9/25/2020 Tuna time! Our band of fishing buddies connected with Captain Bruce Peters at the Chatham Fish Pier at 5 a.m. this morning. Bruce is highly focused and takes tuna fishing very seriously. We were the first boat out of the harbor, leaving in the dark. We searched hard to find and catch the right bait, fished non-stop all day, and finally connected and landed a 93 inch tuna on our final drift. Our equipment and tuna rigs were top notch, and Bruce coached us up (mostly rookies) to fight and land the fish, and ultimately get a 93 inch / 350 pound fish onto the deck of the Marilyn S! Today was a very memorable experience!! If tuna is what you are looking for, I highly recommend Bruce Peters!

Captain Bruce was extremely knowledgeable and very personable with a good sense of humor. Had a great successful day fishing and had plenty of striper filets to bring back to the house for the Cod-crew. We will definitely be using him for our annual Cod trips!Dont show up late!!

We went to the Cape for vacation and I did some research for bass charters. I found Capeshores and Captain Bruce Peter. I called and lucky for me he had a cancellation. 3 of us went out. I have been around the water and bass fishing my whole life. This was by far, hands down the best day of fishing I ever had in my life. Captain Bruce is fantastic!! I cant say enough about him. Truly the best!

While vacationing on the Cape we took the kids deep sea fishing with Bruce. This was the first time my kids and husband had been deep sea fishing. Bruce made this an amazingly fun trip for my family! He was so friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all the questions we had about the area, fishing, and the boat. He was great with my kids, making them laugh and helping them reel in the fish. After cleaning the fish he even gave me tips on how to cook it. Thanks Bruce! We will definitely be back!

I have sailed with Bruce for over 4 years and have had nothing less than outstanding experiences. Bruce is a pro and knows where to find the fish. For the 4 trips I have been on, I have come home with some beautiful tuna for the family to enjoy. I phoned Capt. Bruce years ago after reviewing his website and spoke with him regarding a Stripe Bass trip for my wife, myself & children. After a informative conversation on his services and what to bring the rest was easy. Ever since then I fished with Capt. Bruce quite a few times over the years and always caught my limit of Striped Bass for myself as well as my family members caught theirs too, then you start releasing them. Blue Fish can be at times one after the other, lots of catch and release fun. One of Capt. Bruces greatest thrills is getting people whom never caught a Striped Bass or any fish for that matter Hooked Up and Hooked Too fishing, especially with light tackle. So we brought others on our trips to enjoy the same action on light tackle.Ive fished with many Charter Captains and by far he is the most knowledgeable in his industry keeping abreast of all fishery changes.Oh by the way, he is really funny too! He loves to teach you how to excel at the sport he loves and gives you the time to make some really great memories with family & friends.Cant wait to fish with him again...

Captain Bruce is the most educated and dedicated fishing captain we have ever fished with. My family has been chartering Captain Bruce for 8 years. We have always come home with fish and he is so patient with my young children making sure they have fun. I would recommend Captain Bruce to anyone who wants to charter a boat for a fabulous day of fishing!

Ive fished with Bruce many times over the years (and will again in 2015) and highly recommend him. A huge differentiating feature is that he will never give up and takes it as a personal insult until fish are on the boat. No one knows the local waters or techniques necessary to boat fish under any given tide and/or weather condition than Bruce. He is the best!

My sons and I have been fishing with Bruce for over 7 years and every single trip has been a tremendous amount of fun and we always come back with plenty of fish and lots of good memories. We switch back and forth between fishing for tuna and fishing for stripers and, rain or shine, weve never had a bad experience. The first time we went out with Bruce I had never fished in New England and both my sons were quite young and Bruce taught them what to do. We all had a blast that first day and now we look forward each year to our annual outing.

Great experience and great fishing!!! Bruce really knows what hes doing! Caught 16 keepers and took home 5 striped bass (we put the rest back alive ofcourse) and saw a few whales to top it off!
