I hired Trendy Maids to do a Deep Clean at my home. The home was vacant. I paid in advanced for the house to be clean (which I should not have done) in additional services of refrigerator, stove, a half bathroom. When I got there I notice they didnt have a lot of supplies. I called the manager and he said they will do a good job. I left for 2 hours. I notice the 2 maids didnt speak English. They said 2 hours they needed. I got back and the floors were not mopped, they mopped the front entrance. The stove still had dirt, sink was dirty, bathroom floors wasnt clean. I was SHOCKED, given the reviews on Google. They could not Speak English, so I couldnt even explain the issue to them. I called the manager who knew English, he said he would call them. He never did. I told him I paid extra money for a deep cleaning and they just did half basic cleaning. I asked for some refund. I paid $264. He said he could refund me $68 because they worked 3 hours...SMH. I just hung up the phone. The company is SHADY. Yes they need to be paid, but as a company do your job. Why the hell would I pay for a cleaning company to Clean a Home and because they didnt clean properly, I have to GO BACK and clean behind them????? Trendy Maids I dont know how they got those Reviews. Maybe because my house was VACANT they didnt care. I had tenants moved out so it needed to be cleaned. The Company didnt even explain to their workers what was wrong. They didnt even Mop the floors. Just the entrance! The sink had black stuff in it...they are so sorry. Then when I was telling the maids the floors wasnt mopped they spoke their language like they were confused. SMH. Dont use them!!!

These ladies are the sweetest, they absolutely went above and beyond. Almost felt like I walked into a new apartment. Thank you. Will recommend and will use again!

I’ve used Trendy Maids for the past 12 months. They did a wonderful job. They are on time and responsive with all requests, especially last-minute cleaning requests. All queries were dealt with promptly. I would highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend Trendy Maids, in particular Marina & Tatyana. They started cleaning my house two years ago and have done a fantastic job. They are very thorough and communicative. I love coming home on the days they clean the house.
