It took 2 and a half hours to replace 2 back tires. I wouldn’t have minded this if I was notified it would take that long at the beginning, but I was never given a solid estimate. The guy up front was super nice tho. He gave me 20 bucks off for the wait. I would go again, but I would make sure I have a ride home so I don’t have to wait in the lobby for 2 1/2 hours

Made a same-day appointment for a synthetic oil change and tire rotation at 1:30pm. The staff was helpful and courteous both in person and over the phone. While setting up the appointment, an employee assured me that it would take around 45 minutes and I would receive a call when ready. I had someone pick me up to kill the time and I returned at 3:45pm thinking the staff forgot to call me after finishing. Instead, I was told that it should be another hour before they could start on my car. I didn’t have the ability to stay till after 5pm so I left my car with them overnight and had to pick up the following morning.I completely understand that every car may have unexpected complications that prolong the durations of the following customers’ wait times. And so, the only real complaint I have is being misinformed of the potential wait time and not contacting me that the wait time would be extended an additional 3 hours.Overall, I will still use this business for tire rotations and purchasing tires again. But if you’re looking for a quick turnaround for maintenance, you’re probably better off using someone else.

Skip the shop service was amazing. I was able to go to drop off my vehicle at their location and they gave me a ride to work and came to drop it off when it was done. My vehicle got all it’s work done while i was at work. Tabitha was great and professional! Nothing better than saving time and money

Unbelievably slow! Guy at counter made excuses about how staff goods off when manager is not around and should have only took 15-20 minutes but took them over 2 hours to change 2 tires out with only one other car present and only got an oil change. Absolutely ridiculous.

Went in for a 2 tire change on a Saturday morning, and they were very fast and nice! : ) There was a guy who was actually from a store in fort O working that day who was very polite and helpful, as was his manager (who helped us with our window)!! The people are always nice and helpful. The problem is you cant get out of there under 1 1/2 hrs., minimum. I sat there for almost 2 hrs. yesterday for a tire to be plugged from a nail. They werent very busy and people came and went while I sat there. Length of service stinks and it always has.

Shortly after purchasing a used car I noticed the wheels had security/keyed lug nuts. Getting no help from the dealer (VW Chattanooga) a friend recommended Tire Discounters. Stopped in, great guys, Josh went through every master key they had and could not find a match. Instead of sending me on my way, they continued working on it until all 4 security lugs were removed. And to top it off, they did not charge me. How cool is that!

Dakota accused me of never rotating my tires and came across harsh and unprofessional … if he would of let me explain that I had in fact and Sams replaced the back tires for free because of bad wear and will replace the front as soon as they get to a certain point… regardless.. this is my issue.. before you go running your mouth LISTEN to your customer

My brother and I were traveling from TN to FL when we realized the tires were low on air. We tried everywhere and couldnt find a machine that worked. Not only was Ginny at Tire Discounters extremely nice and helpful, we also filled all our tires for FREE. AND she replaced one of our missing tire caps! I have dealt with tire discounters for years theyve always done a very good job and I would suggest anyone take their vehicle to them for tires wheels or mechanical work.

I got there a few minutes before they opened and they were ready and worked on my car and they were done in 45 minutes

Had “appointment” at 11:30 for tire mount and balance. Waited for hour and half while they completed other customers coming in after me first. Wasted my time and I went somewhere else. Will not go back

Best customer service Ive experienced in years! I went in for a flat tire repair. The work was completed, but I ended up having a different issue with the same tire after the fact. Turns out, there was an issue with the valve stem, so the tire ran flat again (this was on a Friday). I went back the following Monday expecting to be given the run around about the issue and the suggestion that maybe it was my fault somehow. Spoke with the manager and Zach about the issue. They immediately took the car back inside to inspect it. Shortly afterwards, Zach came back and explained to me what the issue was and that the tire was totally shot and I would need a new one. Keep in mind, the current set of tires are only a few months old and the vehicle is a BMW (expensive tires), so Im beginning to get irritated as Im waiting on him to get the part about how much it was going to cost me, on top of what Ive already spent, for the tire repair. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only were they not charging me anything, but they also replaced the tire free of charge. They even made sure that the replacement tire was as good or better than the ones I had on the vehicle. Thats how you build your business and get repeat customers! Thanks.

Tire discounters on GUNBARREL road in Chattanooga TN did an excellent job on my truck. Great customer service and great technicians! I would recommend them to anyone and plan to continue using them.

Its pretty common that a tire place will push for a sale even if its not in your best interest. That wasnt the case here. They patched my two problem tires for free and said they were still in good shape, didnt need to buy any this time around.

I only stopped in to get a slow leak checked out but they were immensely helpful. Couldnt fix the tire unfortunately but did put the spare on for me so that I could get it home. Didnt charge me a thing. Its rare to find genuinely helpful companies lately that arent driven solely by profit. Tire Discounters seem to be a unique and Ill likely be going back.

My husband and I were on the way home from the hospital with our newborn from erlanger east when we realized we had a flat tire. Tire Discounters was fortunately just to our right so we pulled in to discover there was a lug screw in our rear tire (what bad luck). When we explained our situation the gentleman (cant recall his name) put us right in for a patch and repair of our tire at no cost. There is still good in this world! We are so thankful and relieved they did us this great service. I would highly recommend tire Discounters! Thanks to all who helped us make it home safely!

I absolutely love and appreciate the free driver service they offer while you wait on your car. I got to run an errand while I waited and they even dropped me off at an appointment I had as well. Super friendly service and very thorough without costing an arm and a leg. Got tire fixed and oil change at a reasonable price and objective recommendations.

Ladies do not go there all they do is take advantage of you and don’t even do what they are supposed to do they sold me two tires that I didn’t not need and also had the reve to tell me that he did not hear what my problem was he also told me that I needed an alignment which was also not done I had one of my guy friends take a look at my car with tuned out that the problem was the wheel barrel not the tires I called and asked for my money from the tires that I didn’t need and he said that he will give me a call back week gos by no call. I’m now in the office waiting for them to do the work that I had originally payed and did not receive please do no come here they are just taking advantage of people

I went in for an alignment on my car and the service was fine. I went back a few weeks ago for an alignment and balancing for truck. They said it would need new ball joints and couldnt do a balancing or alignment with out it. They wanted to charge $900 just for the parts. I declined the service because I could get it done cheaper elsewhere. As I was leaving, i noticed the cover for my fuse box crushed between the hood and right fender.

I don’t know about the rest of their services but, I got a flat tire and first went to Walmart to have my tire plugged but, they went up on their prices for plug a tire so I went on down the road here. I asked them could they patch it up and they came back and told me that they could not because the whole was places in a spot where they could not plug. So, they asked about my spare but, they came back and said that it had rusted. So, they tried to plug it again and they were successful and did not charge me anything to do it. Thanks y’all.

Big thank you to Matt and Charles (which I found out later he is a VP for Tire Distributors). When I called on a Saturday to find an odd size tire for our I3 which had a blowout Charles answered the phone helping out the staff which were very busy. He took time to look for the size and where one could be found. They were able to find a tire in Louisville, Ky and had it sent. We want to Thank both Charles and Matt for their time and were Very curtious since I had to call several times to find out which store the tire was going to. Thank you all again.

I got quotes for four new tires. They were the most competitive, quickest, and most available tire shop in the area. Plus free tire rotations for the life of the tires. Really cant beat the quality here.They may even compare tire prices to online shops, but youre getting so much theyre hard to beat.

Probably the fastest oil change Ive ever had. 8 was planning on being there over an hour, doing some work (even brought my laptop to use the free WiFi). Didnt hardly get to do anything. I showed up at 6 (they close at 7), and I paid and was driving away before 6:45.

Customer Service area was very clean and inviting. Customer waiting area was very comfortable and accommodating. Representative, Glenn was very helpful and answered all my questions... Very pleased with the whole business atmosphere and I will be back for future services..5 Star rating...

I have been in sales many years and I have to say Ive experienced and seen first hand excellent customer service and sales skills from Tim the sales manager at Tire Discounters on Gunbarrel Rd. He is very thorough and gives you a warm, friendly experience! He explains the value of what you are buying/getting at Tire Discounters and that is what I want to keep coming back to. I like the facility and Matt was very helpful with setting up my purchase of four tires and installation. However, it took the technician three hours to put the new tires on and do an oil change. Matt had said it would take 90 minutes. The facility needs to determine why the estimated time was so off because it nearly made me late for another appointment and certainly destroyed my afternoon.

Matt and Glenn are excellent leaders of a wonderful crew! When issues happen, they rise to the occasion to show the character of the company and their personal outlook on taking care of their customers! Thank you all!

Found an almost completely flat tire over my 30min lunch break. Not sure what the cause was or how timely I could get it fixed/replaced.Matt found a nail, remove it, fixed up my tired in less than 15mins! Very pleased with the service I received, and he was so considerate of my limited time. I will be returning for future tire needs!

Had an oil change, rotation, and alignment yesterday seemed like a great place, service was done quick. Go to leave and truck wont shift out of 3rd gear and apparently the battery had been run down when they left the lights on when on the alignment rack so they jumped it off, no big deal if I had been told and I would have cycled the switch to reset everything after, but they just left it running and said heres your truck, called back to ask and they were really nice about it and said what happened, reset it and everything was fine. And now notice today what was a nice clean concrete parking spot now has an oil spot on it that is coming from a leak from...... you guessed it the oil drain plug. No point in calling back about it because Im sure they will say its torqued correctly, which it most likely is, but still leaks where it didnt before. Really nice people, just wish I could have a little more trust and faith in who is working on my vehicle.

Got four new tires this week. The whole process was a breeze. Knowledgeable staff and this place gives you a few more perks than others.Worth a try for those looking.

Dropped car off for brake inspection/repair since I work close by and can walk to and from. Everyone was friendly and professional from the initial appointment over the phone, to the actual process of drop off, and keeping me informed of the process and work to be done. They even changed a tail light that was out for me. When it’s time for oil changes and regular maintenance or new tires, I’ll bring my vehicle here instead of Toyota. Also, the folks here are very female friendly too. Thank you!

I will tell you this, the Tire Discounters on Gunbarrel Road in Chattanooga Tennessee has one heck of a general manager in Mike. I had an issue after they had changed my oil in my truck and the man drove to my house because he didnt think it was safe for me to drive back in until he verified what the problem was. The following morning I drove my truck to him in order to get it looked at and they found the problem right off the bat. For a manager to take the time out of his day towards the end of his day to drive to a customers house to verify that theres nothing severe going on so they could drive the truck in is above and beyond what I would ever imagine a general manager should do. The guy did an amazing job. Tire Discounters has always done good for me and I highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give six stars I would.

This was my first time visiting ANY Tire Discounters location. Took my car in to have a tire patched, and they said it would be $24.95 and take 30 mins. The waiting area and bathroom were spacious and clean. My car was done in no time, and they ended up saying it was free! Will be going back!
