This guy is awesome! I called him last min at around 8pm last night asking if he was able to pick me up from CHO at 1am. He responded quickly and was on time! So grateful for him!

We had an excellent ride with our driver, Max, this afternoon. He was early, courteous, and so nice! I left my glasses in the back seat and he was kind enough to drop them by my hotel! I highly recommend Max and Star Cab services!

Max is very friendly, and hes really there to help you with what you need. He also has arrived early when he was to pick me up, and once I called him to pick me up urgently, he was there within five minutes. He is so reliable, honest and helpful. Id recommend It to anyone.

Max picked us up extremely quickly (in 11 minutes) with last-minute notice and took us the beautiful and traffic-free route to the airport during rush hour on a Friday. Super clean, nice taxi. Thank you!!

This is by far the best taxi service in all of Charlottesville. If you are looking for a taxi to show up on time or in a hurry Star taxi is the way to go . I use this company when ever I need a ride . Their rates are much more fair compared to some of the other taxi services here in Charlottesville. So if your looking for a ride that is professional, friendly, and courteous then Star taxi is the way to go !

Max rescued us from a wedding at Early Mountain when our scheduled Lyft never showed up. He arrived quickly and transported us back to Charlottesville safely for a very reasonable price. Would definitely ride with this service again.

The service was fantastic. I lucked into getting a ride from them from the airport late at night, and then we scheduled a pickup from Monticello to the airport on Sunday. He was early and friendly--couldnt have asked for anything more!

My experience is...... Star Taxi almost caused a accident due to them pulling into traffic on US29 in front of speeding cars causing many vehicles to come to almost a stop. I wouldnt entrust my family to someone who drives carelessly like this, much less myself.Poor diving skills for someone who makes their living off of DRIVING.

Had to drop off a rental truck, so since Im not from here, I decided to take a chance on Star. Was one of the best decisions I made that day. My driver was ahead of schedule, friendly, and the fare was very reasonable. I drive for a living and have for over 40 years, so take it from a pro, call Star you wont be disappointed.

Star Taxi has the shortest response times of any cabbie in Charlottesville—even when other companies tell me its a 40-minute wait, they usually get to me within 10 minutes. Service is great too, the driver is really friendly! Could not recommend this company more.

I needed a taxi to go to and from a destination for an interview and my experience was great! After calling, I did have to text the driver the street address to confirm which I did not mind since I text all the time anytime anyway. Plus Id rather them have a backup communication method just in case anything goes wrong. My driver was great: Early/on-time, polite, professional! I only needed to travel like 1.5 miles to my destination but trying to do that in heels during morning rush hour was not an option for me. Nevertheless, the driver since I called him to take me and bring me back, did not complain that I was going such a short distance like other cabbies do. Just as a note, Star Taxi and Habib Taxi are closely affiliated so sometimes one may use the others cab to get you if it means that the other can get you to your destination in a timely manner. The only drawback I had was when I called it took a couple of rings for someone to pick up and let me know I called Star Taxi. Otherwise, great service!
