Came into the office to some tree limbs taking up a big part of the parking lot. Van Yahres was prompt, courteous, fast, and professional in cleaning up. Once they left, the tree looked great and it was like it never even happened. Crew was wonderful! Thanks Van Yahres for a great job!

Excellent tree work done at my house by Steves team (with Bryan and Cheyenne). In one of the hottest days of the year, this crew worked all day to get the job done and they gave it their 110% right to the end. Good communication, professional, and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend!

I don’t even know where to start with my rave about the Van Yahres Tree Company! My entire (huge) family has been using them for decades and it’s been a match made in heaven. I thought we loved trees but the Tree Co. REALLY loves trees. I can’t actually testify that I saw Mike VY tear up when he had to cut down one of his favorite oak trees after its long life, but I can certainly imagine that he did! This crew is knowledgeable, conscientious, cool, and civic-minded. They do amazing work. Be sure to ask Mike about his antique chainsaw collection!

Van Yahres Tree Company pruned some of my older trees before the windstorm and they held up really well. The crew was really professional, easy to work with and they did a great job cleaning up. I would highly recommend!

While their prices are a bit higher than some tree companies, weve always been very happy with the quality job that Van Yahres does. We never have to worry about them doing any damage to our property. Crews are professional and quick.The one issue weve had with Van Yahres is that they frequently forget small, extra instructions we give them. Because we do a lot of gardening, we frequently ask to be left the mulch instead of having it hauled away. Almost every time, they forget. That said, they are always responsive and make it right.

I had used VYTC services for light tree pruning a few years ago and was generally pleased with their knowledge and work. When it was time for tree pruning this spring, I gave them a call. I have an unusual schedule but VYTC was able to accommodate my schedule for an estimate and arrived on time with no problem. The estimator was knowledgeable and provided me with a reasonable estimate. Even though he seemed to understand that I was only available at certain times for the work to be done, the scheduling and crew arrival did not go as smoothly. Once the 2 man crew arrived (2 hours later than promised), they did the work in a professional manner. Both crew members were very pleasant and accommodated my wishes with respect to the pruning.

We spent over $500 to have 2 blue spruce trees treated for disease. A year later the problem was worse. Yan Yahres wanted to just come out and retreat them at double the cost. They were not eager to just come out and inspect the result of their work, but reluctantly gave us a choice of one day they could visit. Overpriced. Not customer friendly. Too busy for their customers.

We had some storm damage. Someone came out the same day I called to give us an estimate and they were here working the very next day. They were right on target with their pricing. I will definitely recommend this company.

Over priced, but the crews are above average in dealing with the public.
