This company is the BEST! I would rate it 10 stars if I could. After my mom and I had an horrific experience with Empire Today, This company came in and place flooring throughout our 4 bedroom house, closets and loft within a week. Not to mention vinyl planks on our stairs and new flooring in the master bathroom. All at GREAT price! Mary was very professional, thorough and always there to communicate. When you call their number, she picks up the phone. Not a computer with prompts, waiting for someone to pick up the phone so they can transfer you to someone else. This place is great and Mary was awesome to work with. I had in home measurements and quotes from other reputable businesses and I found City floors and more beat those quotes hands down. They are very professional and very responsive. I paid a down payment for material, they came out and installed on time, and carpet looks great. Installers were very thorough, professionals and did an excellent job in one day. Ill definitely use them again and recommend to anyone. You wont regret it.

I called the office to make an appointment. The sales person came out for a measurement. The price was so affordable! We paid our deposit and the installers came in only 3 days to install. We installed 35 ounces of carpet with Gel Pad. We never knew pad, can come in Gel. We love the way our carpet looks and feels with the upgrade padding! I highly recommend City Floors & More.

The installation process was fast. The guys were professional and neat. I love my new floors!. Will definitely use them again when I redo my bedrooms.

I am so grateful. Fast, professional and the crew cleaned up every time before they left. We were prepared so it only took 6 visits to finish the entire 3000 square feet! My tip of $500 was because I saved so much money working with Queen City Flooring. I compared them with Lowes, Home Depot, 50 Floors and 1 more that I cant remember.MARY has been the best referral ever. I was afraid of what Id have to face financially because of the tip, but I cant help thinking how hard she tried to help me get through this renovation. Our new floors are very beautiful. (The kids are getting Swiffers for Christmas!) When we finish painting, we will send you final pictures.The stairs have been stained perfectly to match the floors with stark white rises. The stairs took 4 days but mainly for the stain and polyurethane drying time. I absolutely love my house now and icing on the cake? We were scheduled 2 weeks prior to having an installation of carpet and hardwood floor for our house and when there were two days left the owner called me and said she wanted the deposit for the job which we had agreed that i will be paying it on Friday since thats when i get payed instead of Thursday (the day she was calling). She then told me okay that it was no problem and afterwards texted saying that the job will be $850 when previously it was $750 since she had a special going on. I don’t know why have a special if you aren’t going to remember it, but she then said she will honor her discount. We had stopped talking and the next day i called her to make the deposit at around 7pm and she told me it was too late to make the deposit and the job we had scheduled for 2 WEEKS PRIOR was going to have to get delayed until next Tuesday. I was not aware of no deadline time i had to make the deposit since she never mentioned anything, me and my dad were expecting the job to be done and had already ripped all the old carpet out for her to come do the job and now we are left with bare wood. If i could leave 0 stars i would, TERRIBLE BUSINESS WITH TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION!!!
