They are rude with poor service. They do not wash hands between clients. Gel polish chips every time I get them done. It appears the do not appreciate their clients. Plenty other places in Charlottesville that offer better services.

Do not use their services! I had a gel manicure and got a horrendous nail infection. I’ve been on several antibiotics and can barely use my thumb. The facility was dirty and they reused dirty towels during my manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure ripped off my nails and several of my nail beds bled for at least a week. I am a doctor and this is the worst manicure I have had.

I had gone here after not having a mani - pedi for over a yr. My pedi is still holding strong but my polish started coming off my mani the day after. My nails have also been breaking easily. Not happy

I am in town just for few days and needed the nails done ASAP. I called and walked in with in 5 min technician was available. I worked with Kathy and even it was time consuming to get French done, I LOVE result.Price was appropriate for the time and quality. If I would have more time would stay for pedicure as well !Thank you .

Very nice staff did my nails in memory of my youngest son and I absolutely love them also did my friends nails and they love them as well 10 out of 10 would recommend

Great service, clean and very detailed. No feeling of being rush and everyone treated fair with the same service. Prices are reasonable. Each worker is great at what they do. I recommend this to anyone.

I love this place. Ive always had great experience with Amanda and her folks there. I would highly recommend them. I have used them for nails for pedicures and for waxing. Amanda does a great job on eyebrows as well.

Walked in, woman on her phone asks what I need- I said my eyebrows waxed please.Then she speaks Chinese to the lady in the pedicure chair watching Bonanza westernI wait about 7 mins, then the lady in the chair makes a phone call, the other lady didn’t even bother to look upI just told them forget it and walked out- no one was there except the 2 workers- no wonder!

Very friendly & experienced staff, good prices & they take walk-ins. I recommend this salon to anyone needing their nails done.

Amanda is amazing. She tends to details and takes her time! I always leave satisfied with my acrylic shape and quality!!

My daughter recently went in with a friend and I feel she was taken advantage of. Only two workers there and her nails look terrible. They are crooked, rough, didnt have them polished by choice as that was more expensive. This is not our first time being here and had to complain then so this time I will just rate you here. Definitely out to make money.....

Went in to have a pedicure & manicure. My attendant was working on someone next to me The Water was cold asked for more hot water was ignored then asked if this was the hot water knob and she said no and kept on doing what she was doing so I got up and left. Very rude.

I always have excellent service when I go to Expo Nails. I get a pedicure once a month on a walk in basis. I have been using Lisa for 3+ years. She is very knowledgeable about my nails and my calluses. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calm. I have reccommended this salon to my mother amd many of my friends.

Went there because I wanted a manicure only in shellac taken off then I decided to get nail tips Lacoste my nails were breaking when she filed them so she put 8 tips on there took away the manicure bowl and I told her I wanted a manicure she said itd be $5 more so I said how much for everything tips manicure shellac she said $35 when I went up to pay she charged me $40 now looking at my nails she didnt even push back my cuticles and it looks like I need to fill in I wont be back and I will tell people not to come back now I have to go to another nail salon which I should have waited until today but they were closed yesterday and I wanted them done yesterday I wouldnt advise anybody to go back to them poor service

Lisa (Nga) did an excellent job with my pedicure. She was very pleasant, gentle and thorough. This was my first visit and Ill be back.

First of all, the people in the nail place were very nice but, that’s all they had going for them. I went in to get a fill in, cut down and thumb nail fixed. At first, everything was going fine. First of all, he cut my nails way too short, and the pinky nails are noticeably a different length. Had to tell him 6 times which color i wanted. And the other woman doing nails even have to tell him also. When he was done putting the acrylic on I had to constantly tell him that ALL my nails were crooked. He acted like he never heard me. He told me to go wash my hands, so i did and I was checking out my nails and they were so messed up. I had to tell him he needed to go back and put acrylic on the sides of all my nails because there was none there at all. When he painted my nails he put way too much polish on my nails and they ended up clumping so he thought if he put more polish it would fix it; it didn’t. Then I had to tell him that my real nails were coming out to a point from the sides of the nails so he had to go back and fix that. The end of my nails are supposed to be smooth and they’re bumpy. They have sharp edges on most of them that I could slit someone’s throat with. Needless to say, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They are nice people but cannot do nails worth a damn.

My first time ever getting a pedicure and Im hooked, these ladies gave us the royal treatment. Will be going back.

My daughter got a set of acrylic nails that were just terrible. They were crooked, different lengths, even poorly painted. When we came in to get it fixed we waited for 20 minutes JUST for them to even talk to us about it. Would not reccomend. They used the excuse of sometimes shes tired

This is the second time ive walked out very upset. They are slow and only have 2-3 people working. They overcharged my mother and screwed up my nails. The owner is the biggest joke of them all. She can paint nails but should NOT own a business with her attitude. Definitely wont be returning.

The Girl was upset because I didnt want my 8 year old daughter to put acrylic or gel on her, she just needed color.

I got a shellac pedicure here four days ago and its already coming off....toe by toe, literally all of the polish.
