Quality work. Hard to get service appointments, and they run behind most of the time. Routine service maintenance takes longer than estimated.

The folks in the Kia of Chattanooga service department were extremely friendly, professional, and courteous. The work was done quickly and the waiting room was comfortable. One of the best experiences Ive had in a dealers service department.

Got my engine replaced here, after going to my regular mechanic I found my engine plate was not put back on. But my overall experience was not great. It was extremely unorganized.

I know most businesses are running short handed but I called and left messages (because nobody answered) on different days to attempt to sent up a service appointment. I finally actually drove to the store to make an appointment. Once I came in and had the service done everything seemed to go well. Just dont get the no call back after leaving several messages.
