I would recommend that you have them come out and actually look at your house versus doing an online bid. We had them out last week and unfortunately are very disappointed with the results of the service. Our siding was very dirty and they did an adequate job of removing most of the dirt, unfortunately they also damaged the paint on my shutters while they were here which I want to have to have repaired, missed quite a few spots, left the windows dirty and did not inform us until after they were done with the service that they could not clean the brick without charging extra. I feel like this is something that should’ve been disclosed to my husband during the initial walk around of the house. Unfortunately I have not been able to get the owner to correct the problems unless we either spend more money with him for the brick or I have pictures that show before and after to prove to him where the house was not done well.

We have used Abide for years and would not have it any other way.

The online bid/estimate process was efficient and thorough, and Roger was quick to respond to questions and then set a service date. While we had to schedule a month out because of our north CLT location and Abides busy business, they were worth the wait. He and his crew arrived promptly and worked efficiently, cleaning our gutters and washing our 2-story, 2800 sq ft. home and 30+ divided pane windows (external) in around 3 hours. He also took care to adapt the housewash for our dark siding and wood trim. Overall, were very pleased and look forward to seasonal service.
