RE/MAX Executive regularly uses Telware for phone and data management, along with other networking and IT management. They have always been great with assisting us at our 15 locations. Recently, they assisted with our Leland, NC merger and they have truly knocked it out of the park. First, we needed to have cabling done very quickly to have internet and phones installed for our new business partners. Their typical turn around time is 30-45 days. We went to them with two weeks notice and they made it their mission to make sure our merger went off without a hitch. My account manager Kevin Gallagher went out to the site himself and did all of the cabling and made sure it got completed on our schedule and even assisted with the networking static IP for our new printer as well. You truly are a priority when you are their client.Later, our new business partners attempted to assist us with porting over a number from their previous business and accidentally ported it to his personal line with Verizon. Telware, via Brienna Lawing and Matt Cooper within the porting department communicated with myself, my team and Verizon to get the issues corrected swiftly. I just received news that less than two days later Telware has the porting issue corrected and our team is thrilled to say the least! Everyday without this number was lost revenue and they truly saved the day!Without Telware I don’t know that we could’ve gotten this done on our timeline like we wanted. We have returned to TelWare as our office phone service provider after a terrible experience with a national phone company. TelWare has very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly employees who put customer service first. They provide timely responses to questions and follow up to ensure that the problem, issue, or concern was resolved. While we rarely have problems, it is nice to know that there is someone there to answer our questions.

We are a 24/7 tow company with an emergency response obligation. Our phone lines are the life blood of our company and we have never had a good experience with our providers. There were constant outages, and horrendous customer service... until TelWare that is. From the very first visit with Kevin, as an introduction to their company - all the way up to the installs, and the follow-ups - These guys are on it! Not only are they personable and attentive - the actually know the equipment and program in and out. There is no half hearted attempt to snag a contract and then leave you clueless... they are prompt with their email replies, always available, and have saved us well over $1000 a month, with better phones - better service - and better equipment. Another bonus - there was no down time... the technicians worked around our crew for the install, and the phones transferred seamlessly with no lapse. I cannot speak highly enough about this company, this is the best business decision we have made in a long time!

Our company hired Telware to complete a large commercial project of data cabling and resolve issues after original data cabling contractor walked off our job site and claimed bankruptcy. We found TelWare two years ago after a horrible experience with old provider. When we first met with TelWare, Mike Canipe came out, brought us breakfast, with a welcoming smile on his face, and provided us with all the information we could need or want. Needless to say we signed on the dotted line that day. We received all new hardware, new intercom system, an app that lets us receive and transfer business calls, along with all kinds of other options; AND for TWO offices, one in Charlotte and one in Raleigh. TelWare coordinated everything seemlessly. We were super excited! Once the installation was complete, we had a crew of Telware greats (Ben and Brian being two of those) here to show us how to use our new and improved system. Mind you it took us a while to train our boys the difference in parking a call and placing someone on hold, lol, but everything worked fabulously. I was hesitant at first with their service system, you email them when you need support and that was scary because I want to be sure our needs are taken care of as quickly as possible but they BLEW ME AWAY with their response time. It is truly simplified business and what little issues we have had are resolved in the blink of an eye. If it cant be fixed remotely from their office, someone is dispatched right away. Sometimes I wish I had more reason to call them so we can see Stan more often. By the way, Stan is part of their service team and in my opinion, their BEST! We are thankful and blessed to have found them and to have started this wonderful business venture together. I can only imagine the places TelWare will go with the fantastic crew they have built.
