They best drycleaners ever

I miss the old owner. Since the business changed ownership a few years ago the customer service is definitely lacking. The staff is friendly enough but doesn’t seem to have the ability to solve issues or go the extra mile without being prompted. If everything goes as planned they do a decent job, but if there’s an issue with an item, good luck getting your problem solved in a timely manner. When they make a mistake, instead of proactively trying to fix it, I felt like I had to keep bothering them to fix THEIR mistake. It’s very frustrating and when I question them, they don’t seem to feel the need to fix it immediately. This has happened on more then one occasion. Disappointed

I have been a patron since 2004 they are wonderful and the manager Linda is outstanding. Everything I bring to clean there is wonderful.

I just wrote a 1-star review at another dry cleaner so I figured I could give some love here. Didn’t realize how great a job they do until I went somewhere else. All ways on time, never had an issue, friendly folks.

Staff is friendly and clothes come back in great condition. Reasonable prices for the area.

I am still waiting to hear back from them and I am a bit disappointed. I sent my duvet to get cleaned the last week of April and when I went to get it a few weeks later, it was all clumped up! I also had to pay 48 dollars for this service. They took it back to see how it could get back to normal and its been over a week and I havent heard back. I called and I keep hearing I qll get a call back but nothing. I expect the 48 dollars returned and a new duvet if it has not been fixed.

I love Mary. She is the best manager. She is personable and really listens to your request when it comes to your laundry.
