I was so happy to have found Junk Raiders. We had a very stressful move out of our house (ran out of truck space-had to find another one, cleaning crew left us hanging, etc.) and to top it all off we had A LOT of bags of trash from having to clean out 3 refrigerators and other things. Our neighbor graciously offered to have us leave the bags at his house so there wouldn’t be a huge pile of trash sitting in front of the house when the new movers drove up, but the city informed us it could not be picked up until Tuesday and it was only Friday. Factor in hot weather and spoiling food for 5 days- not a great scenario. I was so worried about what to do so I took a chance and called Junk Raiders. I have to say it was such a great experience and they made the process so smooth and stress-free. Once I spoke with them and sent them a photo for an estimate- which they responded with very quickly- they told me they could come out that same day and were even able to come earlier than expected which was great. The estimate was right on with what I was charged and the payment process was quick and easy. They were very professional and courteous from beginning to end. I was moving out of my 3rd story walk up apartment on a 95 degree sunny NC day and Lucas and Tyler came to take care of what needed to be removed. These young gentlemen were amazing. They were actually a bit early, calling to verify they were on the way. They were super nice, gave a quote immediately and got down to business. Incredibly polite and I was so impressed with how fast they got everything out especially in that they had to make several up and down trips to the 3rd floor and did I say it was HOT? I searched Google for junk removal services needed today. The initial representative I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. Requested junk raider come out to give an estimate, they were able to provide an estimate via a picture. This estimate ended up NOT being enough compared to what they actually estimated when they got there and saw the junk, but they told me that up front and they still were significantly less expensive than anyone else who provided an estimate. They took it all away rather quickly and with no issues. Nice guys that were effective, I highly recommend them.

I had been dreading loading up old mattresses and recliners and trash bags full of old clothes and junk to take to the dump for a little over a year. They showed up on time, and two young gentlemen politely greeted me, I showed them what needed to be removed. I asked if I would be able to add any items in and they were very upfront with what it would cost me but that they could do it if I needed to. I told them to go ahead and do it, I gladly paid my fee and added a tip. The whole process took 10 exact minutes, from the time they pulled in my driveway till the time they left. I will be using Junk Raider for all future junk removal needs and I will be recommending them to everyone I know!
