I highly recommend Carolina Storm Roofing. Working with Susan and Will could not have been easier! We had a 25 year-old roof that was in need of replacement, so at first I was skeptical about our getting a hail damage claim approved through insurance, but Will made it happen and even got our skylights approved for replacement. Susan explained every step of the process and was responsive and knowledgeable when we had questions. Both Will and Susan were very customer-focused and went out of their way to make sure we got what we wanted. The process moved quickly and we had a new roof within a couple weeks (it would have been faster if we had decided on a color sooner)! Our house looks almost new now, and I can hardly believe we got our roof funded by insurance and with so little hassle. Definitely worth a call!

Amazing experience from start to finish!Carolina Storm Roofing came highly recommended, and there are a few other roofing companies that also have great reviews, but what sealed the deal for us was the Susan and Will team! We knew right away after speaking with Susan and Will that they were genuinely good people and were here to support us.Will handled all of the field operations; He performed the initial roof inspection report, worked with the insurance inspector up on the roof, picked up paperwork multiple times from us, and checked in with the crew throughout the day during the roof installation. Will showed up on time every single time, with advance notice of his arrival time.The installation team were very professional and did an amazing job on the new roof. They arrived at 6:30 am, had the old roof off by 8am, and were 100% finished up by 8pm that night. You could not even tell that they were here, the yard was spotless when they left! Will came again the following day to inspect the new roof and to ask if we had any concerns that he could address, which we did not. I inspected the roof myself and found no issues.Susan is the backbone of this operation, she was absolutely amazing and was in constant contact with us from day one, we never had to ask for an update. Susan handled all of the communications with the insurance company and us, the homeowner. Susan provided us with an informational packet before we even signed that listed all of the materials they use and a step by step guide on what to expect throughout the entire process. They did a great job. The 95 year old house looks like new again. I had them rebuild the front porch roof of my bungalow. I was not happy with the workmanship on them. They came out, tore them down and rebuilt. It is just beautiful. Very happy with their service

They were very good on following up at each step and took all the guess work out of the process. The crew was very professional and did an awesome job of cleaning up.

We read positive reviews and gave Carolina Storm Roofing a shot. Our experience may be an outlier, but it wasnt a positive one for us. Upon the initial visit, the company rep seemed responsive, knowledgeable and capable. But, starting immediately after that, we had a very difficult time communicating with him. There was hardly no communication or advance planning around commencement of the project. Then there was no management ownership or oversight of the project. There were numerous issues and problems, and the management seemed put off and annoyed when contacted. It felt to us like they didnt want to be bothered and just wanted a quick job to pick up a check for minimal time/work. They also were a bit pushy to get paid before the job was completed satisfactorily. We did not feel like we had a good, collaborative partner that we could trust and rely on. We were disappointed, but paid them and moved on. We would not recommend them and would not work with them again.

They had been given me a detailed timeline of the work and the steps when each one would be accomplished.

They were professional, timely and $2000 less expensive than the competitive price.

I contacted Scott and explained my situation to him and explaining I was under a time crunch, he asked for pictures and a brief statement. It was delightful after about an hour I received a text that he could take care of my problem and would get it done within 24 hours. When I called the next morning, he had already placed me on the schedule; all work was done in a timely fashion and his pricing was reasonable. Thanks Scott

Scott, from Carolina Storm Roofing came out to my home to give me a quote for a small job of expanding the gutters on the back of my home. Unfortunately when I called him 2 days later to see when I would receive the quote so I could compare with the others, he simply said that he did not send one and that my other quotes should suffice. But he had no idea what my other quotes were. It was obvious, even when he was at my home that he wasnt interested in a small job, as he spent more time recommending expansions to the project than simply addressing the small issue that I had. It was totally unprofessional to promise he was going to send a quote ASAP and then not do so. If the company isnt interested in small jobs they should say so on their website so that home owners like myself dont waste our time. Whats funny is that my husband and I are also real estate investors and will be building another home early next year. Guess what company we wont be calling for our big project?

Worked with Carolina Storm Roofing (Frank was the rep) for some Raindrop gutters. The overall experience was great! Their team had a quote for the gutters within hours of request. The team was then able to perform the install 2 days later on our selected day. The install went very well. The team cleaned up after themselves and did everything as promised. Would highly recommend!

Responded quickly to our situation. Wind storm had created an open roof line along the peak as it removed the vent shingles. Recently had a large tree fall on the roof during a storm, causing major damage both inside and out. I called Carolina Storm Roofing and they had a crew there right away to deal with everything. One call was all that was needed to get the tree taken off, have a new roof put on and deal with inside repairs. Everything was done in a very efficient and timely manner and it looks much better than before! They went above and beyond the call of duty!

While I was trying to sell my house, during the heavy rain my roof started to leak. Scott & his team took a very good care of me. The roof had a tarp on it in no time. They helped me to run everything through my insurance company, and the new roof was on in less then 2 weeks after my first call to them. A+++

Asked the company for an inspection. Waited weeks for response. Followed up today and was told this by text, customer not serious waste of time. Keep in mind, I referred them to neighbor 2 houses up which they did his entire roof last year but Im a waste of time to have my entire roof done. Ok. I wont waste your time. Another company can have job. Carolina storm roofing is a pathetic joke - not a business!!!
