After being laid off in mid October, I contacted several temp agency for accounting positions. Liz and Jillian asked what I was looking for in next job opening....it was challenging due to being primary care taker for mom, which previous job adjusted my hours to do so. After each interview they would follow up and inform me if I was best candidate or not. My current assignment is a good match and I appreciate the help with finding opening and able to work hours needed to take care of mom.

I have worked with Robert Half in previous years. I was given all the information I needed and I got paid exactly as described. Recently I signed up again for temp to direct hire position with Accountemps. I think that Liz and Jillian (Charlotte, NC), who I have worked with the most, really worked hard to get the right employee for the position. I know I was not very specific in what I wanted in employment and so it was difficult to match me to a position. However, I have been on my assignment for almost 3 months and everything has been great. I am paid on time and exactly as I should be. Liz and Jillian have checked in with me each week and always been supportive and positive. They have always responded to my emails.

Beware of this recruiting company. Not only did they not help me find any work while I was a client, I have since moved out of state and still get emailed job postings regularly. I have reached out to this company for the past 3 years to be removed from their email list and its still constant. STOP EMAILING ME!!!!!!Edit: One month later... still getting these emails!!!

My experience with this agency has been nothing but awesome. I had an interview and was placed almost immediately. Liz and the team are really good about checking in on you to make sure things are going well. Ive worked with a few other agencies and this one by far is one of the best!

I started with RH in Dec. 2016 when I transferred from RH-Seattle. Rob Harding was an AMAZING Agent at that time. Checked on me regularly and always made himself available. Even after I transitioned to permanent he checked up periodically. Became unemployed in Oct. 2019 and reactivated with RH. There were some delay in communication for the first few months. My new agent, Liz Higgins, worked with senior management to get me back working. She checks in with me weekly by phone or email.

I was contacted by Jennifer B. in regards to a role with a company. I had the interview scheduled for 10:30am. The employer didn’t call until 10:46am.I called her back to let her know that she got very rude and nasty saying that “it’s a Monday morning, and I should have waited and took the call.” She totally disregarded my point and basically brushed it off.She clearly doesn’t care and just all about getting a “placement bonus”. Don’t work with them and specifically her.

Thats enough. Im tired of this place. They send you random emails for opportunity and once youve respond back via email no answer. I called the office and they ask all these questions like they dont know about it than answer and said I was not the best candidate. They offer so many broken promises and Hopes. This place has no compassion. I had enough will never go through them again.

Unfortunately zero stars isnt an option. Put in my resume with them and went through a preliminary phone interview which all went well. After that, complete silence. Applied for different positions they offered even, but I never heard from them after the initial interview. When I called to have them remove me from their list, the receptionist just hung up without even the slightest pleasantry or question of why I was dropping them. Maybe if they would have asked why, they could improve some. Dont get your hopes up if you decide to go with them.

After working through Robert Half Accountemps in a promising corporate position for several months, my position there was dropped without warning. Since then, the recruiters I had been in regular contact with are suddenly impossible to get on the phone or even to reply to an email. If you enjoy being being led on about a new opportunity and then utterly ghosted, this agency is the one for you! Three weeks straight of no contact past the unhelpful front desk. Dont bother with RH; they sure wont bother for you.

If you just need a temp job you might okay. If youre looking for a career go elsewhere. With most recruiters its painfully obvious they only care about themselves and are only interested on what makes them money and not whats good for the candidate. They tried to place at a position that I explained was not what I was looking for and then get on my case. Act they know more about what I want in a career than I do. Poor communication even amongst senior staff. In a word- unprofessional. A lots of recruiters are just used car salesmen with college degrees. This just happens to be the biggest lot in Charlotte.

I went to TCG back in the fall to talk about projects and review my resume. Have since received very few emails about positions I am a match for. Sadly, when there was a good match, no one from their office will respond to phone calls or follow up emails after submitting. Company is a GREAT match if you enjoy wasting your time doing all the hoop jumping that they want but then never getting any service or timely communications back from them. But hey...practice makes perfect right?

I dont know if its possible to adequately warn you about this company. Stay away at all costs. Somehow they arent working in your best interest OR the companys best interest -- how are they even still in business? Every recruiter Ive talked to has been super creepy and slimy. You tell them you arent interested anymore, and they still continuously try to contact you. Specifically stay away from Evan Ball. Hes super sketchy and gets aggressive when you politely say you dont want him to contact you anymore.

Great overall experience with this recruiting company. They sent me to the wrong address for an interview but hey human error is real people. When I did get hired on with their client full-time, my recruiter brought me cupcakes from a nearby bakery. Truly a great company that cares about its people and their success. I would not say the same about two others in Charlotte.

I initially was referred to Robert Half Group by a friend working in one of their other offices in another city. I was looking for a career change and had an interview. Never heard back. That was in October of 2016. Then in February 2017 I officially decided it was time for a change. I reached back out to them, had several promising phone calls, a skype interview and then some. Never heard from them again. I was moving at the time as well and they were aware of the new geography requirements for any possible employment opportunities. They called me one day, told me about a position WAY far out of where I would be living now and seemed really offended when I passed up that opportunity. Mind you, this was also for less salary than what I was currently making. Made no sense. I did my part by keeping in touch. Constant emails went unanswered. Phone calls never returned. Like, what are they even doing? Do they ever place anyone in new jobs? How can you call yourselves recruiters when you literally NEVER call back any potential clients/employees. The only reason Im writing this review now in October of 2017 is because I just received an email from them yesterday about an employment opportunity... eight months later after having heard nothing. I was eventually employed in a temp position by Accrue Partners so if you are looking for a staffing agency that will actually help you, go there.

My recruiter was Courtney Nicholson and the most help she provided me was going to pick up my stuff after my contract unexpectedly ended and leaving half the stuff! In the span of my three months being under her, she called a lot to check up and schedule lunches that she would bail on. For one of those months I was unemployed and she either did absolutely nothing to help me in my search or was trying to help and not communicating with me AT ALL. Towards the end of the month, I was in the process of interviewing with 3 different companies and ultimately got a job. NONE OF WHICH WAS HER DOING OR WITH HER ASSISTANCE. My friend is under her also and was unemployed for 5 months before she finally found something for her. My advice to you: Take your job search into your own hands and use these people as a back up.

Before working with this company I had a very negative experience with placement agencies. (as some people do) However, working with Creative Group I have had nothing but positive experiences. I have been placed with a lot of companies and once one ended onto another one. I have grown my portfolio 10 fold, and have worked with big companies locally and in Florida. Courtney Nicholson, Amy Leeper, and Zach Saffe (Tampa Office) acted like a team that worked with and for me. I highly recommend.

The most horrible experience Ive received from ANY employment agency. I first met with Amy Leeper 3 years ago. After meeting with her she told me I had an impressive resume as far as the education but concerned since I had no experience in graphic design. However she sent me jobs in my email weekly which I was qualified for and when I responded with interest she NEVER RESPONDED nor did she follow-up. A few of her colleagues(Courtney Nicholson just to name one) never responded either. Im extremely creative and have applied for so many positions with TCG that Ive lost count. How can I gain experience when you wont even give me a chance to prove myself? If you had given me a chance a few years ago I would have the experience right now. No one calls you back. No one responds. No one at Creative Group(Charlotte) even cares. They NEVER gave me a chance. What a joke.I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone.

I worked with TCG for over a year and never once got so much as a phone interview. After several months of nothing happening, I decided to apply for the same job both through TCGs portal and the organizations website. Dont waste your time with them!

I have 2 bachelor degrees and 1 masters. I was relocating to CLT and I gave The Creative Group a try. I found the overall tone derogatory and when I speak with someone (even management), it was my opinion that I could fall out of bed and do their better than they were. I relocated without a job and once I was settled I went with Indeed, Career Builder, and LinkedIn. I posted my resume and had a plethora of interviews and a job right away. The employees there must be happy with the little draw they have and not need commissions. I would stay away from the Creative Group and my advice to the company; hire people that need a job and understand that they are 1 bad day away from needing employment too.

I had a recruiter call me by the name of Michaela Mcdonald to set up a video chat interview. Of course she didn’t call me the time or even the day she had planned. I had to email her to remind her. So eventually she video chats me and tells me she has a job for me and then of course I never hear from her again. Now, I understand that Michaela Mcdonald is not necesarrily representative of Robert Half, but then again, employees are the closest thing to represent an entity or corporation.Very dissapointed in this organization and Michaela McDonald. I cannot give this company my recommendation when there are much more competent staffing companies.

I first interviewed with Amy Leeper about 4 years ago and I remember her telling me how impressed she was with me since I had been working on merchandise, advertisements, and a website for a crossfit gym, but of course whenever I showed interest in jobs or whenever I contacted her she would not get back to me whatsoever. Same goes to when they switched me to Courtney Nicholson, except Amy would AT LEAST sometimes try to contact me back at some point. Courtney however would never get back to me, not after all the emails, voice messages, etc she would not help me. When she would schedule calls she would always call later if she even called at all. This company is a serious joke. If you are a Kings College student or any designer for the matter, do not come here expecting help and a job. They are all talk, but in the end they wont help you out. Dont bother wasting your time at all.

Wasnt too happy when the recruiter pumped me for confidential information because they had jobs I was matched for, and after giving said confidential information nothing was in my area. Nor did I like being told my research criteria info wasnt accessible only to be asked 5 minutes later for access to the shared google document. Confidentiality to me means something completely different, not to a room full of Millennials listening to my conversation via Skype. Didnt like feeling gamed by these two recruiters I had to work with for such a short amount of time. Didnt think it was professional to interrupt our Skype interview Half way through either and disconnect because the client was on the line. Didnt like the second recruiter not knowing how to get ahold of me on Skype and being 30 minutes late. Overall, a bizarre experience that made me loose trust in the organization and outcome.

This temp service is awful they was no help and young with no experience and you could tell because of the way they carried themselves and spoke. This company is super unprofessional.A recruiter contacted me for a phone interview, and didn’t even call me. I had to call her. Then she told me that she would get back to me for the in person interview. Ten days passed without me hearing anything and then she called asking if I could come in for an interview in the morning. The location was an hour and a half away. I went to the interview that morning, and sent her a follow up the next day. I heard nothing back. A couple days letter I get a document requesting information for a background check. I still have yet to hear anything from the recruiter. They don’t return calls, respond to emails, or leave voicemails. So unprofessional from the very beginning. Don’t work with this group. EVER.

Will agree with everything said in previous reviews. What bothered me most during my brief time with Robert Half is that the staff is not even good about faking their care for you as an employee.
