Took my daughters wedding dress there to be cleaned after reading how good they were. It is still there - I paid $212 for it to be cleaned and it wasnt cleaned well upset! Im upset I didnt take pictures of the shoddy work. I trust when I return for it I will be satisfied.

Had four winter coats dry cleaned. Was back as promised. Had to put down a $22.00 deposit which was unusual but I did not mind because the services was professional and friendly. I will be back.

I brought in (2) rugs to be cleaned and was originally told that you were unable to do them, I had already called in advance. Once I said I had called, the lady went and spoke with another lady who came and an measured then contacted someone who said you were able to take. Breakdown in communication and I believe everyone that works there should be trained on what you can and cant take. Also, the cost was totally to much, but I needed them done. I have (2) more rugs to be done, but will be taking them elsewhere.

To me, they are just as important as the employees who process my clothes, and condition of my clothes when I pick them up. However, there is one particular employee who in my opinion stands out. She always greets me in a friendly manner, smiles, and says I hope you have a great day! when I exit the business. She consistently goes the extra mile to make me feel the company values me as a customer and appreciates my business.While making customers feel valued sounds like a very common sense thing to do for a business, it is not always easy to do because businesses dont interact with customers, people do. And people are influenced by events inside and outside of work which at times can make it challenging to consistently smile and make customers feel appreciated. I believe this is the only dry cleaners in Charlotte. Been in business for over 40 years I know. I used to carry the Charlotte news and would drop off three papers to the dry cleaners. Im now 61 and still getting my clothes cleaned ear. I dont think theres another dry cleaners in Charlotte if there is let me know

I have used their service for 15 years and I have to travel from Concord to Charlotte to use them - I have tried others closer to my home but they have failed to satisfy. These people are the very best in the business.

They got my outfit on a friday and I was promised it would be ready on Wednesday i came in Thursday and it still wasnt ready. Bad business

At the the beginning of the spring season, I took all of my winter/cold weather clothing to American Dry Cleaners for a final season cleaning. I picked up the items and tucked them away in a closet for later wear during cold weather. As I pulled several of my dresses out of the cleaner bags, I realized that the hems were completely out of the dresses. They were not in this condition when I dropped them off. I took the dresses back and met with a very nice woman who looked up my order in the system and confirmed that the dresses were not damaged when I brought them in. She apologized and assured me that they would be hemmed. I went to pick up the dresses today and not only were they not hemmed, there was a charge of $29.00 (which I declined). They informed me that the owner, Larry, instructed them NOT to do anything to the dresses. He even questioned that I had them cleaned at their facility. Added that too much time had passed for them to do anything with the dresses and I should have checked each item when I brought them home. Larry, Im a business owner myself and appreciate good, honest customer service; I understand the value of making things right with a client. The nonchalant we dont care attitude and further questioning if I even brought these items to your location was poor form as a business owner. Folks, there are plenty of good choices for getting your dry cleaning done. Avoid this one. They dont understand your value and arent willing to own up when they damage your items.
