Most cheap and irresponsible group of people have been gathered in their administration, never bother their selves when people are having issues in paying rent or if having maintenance issue it will take months to be fixed Old, cheap appliances that can easily catch fire any time. And really rude administrator with a nasty attitude.

Best apartment complex around! I love living here great amenities, awesome maintenance and knowledgeable office staff. Decent rent prices and well kept area. Super quiet at night only neighbors out walking dogs.

I hated living at Rio Hill. My neighbor down stairs played loud music until my apartment would vibrate, and than had the audacity to complain on us. They never took care of the issue. They had a change in management, and the new manager did everything in her power to make my life miserable. When I moved out of Rio Hill I was blessed enough to get a townhouse across the street from the ocean in Norfolk, VA. So, for the manager that gave me such a unpleasant experience I want you to know that you made me stronger, and anything you put on my credit was looked over. I went from living in Charlottesville, VA to walking across the street living the beach life.

Not getting what we pay for. Heater constantly stops working, as well as the hot water. Walls are definitely not soundproof ESPECIALLY in the bathroom with noisy upstairs neighbors. Really creaky floor. Windows are not properly shut so theres barely insulation and the window panels break easily. Bugs can somehow get in, oh geez. Old, cheap appliances that can easily catch fire any time. And really rude administrator with a nasty attitude.

Did a stint here while house was being renovated. Not bad.
