He took extra care not to cause any additional damage to the front end while loading or unloading. Took the car back to my friends and dropped it perfectly in his garage so that he could do the repairs. Great service. Highly Recommend Chattanooga Tow.

I was shopping for tow pricing for my broke down truck, fella answered the phone abruptly (maybe somewhat normal for a towing service, but other services I called were friendly), then he tells me it costs extra to tow in the rain, I told him forget it - these folks dont want your business.

Never showed after the first phone call, would not pick up when I called twice to get an ETA on a truck that was supposed to be only take an hour and a half.

Very authentic
