I blew a head gasket on my way home from work. When I decided to scrap the car I called half a dozen junk yards, and Cash for Junk offered me more than anyone else. An hour after our conversation we went our separate ways and I had cash in hand. Mike and Chuck were polite, knowledgeable, and prompt, I really don’t know how the service could be better.

I am a very emotional person who wanted one day to fix up the first car I got at 16. With no extra time or space I had to get rid of her. She ran until about 4 years ago when my husband and I left for Alaska after we got married. We parked her and she sat for 4 years and never ran again. Shes my beast The Neon never failed me and was always there. I called cash for junk and he was very nice. A man of God who knew exactly what I needed to hear. I asked him what will happen to her when you take her? He made up a beautiful story about a farm where she would get a bath and fed everyday and never once made me feel broken hearted to what her true demise was going to be. It made me feel that I wasnt throwing away the memories she once gave me. I know what some people are thinking shes just a car but to me sometimes she was all that I had. He was very gentle with her and made me very pleased to think she will be at rest on the farm. I recommend this place 100% and glad that God lead my family to Mike. Mike thank you again for being a man of God. Plus he gave me the most anyone else would give me for my precious baby girl. RIP The purple people eater!

This was my third service to call and it should have been my first! Would have saved a lot of time and hastle on my part. Chuck was courteous, fast as lightning and did everything himself with towing/moving two vehicles in tricky spots. We had our old car sitting in our driveway for several years. We thought maybe one of our kids would fix it up to have a vehicle to drive. They didnt and so we needed to get it off our property. I called Mike Brock at Cash for Junk Cars Chattanooga and set up a date and time to tow our car away. We set the date for a Monday. Neither of us thought about the date until Monday morning. Mr. Brock called me at the agreed upon time and asked to reschedule because it was Labor Day. I had no problem changing the date and we agreed on a new date. I havent been able to find the key to the car but when Mr. Brock arrived this morning, he took the vin number and wrote out the bill of sale. My junk car woes are over. Although I hope to not need their services again in the future, I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needed to get rid of an old junker.
