The one negative was that they did not clean the window frame or sills. They let the water run down the sides. Otherwise, they arrived on time, worked very hard and were very polite and pleasant.

All 3 of the crew (I unfortunately cannot remember their names) were so pleasant, friendly and did a great job! They showed up on time and worked efficiently. Definitely suggest using this company!

I was extremely satisfied with the care and precision by the gentleman who did all interior windows. Not a spot missed. Outside was good, but not close to the inside perfection. The outside guy even missed an entire window. After my inspection with the inside worker, the outsides were reworked as needed.

The technicians Dell and Malik were experts in their craft, professional in their demeanor, easy to work with (where special items needed attention), thorough, and competent. They cleaned places I didnt think could be restored. The house, windows, and deck sparkle! Ill have them back again!

Indoor skylight cleaning also. All was perfect and great except small piece of popcorn ceiling by skylight was chipped off . Will try to get the small area at least painted to match cause at entrance of home.

The Window Genie crew showed up just as the skies opened and it started to pour. They waited in the driveway for the storm to pass and efficiently cleaned all of our exterior windows. They clean my gutters every year. They also do some occasional pressure washing. They are always on time and professional.

Technician was early by 2 hours and did not call to inform us that he was going to be early. We were promised two (2) techs would be here, one for inside and for outside; Instead we only had one (1) tech and therefore the job took twice as long as otherwise necessary. The one tech did a fair job.

Response to owner: The owner never mentioned that the company was willing to come back out and do the job correctly. Instead, the owner asked me if I think that the windows would appear dirty from the photos if I would send them to him.I asked the owner the same question I asked his crew: Will the windows shine clean even though it was drizzling that Saturday? I was told by the owner and crew that they used a special solution that will make the windows clean and shine once the windows dried; it shouldnt make a difference if its raining. Once it stopped raining and the windows dried, I noticed the dirt and smears on the windows.To add another insult, they used my water system to do a job that I was supposedly paying them for to use their own water. I could have used my own power washer that has it own cleaning solution to do my windows. But because I cannot reach the second story windows, I ended up hiring this company.I will not use this company again. The service did not do as advertised and my windows look the same. This was a terrible cleaning crew and a waste of my money.This company did not have to clean the inside of my windows. I only wanted the outside of my windows cleaned. They didnt even have to move the bottom screen to clean the lower part of the windows because my windows are new. I only wanted to remove the built up dirt.I will go with a different company in the future.

Anyone can clean a window, but not everyone provides a great customer experience. Dwayne was polite and professional. He made recommendations that helped saved us money which he did not have to, do and it was appreciated. The folks who clean the windows are the face of your organization...and Dwayne represented you well!

I have large, hard to reach second story windows that have collected spider webs and grim over the years. After Thomas finished cleaning them, they are gorgeous and clean! Harry and Thomas were professional and courteous and I couldn’t be happier with the results!!

ABSOLUTE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVERY HAD OR SEEN! STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY! We had Wndow Genie come out to clean our windows and deck. After that was done two of the employees (one named Billy Coleman) approached us about doing work on the side. To make a very long story short, we employed Billy and his friend. They showed up to our house UNANNOUNCED and my wife and small child came home to find them moving things around. Who knows how long they had been there. We called the police and now Billy has a criminal summons for Obtaining Property under False Pretense.DO NOT USE THEM!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Used this company in past years under different ownership. Prompt, professional and great job. However, apparently there is new ownership and when they came out and said the job was completed - after they left I was appalled at the sills and tracks were left with cobwebs, spiders, and dirt and water marks on the windows. I took pictures and asked if this was acceptable and was told “no” and that they would redo them. I scheduled another day and they never showed up. No phone call - nothing. I called them and was told “oh they didn’t show”? and rescheduled again. This time two hours after they were suppose to be there I got a phone call and no message left. At that point I called the number and told them not to bother. I had taken off work and was done. Very disorganized, unprofessional. No phone call or apology for such lousy service. Never would I use them again. Too bad when under previous ownership was totally a professional company. Once again it only shows it’s about management.

The Window Genie technicians did great work cleaning the gutters and pressure washing the driveway, sidewalk, steps and deck. Everything looks brand new!

They did not seem very professional at all... it took more effort to get them to clean the windows than if I cleaned them myself! The workers seemed confused of what they were supposed to do and spent most of their time on their phones. Missed most of the windows that we told them specifically to do, and the windows they did do made the windows worse. I would not use this company again.

I watched their employees drive through my neighborhood and throw post cards attached with clothes pins out the window. When I called and spoke to a manager to complain he cut me off and became quite defensive. Meanwhile the postcards are sitting in our yards all over the ground. Will never use their service.

Expensive, customer service treated me like I was an idiot. Went with other guys for much less.
