This was a nightmare! Staff gives you the run around after theyve taken your money! I worked with Brandon in the beginning and felt confident when I first hired them for my big project. Well Brandon received a promotion and it all went down hill from there. The job was not completed to my standard at first, it looked as if amateurs had completed the job. After calling a number of times (more than 10) I was finally able to speak with Brandon. He worked with the installers to come back and correct the issues. However, they did not deliver two of my custom grills. The new manger Tiffany said it takes 15 business days to deliver, here it is a month and I still havent received them. I tried calling the store to speak with Tiffany however she seems to always be busy! I ask for a return call and she never calls back. The staff that answered the phone says shes doing manger stuff. Well Im a paid in full customer and I want what I paid for! If the store communicated like they should I wouldnt have to call them.My floor looks awful not having the missing grills. The customer service team called regarding my finished project and I explained to them its not finished until I have everything I paid for!

The team was very helpful and Profesional. Very friendly and fast. I would recommend this store to all my friends.

Customer service at this location is miserable. Please save yourself the headache and go with another company.*Amendment: I want to add that after some frustration with this location the customer service provided by Mike (Regional Manager) was above and beyond. His professionalism was what we needed from the beginning, but a job well done at the end. I hope lessons are learned and hopefully this store can correct its mistakes for future customers.

Brianna was the best salesperson I have met in a long time she was nice she was helpful she was cordial very patient I would just like to give her a shout out maybe she can have a weekend with pay vacation

The level of customer service is exceptional. It was a pleasure to speak with associates that know flooring and provide the level of service to make an educated decision.

We had a basically positive buying experience after we had done extensive shopping and research already for our product. Our sales rep was friendly and helpful, and we like the product- though it isn’t yet installed.However, we had so much difficulty with the advertised rebate, and still haven’t received what was promised, I have a hard time saying this is a good final choice. I think I could have waited another week or not counted on that rebate- and ended up feeling better in the end.If companies are going to use some sale event, please don’t sacrifice the customers sanity in the process.

I have been working with Tiffany the store manager at the Charlotte location regarding removal of old wood and tiles and replacing with Bellawood for approximately 4000 square feet and she is AMAZING. Very knowlegeable about every aspect of removal, installation and wood products carried at the store. She is very personable, professional, pays attention to detail and answers all our questions. She has put my mind at ease about this large stressful project. I will report back once we receive wood and the installation is complete. I highly recommend her. LL Flooring is lucky to have her as an employee. Bellawood is nice and looks like good quality. Myke also helped us initially but he was transferred to another store. He was also very helpful and super nice. Tiffany is a pleasure to work with. Ask for her she will go above and beyond to make her customers happy.

Personal experience only!Purchased home half year ago. During home inspection poor floor installation including bumps, squeezy sounds, moving/unclicking planks and broken lips was reported. Seller confirmed that floor was professionally installed by LL Flooring and we can complain if needed.Few months later we decided to reach LL Flooring to see if they can fix all these issues.1. Warranty for installation is only 12 months. Which doesnt work for us obviously .2. Warranty for floor itself !!!attention!!! is not transferable from owner to owner!3. So the only help I got from all calls is that they offer me to buy more spare floor to fix my issues.Never been in this store, will not go there and will not recommend to anyone.Again this is all only personal experience and cant be used as public opinion.****Update****As you can see from vendors respond there is no helpful or useful advice.

I almost never leave reviews because who has the time? (shame on me) but I had to leave one for store manager, BRANDON. He is a wealth of knowledge and great recommendations. I had a fantastic experience today and although the flooring hasnt arrived nor has it been installed, so far, were off to a great start. Kirk and Tanya from Watson Installations will be handling all the heavy work. I appreciated their expertise as well during our brief visit this morning and all I can say is keep up the excellent work, guys! Ill keep everyone posted on the outcome. :)

I wish there was an option for zero stars.. To be clear, this review is about the company in general/ corporate.. I bought lumber from my local lumber liquidators and had it installed through their contractors.. Ever since then, non stop issues. I have reached out to corporate multiple times and all they did was insult me, lie to me, and then finally started ignoring me.. I was never unreasonable. All I wanted was my flooring issues resolved and was willing to work with them on this. Just absolutely pitiful customer service.. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. You will 100% regret it should you have an issue.

The sell flooring, and the rates are pretty good - but man this location had some people not really caring when we went. I suppose it was a rough day, but we were told to load our order up while they watched us. Would have been nice to have the forklift sitting next to us help out, but nope - nothing.

Ordered wood online. Picked it up at a local store. Great shipment. Tiffany at the Thomasboro store off of Freedom Drive was fantastic and a great customer service professional. They have great prices also bought moldings and quarter round to complete the job fantastic experience. I would give Tiffany and the store on a scale of 1 to 10 about a 25

This is by far the best location to purchase from. Brandon was extremely knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. We were in and out in 25 minutes, he was able to offer us great pricing and the best items for installation. Pricing was affordable. I will be back to work with him again. 5 Stars is well deserved.

I found a great sale on bamboo flooring and it looks beautiful

If I could give zero rating. .I would. To be clear, this is about the location off I85 service road in Charlotte. We were referred to someone who frequently sends business to this store.My husband and I visited this store the evening of August 29 and were totally ignored, by not 1 but 2 employees. When we walked in, there was 1 employee, visible, on the phone. He didnt acknowledge our presence at all. After browsing the inventory for about 10 minutes, we moved to the front of the store. This same employee, still on the phone, still no acknowledgement. After a couple of minutes, he was off the phone, and you guessed it, STILL no acknowledgment. He was walking around with papers, acting as if he isnt in the business of public service. Not long after, a second employer emerges from the back. He was also on the phone. And you guessed it, he didnt acknowledge us either. By this time, another customer walked in. After a couple of minutes, employee 2 is off the phone and what did he do..... ignore is and ask customer #2 if he could help him. We were ready to buy floors for 2 rental properties, on site, but the poor customer service skills put a stop to that. We are taking our business elsewhere and will NEVER return to this store and will be sure to share or experience with anyone who will listen.....

Good customer service and fare prices

They are nice, but I never get a call back when they say they will and they (at least the guy I dealt with) was more interested in whatever he was doing than what I was being help with. They were courteous when I came in and asked if I needed anything.Edit: adding to my review and adding a star. The store manager (Adam) and assistant (Kamar) have been on point. Responsive on the phone calls and helpful in choosing a product and explaining what costs are all involved in the project.

They knew exactly what I needed and the price was fantastic! They were able to text message and e-mail back and forth until I was able to stop by in- person. Great Customer Service! I will definitely send any of my clients who have flooring needs to Jason and Quinn.

Do not shop here. They are dishonest. They intentionally add 12 extra boxes to the calculation they do for you knowing that there is no way you can return the unopened boxes in 30 days. And knowing that they dont have the glue you need to install it and order it which takes two weeks. So really you have less than 30 days to return the unopened boxes. Now I am stuck with 12 unused boxed of flooring because they first overestimated the amount and two refuse to return the unopened boxes of flooring. This place is not deal. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Im stuck paying for this extra material.
