Reasonable home cleaning service that you can customize where they clean. I live alone so I only have the two other bedrooms cleaned when I have family/friends stay in town so I like the flexibility as well. Overall the cleaning of a 1200 sq ft place that includes two bathrooms & one bedroom takes about 3 hours so the cleaners are very detail oriented. By far the easiest way to find a house cleaner in Charlotte.

I had an appointment scheduled on Saturday with Hux before an event on Sunday. Hux sent me an automated text confirming my appointment 30 minutes prior to the appointment start time. The cleaning provider had not arrived 30 minutes after the 4:00 appointment so I tried to call Hux. The line said they were not open on the weekends. I sent a text to the Hux number provided and received no reply. My cleaning provider called me back 45 minutes after the 4:00 start time and said she had thought Hux had canceled her appointments for Thursday and Friday. I said they may have, but this is Saturday and I received confirmation of the appointment today. The cleaning provider had no way to contact Hux and noted that they do not answer her texts on the weekends. She suggested that I try to schedule a different cleaner for tonight, but you must schedule 12 hours in advance and there were no Sunday morning cleanings. Now we are left without a cleaning service and will have to cancel attending our nephews recital tonight so that we can clean the house ourselves.Even if the cleaning provider was in the situation that she noted, the fact that neither the cleaner nor the customer can contact the company in situations such as this is very unprofessional. If you are scheduling an appointment outside of their 9-5 M-F business hours, I would suggest selecting a company that you can contact.

I hired Linda through Hux. She cleaned 1 of 3 bedrooms, pushed a mop across the floor, and left her urine in my toilet. She also turned my heat off so my house was freezing, AND left my door UNLOCKED when she was done. She was uncommunicative throughout the entire process. I had to move out of my house because the owner is selling it, and she left me a long list of items to be cleaned thoroughly. I hired QUANITA COPELAND to do a deep/move out clean with add-ons like refrigerator and oven today, as this is the last day I can be at house, which I made very clear. It was scheduled over a week ago. She arrived almost 4 hours late, cleaned one-sixteenth of one bathroom then called me to say she was at my house but has a stomach virus all of a sudden; however, she was NOT at my house because I heard children laughing and playing. I also have the feeling she wasnt even sick. She sounded fine, and I just got the impression she was making an excuse. I told her today is my last day there or I could be charged extra rent, and she told me to call Hux to see if they could schedule an emergency cleaning. That was a joke because when I called, you dont even have the option to leave a message. It just tells you to go to the website or email them then hangs up! I am sure Quanita knew this when she told me to call, which irks me further. Too, I had to hunt for a phone number, and when I called, I discovered Hux has no way to even talk to a human! Further, when I tried multiple times to contact Quanita to find out if she took the tip I left her, where the cleaning list is, and where my house key is, she didnt respond. So, my only recourse was to send an email to Hux support and hope and wait for them to read it and send a cleaner out tomorrow. I am livid. If I get charged extra rent for this, Im holding Hux responsible!!! If it is not fixed and the house cleaned to my satisfaction, I will be leaving horrific reviews on every site I can find!

I would not recommend this company at all. Their interpretation of what constitutes a proper cleaning is pathetic. I paid 110.00 for two people for 2.5 hours. They left after 2 hours claiming that they only had to clean three bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Two of my bedrooms were clean and didnt need any work, so they planned on leaving when the three bedrooms and one bathroom were done. I would have thought they would put their efforts into other parts of the house, if the two bedrooms were clean. The company claims that this is their policy. Well it wasnt their policy last week when they come for the 2.5 hours promised and did the tasks that I needed done in the house.
