I had the pleasure of working with Bridget to find my first home. Bridget exceeded my expectations on responsiveness, possessed a deep knowledge on the broad Charlotte real estate market, worked in my best interest, and tried to help in any way she could. Her availability, even with my difficult work schedule, was never an issue. As a first time home buyer in a sellers market, Bridget provided moral support when I was down. To anyone who is considering using PURE, my simple/honest feedback would be that they treat you like family. I just closed on my home and I could not recommend anyone other than Bridget, Jodi, and Ann.

I am able to sit on the back deck of my first home, with a view of the city, drinking my coffee as I write this (note: I work for a nonprofit). And I owe it all to the PURE Realty team. We were recommended to the team a year ago by another couple who sang their praises, and we couldn’t be more thankful. They will work hard to not only educate you honestly on the process, but to align you with what’s really most important to you AND within your budget. I never once felt rushed or pressured when my first few homes didn’t meet my criteria, and right when homes hit the market, Jodi was honest that I needed to be ready to leave work at short notice (again, it’s all in the preparation).At the end of the day, I have a home that meets all my higher ranking criteria (walking distance to work, established neighborhood, fenced in backyard, more than one bathroom!) for lower than my max budget, . Zero regrets - as my commute to grad school and work is less than 1.5 miles so I can spend more time with the family, my dog has a great back yard, and with PURE’s guidance we have a lovely home with integrity.

Jodi and her fine team just listed and closed a condo for us located on the shore of the Catawba River. From the beginning this condo was beset with challenges that Jodi and her team tackled with energy, honesty, professional handling, that included good feedback on showings as well as showing agent comments.Jodi also solved a rather complex title problem by personally going to the Mecklenburg Register of Deeds asking for an incorrectly filed original deed to be found and rectified. It was done exactly by the book, and we are eternally grateful for its handling by Jodi.In my view, she is extremely competent, thorough, trustworthy, and professional in all respects. She will get our future business without a doubt!

They were there ready for anything and everything which is whats important especially in a time when all good houses are going off the market within hours of them being on the market. Jodi, Bridget and Anne were amazing to work with and they would be ready to see a house at a moments notice or provide a valid time frame to work around.
