Excellent customer service. First time using this cleaners and I will go back now to have more items cleaned. The woman who helped me the times I was there was named Crystal and I just love her. She does her job exceptionally well. I can only wish all businesses had someone as diligent as her. My pillows were actually not ready on the day it was supposed to be and she kept saying I’m going to find out why. It seems it was because they had been working to get a stain out they couldn’t. I can appreciate that. I also wasn’t upset about it not being ready when it was supposed to be it’s pillows not the end of the world. As long as I live in the area I’m a customer!

I will never go there again. They have young employees that dont know what they are doing. They shrunk a Polo shirt & told me that Polo shirts shrink & it is on Polos website?? It is clear that they are clueless. They just dont want to pay me for my shirt. That is bad business when you refuse to take responsibility for what you have done wrong!! I have spoken with three different employees today about the situation. I never received an apology for them messing up!

Love the customer service. The hours are so inconvenient (10AM-5PM) it makes it difficult to do business there. Doesn’t make any sense.

Had an issue where the shirts I picked up were extremely wrinkled. I reached out to the store management and asked for a refund for these as I am going to have to them redone. Never heard anything back from the manager and unfortunately will not be back to them for future needs. I am in a customer driven business and understand mistakes happen but making things right only takes a phone call.****Update****I received a call from the store offering to refund for two of the seven items I had cleaned. To be fair this was all I wanted and very happy they reached out to take care of this issue.

Want clothes with wrinkles? Want to stop to pick up your clothes and be told to come back? Three different times? For the same shirt, which at this point we think is lost. Want to ask to talk to the owner and have THE OWNERS DAUGHTER tell you she cant give out that number? Then use Collins Cleaners. Theyll disappoint you every time. And when you complain, theyll pretty much tell you they dont care.

Dirty laundry? Do yourself a favor, go see my girl Blanche at the Longcreek location. I was scheduled to depart at 5:00am for a business endeavor, at 6:45pm I realize that my gameday suits and shirts were still at the cleaner, you know, the one that closes at 6:30pm.... Enter panic mode! I called expecting to get VM, but was greeted by the sweet sound of Blanches voice. I tell her my story and without a moments hesitation she said, Ok, I will call and tell them that Im going to stay and wait for you. I arrived around 7:15pm and there sat Blanche, she flashed me a big smile as soon as I walked in and had all of my effects ready to go. She always remembers me, my starch preferences and never ends an encounter without telling me to have a great day!Other reasons you need to be using the Collins Cleaners service line:This place has their business hat on.
