Exceptional service. Highly recommend K Thomas Lawson for tree removal. We had a live 40-50ft poplar removed in an afternoon. Chase, the manager, was professional and easy to communicate with (we texted mostly, which was very convenient). The crew showed up on time, and worked hard nonstop. Like other reviewers said, they cleaned up the site with no trace of the poplar left, not even a small twig or saw dust. They even removed a 6-ft long dead branch already in the yard. We had another company estimate the job and K Thomas Lawson was unbeatable in price. Again, I highly recommend this small local business.

Chase helped us decide what to take down and what to prune to open up our yard to some more sunlight while keeping a wooded feel. There’s a reason he comes up first in the google searches, and it’s not because he paid to be there. I called on Tuesday, he actually answered the phone. He came by Wednesday morning, exactly when he said he’d be there. He texted me the estimate with reasonable pricing immediately after he looked at the job. We are super impressed by Chase and his crew. There was a pine tree growing at a crazy angle right over our house. We got several quotes and many of other pros told us the tree was way too hard to climb and a crane was required. The team from K Thomas Lawson climbed the tree with ease. They safety dismantled each limb and dropped it exactly where it needed to go to assure it didnt damage the house.They arrived on time, communication was excellent and they provided proof of insurance promptly. I had them out two weeks ago to take down a tree and clean up all of the trees around my home. Sure getting tree work is pricey but their pricing is reasonable and fair. The invoice was itemized and everything was detailed out as to what they were providing. Chase is extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable, and great to work with. They are punctual, honest, and an extremely safe crew. A lot of time is obviously spent on preplanning for the job, safety, and customer service. I honestly cannot put into words how happy I am with their customer service and work. Definitely worth the money spent! From this point forward they are my go to for tree work. Chase was awesome to work and did a great job! He was super quick too, and came out to look at our trees within 20 minutes of calling him. The next morning they were able to remove the dead tree, grind a few stumps, and trim a few other trees for us. We had a great experience with Chase Giebner. He was very thorough and patient with us as we looked at the dozen ash trees at our new house, some of which we can save, but some of which have to go. He was very realistic about the costs and time involved to treat the trees, which we really appreciated. He also stepped in and helped us with some limb removal after a storm. Excellent Work!!We have a lot of trees on our property and over the years have used a few different tree people. Previous results have been mostly ok. But this time was much more critical with 3 very large specimen trees, over 3 feet in diameter, around our house. They all needed careful pruning for tree health, and for safety from dead and decaying branches. This required a lot of climbing and rope work and strategy to get the branches safely to the ground and chipped up. There were four workers there on the Lawson crew for over 2 days, and at least two of them (maybe all 4) were certified arborists, and that is indeed important. They were friendly and professional, and honestly, treated the trees like they were their own. I left them pretty much on their own but they were always happy to explain why they were cutting this branch and leaving that branch, achieving both aesthetic balance good growth habits. They were methodical and educated in their approach. After they left, the only evidence that they had been there was from the new, healthier look of the trees. I am very happy with the work that KT Lawson did, and will recommend and hire them again. Lloyd

Chase came out on a Friday to provide estimates for three pieces of work. During his visit, he helped me identify all of my trees, and he also made recommendations around removal of some of the less desirable trees to help reduce tree cover and promote a healthy lawn. Come Sunday, he sent me his estimates for the work, which he was able to schedule and complete in less than a week. These guys are great, 5 stars.

I had a Leyland Cypress last year which had a dead branch (from a fungal infection) totally out of reach from the ground. Chase Giebner of Lawson came by and gave me a very reasonable price to remove it along with advice on how to manage this problem in my other Leylands. He had one of the Lawson crews remove the branch when they were in the area for a larger job. These folks were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a 2nd dead branch this year and Chase kindly put me on his schedule and removed it when we were away (I forgot the date for him to come by). I have to say that Chase exhibits all the qualities that you want in a professional: integrity, knowledge, fairness, skill and experience. He is my Go To person for all tree problems.
