Thank God for this program! Just when I need it the most this program helped my kids and I so much. Just follow their rules which its beneficial for your family and helps you save money for your future. Im still in the program until next year but Im way better than before thanks to the program. The intake worker Tammie Rorie is so RUDE. I called in to inquire of how I can go about applying. I have a baby due in 8 days and am 9 months pregnant and need the help with a place. She gave me the run around. Said one thing then said the other. Very rude will not call or even want to apply to this program. Get a different intake worker Charlotte Family Housing. If you do not like your job and do not want to help people in the community get another job. Poor customer service. Not happy.

Treated me very bad & very judgmental. Ppl are just there for a check & most of them set me up for failure!
